I asked where"okay... What is going on? First of all, you cannot reach a live person no matter what! Pharmacy hours are absurd and closed during the pharmacist's lunch hour!!!!! Is there only ONE pharmacist? When people are sick, their prescribed medicines are VERY IMPORTANT! I'm glad I wasn't sick! Walgreens is the same... make the drug companies pay the pharmacists .... They make all the money! I understand CVS and Walgreens have difficulty getting help. How can someone earning minimum wage live in Naples? Impossible. I am sorry to say, I for one, will start getting my scrips by mail! Also, I can buy anything at CVS at Amazon and have it delivered to my door. Amazon is going to put you ALL out of business. Certain medicines are a matter of life and death! You are playing a DANGEROUS GAME by not being available by phone or during the weekends -- as Walgreens was CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY! Don't you know that kids always get sick on the weekends! The pharmacy is incorrigible. They blame their delays on is short staffing. Prescriptions are never ready when stated. You get a text message stating that the prescription is ready only to have to wait an hour after you arrive. Avoid at all cost. read more

This store employee (Jose) is very rude. I forgot to bring my $5.00 coupon for an over the counter medication. I brought my receipt and coupon to the store the very next day. They said it was against company policy to honor their coupon except when purchase was first made. I said this is a harsh policy especially with the current economy. I said other stores honor their coupons....he just said "bye" in a very unprofessional and condescending manner....like too bad for you. I called to get his name and he would not provide his last name. This store expects everyone to use their check out kiosk and not the check out line....customer service at CVS is dead. They never answer the phone. I've been put on hold for over an hour more than once. Once you finally get to someone and tell them the wait time they blow you off. The staff is rude and not helpful whatsoever. You wait at the counter while they sit by the shelves laughing and conversing with complete disregard of the people waiting.
