We have had the worst experience with this pharmacy. They have made getting medication borderline…read moreimpossible, which is totally unacceptable when you're on a schedule and you're spending thousands of dollars on IVF. They have forced us to call and then repeatedly gotten confused about what our insurance is, what benefits we have, and then force us to spend hours on the phone each time we call, sending even less than the bare minimum of medication needed. They also inexplicably charged a thousand dollars for medication covered by Progyny. On top of it all, they will call you and then put you on hold for an hour and then drop the call before someone answers. They have one job which is to ensure you get medication so your IVF which already costs thousands of dollars, and so when they so utterly and repeatedly fail, you're left screwed. This place should not exist.

I have been running around in circles with this pharmacy for a week now and have not received my medication. I am pulling all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. Oxyconton- It is never in stock and when I questioned why I was told it is backorder how ever it almost always is available the next day. If it is truly backorder rather than out of stock why is available the next day? This is only one of a myriad of issues I have with this pharmacy. At times the staff are unpleasant, particularly the pharmcists.

The shelves are always empty of whatever you need from greeting cards to soap. Sadly, the pharmacy also suffers and lots of times they send you away saying the is a "shortage" of medications. Strangely enough, other CVS locations don't seem to have these issues. The pharmacy always has crazy long lines that never seem to move.....something that I remember seeing about the USSR's bread lines. Also the people that work there in the pharmacy are also very strange and moody. One positive about all this, is if you have a child brainwashed about how good socialism or communism is, you can take them there and give them a taste and experience that system, and what it's really like.

I'm an older lady and I have COPD so I was picking up prescription for trilogy so when I went over to get my prescription and go to talk to the pharmacist he told me that there is a new pneumonia shot out that he suggested and recommended that I have I have had all my shots there so they have my records and they know me there but this pharmacist was kind of new and he told me he had no appointments right now and if I wanted to do it now I could. So my point is what are the pharmacy would do that I don't know of any and I've been to quite a few that were pretty awful and didn't give two craps about you... And it's not only him there all the people there are very nice and they treat you well and I will continue to go to this pharmacist as long as I able to. They are more than willing to deny coverage for any medication that your doctor prescribes, and shunt you off to an automated system to avoid having to answer for their denials. They will give you a canned response of "ask your doctor to appeal our decision" as if they have a right to get between you and your doctor's assessment of your need for medication. I 1000% despise CVS, and Caremark especially. They need to take the word "Care" out of their name, because care has NOTHING to do with it.

While trying to support local business, we ended up going to CVS. Both CVS stores in town and the Walgreens were more than happy to fill it. We chose CVS as they had it in stock. I do NOT recommend Lynch pharmacy. Note: the woman who answered the phone was lovely. That was the one saving grace. I hope he is kinder to her than he was to our doctor and me.
