I really don't have many complaints about this CVS. It's organized, clean, and well-stocked. I pick up a couple of items here and there. You can save a lot of money and get some great deals by signing up for their ExtraCare card. I've had the occasional visits to the pharmacy to pick up medications and the process was quick and seamless. They also have a Minute Clinic that provides healthcare services. There aren't many store associates on the floor, so if you need an item that's security protected, you might have to wander off looking for someone. The registers can be slooooooow when it gets busy, so I prefer to use their self-checkout. read more

Arrived early for a 10:10am MinuteClinic wellness appointment and checked in at 10:05am. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was briefly called back, then told I was "after someone else" and sent back to the waiting area. The person next to me said his appointment was 10:20am. At around 11:00am, that later appointment was taken ahead of me, skipping me a second time. When I tried to speak up, the provider closed and locked the door, preventing any discussion. After nearly an hour and being skipped twice with no explanation, I left. Very unprofessional and poorly managed. read more

PROS: This cvs is clean and organized while the workers there are very nice. tons of parking and fast service with numerous self- checkout lanes. CONS: Theres not enough workers there. They are understaffed which causes nobody to be on the floor helping customers out. OVERALL: If im in the area and need something real quick I would not hesitate to come to this store read more

This CVS is your typical go to Pharmacy with the added bonus of having a minute clinic onsite. When you arrive, follow the signs to the MinuteClinic area (it's all the way in the back of the store on the right hand side). Check in using the touchscreen kiosk and then typical within 30 minutes you're sitting in a little office with a registered nurse who can help you with a multitude of services. I've taken family members here to get vaccinated, but have also popped in with a cold. The convince of not having to take off work (because most doctors offices are only open Monday - Friday) is amazing. Theres no need to set up an appointment, just pop in and get the help you need. read more

I was in this cvs 2 min ago , trying to get dayquil and nightquil price tag saying 16:99 with CVS card 18.99 without cvs card , the cashier try to charge me $ 26.99 I asked him your price tag saying 16.99 with cvs card 18.99 without the card how your price jump up yo 26.99 , he said tag prices with card , well dont know how you guys hiring ppl with no skill he didnt even bother him self to go and check the tags I kept repeating that your tags has 2 different prices one with card one without , I was leaving without buying after that price jump $10 dollars on register , he was still yelling after me , tag prices with cvs card , so getting cvs card is free I know that he had no solution other than yelling after me and keep repeating same words , if you dont respect ppl , try to respect your job , do whatever you have to do if you are not happy , just quit . read more

I do not know about the pharmacy, but CVS the store is such a ripp off! I will never go in one again. Everything is was way, way overpriced. The pharmacy staff here is polite and gets the job done relatively quickly. The CVS store staff is usually friendlier than the pharmacy. It's usually fully stocked and has anything you may need. When I first moved, I was desperately seeking a wine bottle opener. Thank goodness this CVS was right there. read more

CSV clinic - long wait - Nurse Practitioner did not explain what she was doing. - She was behind two masks and a shield which reduces communication which would be fine if there was an attempt to describe what she was doing. - After testing she faced her computer and did not explain anything. There were no other people waiting so there was definitely an opportunity for some patient communication. If she hates her job and hates seeing patients that is a job for management to fix. read more

Went today and spent 2 hours there only to be handed papers with educational information on the common cold And charged $45 ( my normal copay is $10). I have sinus infection I'm sure but was told to drink water and take Tylenol. Not even tested for Covid. Seriously don't waste your time or money. read more

Not a bad CVS, just the parking lot is a horror show. 8am, believe it or not, hard to get a decent parking space. Why? Because this strip mall allows the Brookchester Apartments located across the street to park in their parking lot. How and why this is allowed is beyond me. I have seen elderly people with trouble walking having to park far enough away. Have NEVER had any major issues with the pharmacy department. Polly is the best! She has always been nice and I've never seen her go off on anyone, or act up in front of customers. Some of the sub pharm staff has been questionable in the past, and there have been a few that I would have like to slap over the years, but the current staff is okay. Do yourself a favor and go to a different CVS, if you can, there are plenty around. read more

Maryann, the pharmacist at this location is inept in her ability to show care or be concerned in a health and medical field position. She is curt, rude, condescending and CVS should be embarrassed to employ such a person. After a prescription was physically handed to her, it got filled over an hour away and she was rude to me. Rather than be a problem solver and do her job competently, I had to contact the other pharmacy and have the prescription transferred. I also have formally made a complaint. read more

Again! the same thing happened again! Prescription denied because the pharmacist did not read the script and submitted it to insurance as a 30 day supply, when it was marked 90 day supply. CAN'T THESE PEOPLE READ?!?! I wish I could go elsewhere, by my insurance makes me go to CVS, I may have to try another location. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. The attitudes of all of the employees I encountered on my first (and last) visit to this place this evening were horrible. They could all use a refresher 101 on customer service. I will never return. I will continue to go to the CVS in Teaneck where the workers are friendly and lo and behold- even helpful when you ask a question! I feel sorry for the residents of New Milford who are stuck dealing with the people who work here on a regular basis! The Pharmacy Dept. is the WORST!!!!! Went there for the first time. The pharmacist on duty was a blond middle aged woman. She was so rude to her colleagues. She was literally arguing with them in front of the customers! At one point she even threw my prescription (in a bag) at the technician. I was mortified!!!! I could not believe what I was watching. To top it off, whoever entered my name into the system had me in as another person. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PHARMACY! I will go to ShopRite which is next door. This is a chain pharmacy, so it has its limits, but the managers do a great job seeing that it fits the needs of the neighborhood (and I will admit that, with our diverse neighborhood, it could be disturbing to those who can't stand to be around people who don't look like they do). The staff is always helpful, and if they don't have the product you are looking for, they will find out where you can get it. And it has a Minute Clinic staffed with great PA's, which means that you don't have to travel to a doctor for most common problems. read more

Do not attempt to go to the minute clinic at this location between the hours of 2pm and 4pm. The signs on each door to examination room clearly am state that the lunch hours for this location on Monday through Friday are between 2pm and 3pm... in fact, the first appointment you can get after those hours is right at 3pm. The Dr. didn't come back from her lunch until 3:20 and when I asked her why it says 2-3pm for lunch hours and my appt was at 3 she came back at 3:20 she said to me that "she gets an hour for lunch that can start between the hours of 2-3 pm and if I have a problem to call some number to complain". So by that logic, they are able to go out for lunch at 2:59pm and come back at 3:59pm and they are with in the guidelines of said lunch hour. I know this is a minute clinic and the drs can be a little bit of a joke but when all the signs say one thing and you do another, there is some sort of miscommunication between management and their staff.. not to mention the dr today clearly wasn't listening to any of my symptoms as she asked me the same question multiple times then tried to issue a strep throat swabbing even though I said that I was having zero issues with my throat... bottom line is that management will probably see this review and not do anything to correct the information they are providing their customers so this is more of a warning to the customers thinking about going to this clinic. read more

Wouldn't help someone with a broken foot. Not helpful. I arrived at the drive-thru to fill a prescription. They told me it would take 45 minutes to fill (it usually takes 20minutes). I told the pharmacist I had a broken foot and lived up two flights of stairs. There was no place for me to go so I asked if their was anything I could do to get it sooner. They told me I would just have to wait in-line and proceeded to give me a lecture on how prescriptions are filled. The woman was rude and not nice. No compassion! read more
