While I was completely frustrating myself trying to schedule an appointment for my COVID booster shot on a convenient date, time and location, someone suggested I try the Pebblebrook Compounding Pharmacy, a small family pharmacy in the Pebblebrook Shopping Center, at Immokolee and Collier Blvd. What a pleasant surprise !!! I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by a courteous and friendly pharmacy tech who guided me in filling out the proper application. Within 15 minutes the pharmacist administered my shot and after the short wait period I was out the door. My kids needed a rapid covid test for an event so we went here. Big mistake. Do NOT let the older male pharmacist near your kids' nose. He rudely shoved the swab so far up their noses that it caused problems for all three. One had a bloody nose, one had watering eyes and discomfort for two hours post swab, and the third had a coughing fit that HE triggered from gagging her and then yelled at her for coughing. He wasn't confident that his gloves, mask, and protective gear were going to keep him safe from a completely healthy child. We have had other swabs and have had zero problems until now. These children were polite and compliant. He was incompetent, incredibly unprofessional, and he owes all three an apology. Other adults were equally appalled at his behavior. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. They are so much better than Publix Pharmacy. I had all my prescriptions transferred over and they took care of everything. Everytime I go they are so friendly and helpful. They even have delivery at a very reasonable price. Love everything about this place. read more

I really like this pharmacy because they know my name when I walk in--and I know them--because it's always the same employees. They're always really helpful--not like the big chain pharmacies that really don't seem to care. They go out of their way to make sure the meds I need are ready every month and never run out like it seems all the big stores used to do. I went to Pebblebrooke Pharmacy off of Collier Blvd. because they carry a medication that is difficult to find. When I purchased it, I was charged $4.00 OVER the price marked on the item. When I questioned it, I was told that it was "tax." I questioned that, since the price of the medication was only $15. I was then told that the prices in the register did not always match the prices on the items; sometimes that happens, so I was willing to let it go. I asked for the transaction to be voided. I was told their system could NOT void a transaction once signed for. I asked for a cash refund. That was also NOT POSSIBLE. When I was signing for a card refund, the statement on the screen stated " I agree to pay." I questioned that, since I had already (over) paid for the item, and this was supposed to be a REFUND. I was told it was a "default" statement (???) to disregard it. When I explained that there were too many discrepancies in burying a simple item, the pharmacist began yelling at me "what is your problem?" He then asks another of the staff to " explain it to her, she is making me very frustrated!" After having to sign 3 times, getting a questionable refund receipt, and re-purchasing the item (which now was $3.00 less than the marked price) here is the short of it: buyer BEWARE...prices seem to be whatever...professionalism is non-existent...and efficiency is certainly not their strength. read more
