There was a great variety of offerings from produce, flowers, clothing, beauty products, specialty food items, baked goods, food trucks, artisan items, community businesses and more! Some booths were giving out free samples; and as a whole, the vendors were kind and not pushy. This definitely seems like a community, weekend hot spot and a must visit when in the area! We chose a table upstairs, 1:00ish on a Friday in July. It was busy, but not crazy like it can be on weekend evenings when they have live music. Our server was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. As usual, the food was great, but the fries and onion rings were not quite as hot as expected. The Prime Brisket (chopped) French dip with added provolone was exceptional! Honestly, it could stand up to some really good Kansas City brisket. It came with au jus, but also BBQ sauce (which I also thought was quite good). The Del Monaco steak sandwich (with added American cheese) was also delicious and cooked to order. The steak sandwich portion was not nearly as big as the Prime Brisket French dip, but was enough to fill you up. Our friends split the Prime Brisket French dip with fries and it was plenty for them (I took 1/2 of mine home for a round 2, yum!). After eating and visiting, we walked around the main floor and showed them all the store has to offer, which is A-LOT. They were really glad we suggested meeting here and plan to come back. I was often ignored by Bob who every time I approached their counter seemed to just have his hands in his pockets, then literally walk away from me to allow someone else take care of me. There was a man named "Frankie"? who was always enthusiastically taking care of us. Unfortunately, after almost 4 months of not seeing my favorite attendant at that counter, I inquired and was informed by a male worker he had since left. In my opinion, I wish those in control had fought to keep such a great asset. I so hope the store hires someone of equal competency as he was the best I've EVER encountered in ANY grocery store!!
