I was told they don't exchange, I would have to get a refund and repurchase the item. I said ok. I went and picked out the item, went to the register and a young lady rang up the item. I gave her the gift card she had just given me and said you have to pay 87 cents tax. I said I already paid the 87 cents when I purchased the one I am exchanging, I am not paying tax twice. Why didn't you refund the tax I had already paid? She said we don't refund the tax, I said I am not paying double tax. I said call the manager. The manager came up and was totally useless. I explained everything thing and she did nothing. I said just give me my item I was exchanging back. The manager said no I am not giving it back to you, she picked up my returned item that was behind her, I thought she was going to throw it at me, but she threw my item hard towards the door in the cashier area. This woman Felicia Pacheco (that she said is her name, and she is the manager) was extremely unprofessional and very aggressive with me a senior citizen. I was so afraid she was going to attack me so I called the police for assistance with this unprofessional, unruly manager. This woman does not belong working in the public, she is definitely not manager material. The police officer offered to pay the 87 cents tax for me, but I said no he doesn't or shouldn't have to do that. I made an even exchange and I already paid the tax on the item I returned. I left the store, but when I got out side it hit me that the gift card was used to purchase the exchange and would have a zero balance. I went back in the store to have this manager check the balance on the card and she started playing on her phone and didn't get the balance. I think she may have saw it had a zero balance and then called the police back saying she wanted me out of the store. The police come back and tell me to leave because the manager don't want me there. Sure enough I get home call the number on the back of the card and the card has a zero balance. So this manger has stolen my $13.99 dollars. I then called the New Bedford police back to make a report of larceny and they said you can go to CVS tomorrow and speak with the day manager who can hopefully solve this. I have never in my 68 1/2 years been treated so badly in a store as I was tonight. This is far from over, I will not stop pursuing this until I get my stolen money back...

That's a little ridiculous. Plus, the line of cars for the drive-thru was all the way out on the side street. CRAZY! Someone has to do something. Also, more than once I've gotten a text saying that my prescription is ready for pick up, I go there and strangely they tell me it's not ready. I told them "I got a text saying it was ready for pick up" ... one of the workers told me "that's not always right." THEN WHY AM I GETTING A TEXT SAYING IT'S READY?!? I don't get it. So I've never done this but while in line I took a picture because it was that long and I couldn't believe what was happening, I just had to. You can't see everyone in line in front of me cause some people were standing directly in front of each other, but I counted them and there was like 8 people in front of me and there was at least 5 people behind me. I couldn't believe what was happening. They need to do something! Seriously.

Don't expect any of your personal prescriptions to be kept private, Because these people are laughing at you after you leave. Don't ever expect a prescription ready on time and don't rely on the text/call from the automated system. That place is run like they're in clicks in high school. They do everything in their power to inconvenience you -- first they took away the ability to speak with the pharmacist on the phone about a year ago. Just recently they added this self scan at the pharmacist, so you get to stand there awkwardly as you put in your info when you used to be able to just tell them. Why even have people working there at all? How hard would it be to add some automation. How is there not a way for people to take lunch shifts instead of the whole thing shutting down in the middle of the day. I hope CVS goes out of business, I hope the employees find a better employer. All the cost saving measures CVS has put in to pad the shareholders bottom dollar at the expense of people's health -- they should be ashamed.

Some piles but mostly puddles. I felt bad for the worker because he was stocking the shelf near one of the poop puddles, I'm not kidding. This is a biohazard. Some of the staff is very likely friendly in their private life but, as a business, this is not a…read morepleasant place. They refused to fill a script with a signature that other pharmacies have filled all along and the taxi cost me $60 to get a new script. But more importantly, CVS is a bad company. They cheated me in the 90's when I had my business and now their pharmacy main office calls doctors for new scripts all on their own and not because we want or need the script. And the computer will call when the message is inappropriate and the only way to stop these inaccurate calls is to stop all calls so now they don't call me when they have filled a script I don't know was called in.
