This was my first time picking up prescriptions at Ostroms and I have to say I was VERY impressed…read more My prescriptions were ready almost right away and I was able to give all of my insurance information through a simple text. The environment was very relaxing and there was almost no line inside (though I believe there were a few cars in the drive-thru). The lovely pharmacy assistant that helped check me out was very nice and helped set up my prescriptions to auto-renew. Heaven knows I'm horrible at remembering to call in my refills until it's too late so hopefully this helps future me! Mind you, I have been to SEVERAL pharmacies in the area--usually grocery stores (several Safeways, Fred Meyer, QFC, Costco, Walgreens--you name it) and average spending at LEAST a half hour in line in a severely understaffed pharmacy with a single stressed out pharmacist juggling multiple tasks. I got none of these stressy vibes at Ostroms. The shop was super cute too and I will definitely find something here next time I need to purchase a gift. The only thing that sucked was getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour-ish time. That was a nightmare but not Ostroms fault by any means! Looking forward to my next pick-up and exploring the store even more.

I would strongly urge you to go elsewhere. For almost two years they were essentially robbing my family blind, charging almost $300 for a 90 day supply of medicine with chicken flavoring in it. Not only did they never actually include the chicken flavoring, they were consistently late getting it done and my dog could die due to a missed dose. I just went to Woodinville Compounding Pharmacy for the exact same medication, same 90 day supply. And boy was I shocked when not only was it ready early, they included the chicken flavoring we paid for, and the medication was only $13!!!!! Don't waste thousands like I did. Please learn from my very expensive mistake and take your business somewhere deserving.

We stopped into Axis to pick up pet meds for a friend. Even though we live right around the corner,…read morewe hardly knew this place existed. It's tucked away near a yoga studio and across from the Cinebarre movie theater. It looks sort of barren on the outside but once you walk inside you realize how far back the building stretches because you can see the entire office in the back. The man at the counter was pretty nice and we picked up the meds with no problem. We looked around while we were there and were surprised to see bath products, gift cards, Pure Encapsulations supplements, and a host of other things you might find at a pharmacy. It's no Pharmaca, but it's good to know that if we were ever in the market for cards, limited supplements, or compounded pet (and human) meds, they are close to home. Yes! They compound pet meds. And they have a sweet display at the front of the store with pictures of pets that people emailed them thanking them for their service. Worth a stop if you need these kinds of items/services.

Have used this pharmacy with pretty good results for several years…read more There are some problems with the people who answer the phones in that they are not consistent on whether or not they can talk to one spouse about the others medications. (And also whether they can understand you very well.) Otherwise this is an acceptable location. Update - 10/08/13 This location has gotten a lot better with it's staff and their handling of people. The problems i encountered before seem to have been corrected.

When I tell him no worries I'll come back or I pick up tomorrow. The only reason I gave a one is, the corporate people who draw up a plan and say that. As a employee you should be done filling an prescription in 3 minutes. Well new people need training. Corporate don't get the 2 or 3 people can't fill an order that fast as new people don't know where to find stuff. I will tell the associate where my order is and they can find it over there or in that drawer. I can tell you how to limit the lines and the training. So many people use a system like what could help so much. No It's not AI. You send a canned answer back to me and you are not doing a damn thing about it, or to fix the problem. CVS is in your parking lot. I know many CVS and Walgreen's are out of business in my area. Do you think they could start reopening more stores based on your customer service or Amazon and Costco don't take over? I maybe nuts, but I have opened and closed many stores and companies across the West Coast. I wish companies would not send a canned letter to customers which does nothing for me, but get me pissed off. I have worked for company's that did the same thing, but also I have worked for old school companies that have tried to fix the problem. That take the bull by the horns and find out the problem and solve the issues. Your President, VP of Customer Service, HR and people retention and VP of Pharmacy should have a fire light under them. Replenishment sucks at the store, your missing at least 40% of my stores potential, it's always empty of products to buy. Only time I see the Store Manager is stocking eggs when they were $12 a dozen. I really hope you but some effort into solving these issues. I could help you fix the bulk of these issue and help your turn over. Kroger - QFC - CVS - Walgreens - Amazon - Costco - Mail Order and Mom/Pop stores are all fighting for business. It is really handy for me to pick up three of eighteen medications at your stores, but there is a reason why I don't get all of them in your store. It's not a personnel issue, it's staffing. They do the best they can, Corporate IVORY Towers are failing the customers. Maybe it is time to empty the towers.

My sennin-so shiatsu practitioner gave me a gift certificate to visit Heidi at Nourish and Revive…read moreawhile back. I had a phone screen and two onsite visits with Heidi when she was still at her Northgate location back in November 2017. Ancient Yelp post, I know. She has since then moved to her Lynnwood location. I underwent the screening and paid out of pocket for the lab work up. She was very thorough, personable, and passionate about her profession. Upon first meeting, you knew she really cared about your well-being and listened to your concerns. I ended up with a lot of information to digest, but in the end I did not pursue one of her tailored programs. What I did greatly appreciate though seven months later, there was no pressure and the information provided enough guidance for me to make tangible changes in my diet and lifestyle.

I've been working with Heidi for almost a year. I first saw her when I was struggling to recover…read morefrom a virus that had lingered for months -- it seemed like every time I started to feel better, I'd have a setback and feel tired and miserable again. I started feeling some improvements within a month and by four months was feeling so much better than I've felt in years. To be honest, the foods Heidi told me I needed to avoid.. I already knew I should avoid. But, what really helped me were the things she had me add to my diet, both whole foods and supplements. Many of us have tried dietary changes that center on what you can't have. If you're like me, you focus on what you can't have or can't do, and eventually your will power fades. It helped that Heidi handed me a list of foods I actually like to focus on eating, but really what made it doable is that Heidi is very kind and doesn't expect or want perfection from you. When I have a hectic week or am traveling and can't make ideal meal choices, I am able to rely on my supplement regime to fill in the gaps. These days my health and energy level are a little up and down (depending on how closely... or not... I follow Heidi's recommendations, so there's a NYE resolution somewhere in that). When I was following my plan pretty strictly, my primary care doctor was so thrilled with the improvement in my health that she said she wasn't going to ask questions about what I was doing because she loved the results. :)
