This is the closest location to my house and I glad. The Manager greeted me when walking in asking if she could help with anything then came back again when I was checking out to see if any assistance was needed. I really appreciate great customer service as I am in the service industry and it is so hrs to find these days. I had a prescription sent to a different pharmacy and they did not have the medicine I needed for my daughter who is really sick with the Flu. Came to CVS which is closer to my house, and the pharmacists made sure to make it a priority to get my daughters medicine to us as fast as possible, Super friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I wanted to leave a review for this particular location. The pharmacy is super efficient and well run. The Girls in the pharmacy went above and beyond their job duties a few days ago. I was having issues filling a prescription at H‑E‑B on fm 306. I had to call the urgent care to have them send it over to the CVS instead. I was quite emotional as my daughter had been very sick and I'm 7 months pregnant. Over the phone the sweet girl reassured they would have everything done as quickly as possible. They had it filled within 5 mins of my arrival. And they even made sure to make me laugh and smile on a day filled with tears. I wanted to let them know they made a dark day for me very bright. I have a receipt at home with one of the ladies names but didn't get to get the other girls name. Hoping their manager sees this! I will update when I get home. read more

Just went through the drive up and the amount of disrespect that I got was baffling. I have been talking back and forth with this cvs since Saturday when they told me that they ordered my steroid inhaler. They now are telling me that they need pre authorization something that was never mentioned before after transferring my prescription to another location after I specifically said I didn't want to do since I didn't want to run into any issues with it being approved/ authorized. I went to the er on Saturday night for an Asthma attack and have been making it work with breathing treatments at home since they don't actually have what I need. When I told the blonde girl in the drive she laughed as if she doesn't work in what is a form of healthcare. I get that you can be an idiot and work at a pharmacy just like everywhere else but to blatantly show that you don't care and in fact find it humorous that someone has asthma is just wow! I'm pretty sure she must have been high off her ass bc no one would find that funny unless they were. read more

If I could rate a 0 stars I would. I was in the restroom taking a pregnancy test AFTER THE FACT OF ME PURCHASING IT at self checkout. Had the receipt in hand and just went ahead to the back of the store where the PUBLIC restroom was. Do my business not even in there 5 minutes, and an employee, I believe her name is Liv, she has a piercing with a chain attached to her nose that goes from one side to another. Started banging on the door, scared the crap out of me, and starts yelling at me that I am taking too long in the restroom. Then I walk out of the bathroom and she sees the pregnancy test in my hand ALONG with the receipt in the same hand and yells out loud as loud as possible "PREGNANCY TEST MAAM IM GOING TO NEED A RECEIPT YOU DID NOT PAY FOR THAT" I was confused because I made eye contact with her as I was at self checkout, so I was very taken aback as to why she would get in my face like that, I just walked to the front but I was visibly crying at this point because that's just humiliating and who does that...? I've worked customer service for a long time and could not imagine having a demeanor like that towards a customer just minding their own busines. So weird and uncalled for... I'm very disappointed it really ruined my day and got me thinking how people feel that's okay to do let alone an employee at a franchise. Let the manager know and had her write a note infront of me but they are definitely friends so I doubt they are going to pass along the note to someone creditable but it's okay life goes on just really unexpected. read more

Prices are really over what they should be. Even do to this administrations inflation. Not very good pharmacy. They don't mind leaving you on hold for 10 minutes. The time to wait in line is 9 times out of 10 a 30 minute wait. When they do not have the drug prescribed they do very little to assist on finding locations that have it. It's like pulling teeth to get a prescription moved to another pharmacy. Overall would give less than one but that's not an option. read more

This location is probably one of the best locations I've been to. The customer service is out of this world! The store is always clean and organized. Whether walking in to the store to purchase or going through the drive thru, you're always greeted with a smiling face and positive attitude. Today, I had to go there to fill a script for my 7 year old (first time using CVS for prescription needs in 6 years). I usually use Walgreen's but I thought I'd switch it up a bit. Boy, am I glad I did. The medicine was ready in an hour as promised. The pharmacist, Daliya Baker, was the nicest pharmacist in the world. She was very courteous and she explained the usage of the medicine to its entirety. I know that's her job but she went above and beyond. I will continue to get all of my family's prescription filled here. read more

WORST EVER! Sat in line at drive up after receiving a text that my RX was ready. Sat for 15 min. before they came to the window only to tell me it was not ready. Spoke with the pharmacist about the change in medication. She promised to call the doctor. Two days later the call was NEVER made. Plan to move all of our business fro there. read more

The people that work in the pharmacy on the weekends are not only inexperienced, but rude as well. There is a lady there with purple hair who is especially ignorant. During the week they are ok but weekends they are the worst. read more

Great pharmacy and staff. Very nice place and friendly people. I would have given this location five stars but they are under staffed. It's not good to visit here when school gets out. Lots of traffic and the location gets busy. It's better to go during the middle of the day. read more

The pharmacy is not open when it says it is. It forced me to drive all over town for a critical prescription and to find it closed to shoulder shrugs that could care less saying we don't control the map information corporate does makes one extremely disgusted. read more

This has to be the best drug store I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff are incredible. For years I went to the Walgreens down the road, and the waits were always ridiculous. This CVS pharmacy staff know what they are doing. Never a wait, and they are always so pleasant to work with and extremely helpful with questions. read more

Pretty good pharmacy and staff. Usually answer the phone right away and the pharmacist on duty is usually very helpful. Store is always clean and the selection is ok but very expensive. I don't go to cvs for the goods just prescriptions and there staff is 100% better than Walgreens. Defiantly not a bad pharmacy read more
