They provided a roll cart and the manager walked to my vehicle and helped me load the large boxes on the cart. 2 large boxes would not fit on the cart so I snagged a regular shopping cart for the last 2 large boxes. The manager took the rollcart into the store and started processing the boxes while I loaded up the last 2 and entered the store. I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly help!!! Excellent service from this staff for something they don't charge for!!!

That shocked me to begin with. Although she was out of stock she recommended calling my doctor and having them adjust the dosage as she had a different strength available. I did as she suggested and everything worked out! She even called to tell me she received the script from my doctor and I could come anytime. I showed up at 5:30pm as she closes at 6 and she said you must be Renee. I was like omg hey yes I am! The pharmacy is so cute and so private you don't feel uncomfortable like at other pharmacies. I honestly always feel judged whether it is from a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech. Mai and I got to chatting about other medications I take and she said she would make sure they were stocked on the shelf for me. Wow! How great! I also let her know my troubles with CVS/Rite Aid and she agreed pharmacists shouldn't be interfering with what the doctors recommend. Love that! I was with a locally owned pharmacy for over 30 years, the pharmacist retired and a new one came in and he was not efficient at all. So glad I picked Mike's Pharmacy and I'm sticking with them. I scheduled an appointment at 8:30a for a COVID/FLU test at 11:15am. Drove there just to be told…read morethat they accepted the appointment but there wasn't anyone qualified to administer the test. The person who was supposedly in charge said she'd "mess it up if I tried." They did offer me an appointment for 2:45p but as you can imagine, I'm sick and don't feel like running back and forth for an appointment they originally accepted and said they could do. If the person isn't fully qualified, maybe you shouldn't leave them alone let alone hire them.

I helped staff find my package based on the box measurements provided by FedX. Nowhere on the label was my name, just "store manager" hence some confusion finding it. Image quality (on mugs) was too dark and the text was illegible. Would not recommend until they make some improvements. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but I think they are victims of a broken system and are not sufficiently supported.

This store was closed on New Years Day (fair enough) so I had to use CVS. When I needed another round of antibiotics a week later, I made sure my doctor sent the script here. The medicine was ready when I arrived about an hour later. There was no line and they had two ladies at the registers. They were friendly and efficient but didn't try to waste my time - exactly what you want when you are sick and exhausted! They even saved me money on a prescription toothpaste that I'd been buying from my dentist for years ($12 vs $5).

It's been by necessity since Teeter won't take my insurance, and CVS left the neighborhood. The staff is rude, and I've had issues with one of my prescriptions multiple times over the last few months. Although the pharmacist has been nicer about trying to help me, it's only after I call that I even know there's an issue. Several times, they haven't bothered to call me to tell me that they were having problems getting my prescription. I had to go there after the horrible storm we had a few months ago, and now I need to go out of my way to pick up my prescription today b/c it took them so long to get it, and they won't deliver it today. I need it today, so delivery tomorrow does me no good. While I like to support a local small pharmacy, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE THEM!!!
