Walked in to get some meds from pharmacy for my allergy. Line was short. Got my stuff within couple of minutes. Best part CVS gave a 45% off on single item coupon that I was able to use for this purchase, got the pack for almost half price. Excellent friendly service from pharmacy assistant. Rest of the store wasn't clean and tidy. Self checkout kiosks were working and Halloween decorations were on full display. read more

Staff here could be nicer! They seriously feel hostile. Just today at the pharmacy, the person that was helping me walked away and never returned to check on me while I called the doctor's office about an RX that should have been sent. I confirmed w the office that they did send, it was verified by their system, and found out the time, but I couldn't keep them on the phone while I waited to get their attention again. When the next person finally came to help they told me I had to call back to ask that the Rx be resent and that even if the previous person didn't tell me to do that, I should have known. There's no need to be rude like that, I don't work at a pharmacy and thankfully I don't have a need to go often, so I don't know the mechanisms of a pharmacy. Again, the staff feels like they are ready to snap at you and this is not the first time I've had an experience like this here. On my way out, by the nail polish someone nearly took nail polish out of my hand bc I guess she thought I was putting it back in the wrong spot, I wasn't. I was buying one and putting back one after asking a question about a coupon. read more

This is my favorite and local CVS. I enjoy coming here as it is a big store with ample space as well as ample parking. There is a drive thru for pharmacy pick ups and Covid testing which makes it very convenient. They have also implemented two self check-out stations. This makes it very easy for those that need to grab something and head out quickly. Be sure to sign up for extra care and their emails. They send out great coupons and you're able to send them to your card digitally as well. Lastly, the employees are very friendly and I've always seen this location to be clean. read more

The worker was super rude when I was trying to buy acrylic nails. The lady treated me like a child, thinking I would going to steal an item when I had no intent of doing that what so ever. She was watching over me when I was picking out and purchasing my item and was following me around. She even said "I will bring this to the register" and picked it out of my hands. She didn't let me garb my own item. 1 star, not good customer service at all. Learn to treat your customers better. read more

This is one of the larger CVS stores in the area. They have a huge lot, they're clean inside, and all the employees are very nice to you. They also have a drive-thru for your prescriptions and they're located near the center of town in Dumont. read more

while in the jersey state visiting friends to see the super bowl i made a quick stop at cvs in dumont and picked up some snacks for the gang. a large parking lot with plenty of spots, inside its your typical cvs with a pharmacy in rear ,i think they have a drive thru as well which the lazy folks will like. plenty of well stocked shelves via multi aisles with space to roam freely. the snacks including the chips has its own section which has every variety you want. i tend to pick up more then i needed but when stuff is on sale its hard to resist. the lines move fast and dont forget your cvs card for added savings. the workers are nice and greet you entering and leaving . 4 stars on my yelp meter. read more

This CVS is one of my favorites to pick up things when I can't make it to a Target or something. Also, their pharmacy is quick and has a drive thru (Faster than going in to drop or pick medicine up). The location has a huge parking lot with tons of available spots. They hold a lot of inventory and options to choose from whether it's personal hygiene items or snacks and drinks. I occasionally pick up chips and candy (a lot to choose from). The staff is really friendly and the environment is clean and tidy. read more

I've had many problems when using this pharmacy, especially when asking clarification questions about medicines. It seems that you are inconveniencing them when you ask a question. If you've ever wondered what it was like back in the prehistoric time, I suggest you mosey on down to the CVS in Dumont because the entire place is ran by neanderthals. Rude, aggressive, and with a lack of a brain is the motto that entire store must run by. My mother went in over a month ago and dropped off photos to be developed. When she returned she was greeted by the first of the neanderthals. She couldn't provide my mother with a straight answer and only provided my mother and probably herself with confusion. Maybe it was just on off day for this girl and we can excuse her for the absent-mindedness and the fact that her finger refused to depart from her nose. Now let's address the king of the Neanderthals, the manager on duty. He was just a delight and a half. With only pure rudeness and the inability to help my mother he continued to repeat the same questions over and over again until maybe 20 mins or so it clicked that nothing was going to change in my mothers answers. Finally it was solved that they no longer developed pictures, mind you we purchased the camera from their store so it is beyond me as to why they would sell something that their services no longer cater to. All in all the experience was horrid, my mother came home with a headache and the pictures were finally found in there original drop off bag with no changes and no calls made to be said that the developing process could no longer be preformed. Why they would let us leave our pictures there in the first place is beyond me but I digress. We will refuse to be visiting this CVS anymore and if need be will take our business elsewhere.
