You just have to ask at the meat counter. I also like to stock up on my Azores butter here. The cheese counter is a lovely sight. My aunt loves the St Jorge cheese. They cut it right off of the wheel for you. I'm obsessed with the fresh cheese that they carry from Manny's Dairy Farm. The large container generally does not last the weekend once my husband and I dig into it. Like fresh mozzarella, but better. The piece de resistance for me is their Portuguese corn bread-- broa. If you've never had it, it's a corn and rye bread (not at all like Southern cornbread). When you are headed to the checkout here they have it towards the front. I don't know if it's like this everyday, but on Saturday mornings it is literally still hot when you grab one. Super fresh and super delicious. It's the perfect compliment to that fresh cheese!
