I went to the cashier for some quarters and asked him if the air pump was working. Initially he hesitated and then said he didn't know and couldn't care less. I then found out the pump was indeed not working after I deposited 6 quarters. I believe they knew the pump was out of order and didn't bother to post a notice on the pump. It was a very disappointing experience . Will never go back. Don't go there.

Let me start off by saying I have never left a review of any business until now. About 3 weeks ago I was calling around various station to find assistance with mounting 4 tires on my truck. When I spoke with Ike the mechanic on duty he had quoted me $45 per axle. I ask, is this for each wheel and he replied not per axle 2 wheels each. so I booked an appointment to drop off my truck the next morning. When I called later that afternoon for an ETA to pick up they said it would be ready by 5. Unfortunately I could not stop by until after 6pm and they told me that it would not be a problem as someone would be there until 9pm. When I eventually made my way to the Shell station the gentleman working let me know that the bill came to $250. I was shocked and asked this is not correct it should be closer to $110 after tax as I was quoted $45 per axle. He let me know that he could not do anything with the bill, and I was not expecting that he could, so I left very frustrated and began wondering about a bait and switch scam. My wife told me to let it go for the night until you could speak with the manager or owner in the morning as they opened up at 7am. When I called the next day at 7am, Ike answered and after I explained my frustration, he said, he was referring to 45 min per axle, not $45 per axle. I let him know that that is not what he quoted as I would have never dropped off my truck, with this outrageous rates to mount tires. He said that he would talk to the manager and call me back after 8am. When he called back I was informed that they would take off the tire disposal fee of $20 but that is all she was willing to do. At this point I was left with no recourse but to pick up my truck and discuss with the manager in person. When I discussed the bait and switch and dishonesty that has happened I was not offered any sympathy or apology but rather, this is all we can do. Lesson learned after stewing over this crap service and dishonesty is buyer beware at this Shell Station. If you are thinking about getting any service done here don't. If you chose to take the risk, make sure you get a written, signed cost before handing them your keys. Ike is a nice guy but I am certain his hands are tied to the poor ownership and the manager who I suspect is the owner. I drove by today and noticed your store front is boarded up. Looks like you are angering more than just myself. If I could rate you a NO STAR I would. Honesty and Integrity go a long way and this Shell ownership has neither. I hope anyone reading this review stays clear of this Shell Station. Happy New Year and thanks for Nothing.

So, my impressions of it all outside of the cashless check out is that it's basically a 7 Eleven or similar convenience store. Some hot food and cold sandwich options, lots of drinks to choose from including soft drinks, coffee and plenty of snacks. The prices are a little higher than at a convenience store, especially since at say 7 Eleven they may have 2 for $4 on a bottle of coke or some similar promotion. Here at Amazon Go they sort of have a promotion but they're more akin to Subway where you have to buy a sandwich or something. I had a mini personal pizza from here and at $5 it wasn't bad. I'd go again simply for that but beyond that Amazon Go is just a cashless convenience store, convenient so that you don't have to really deal with lines.

We expected a line, but fortunately, not many people were here for slurpee day, so we were able to get in and out. Located off of Bellevue Way, it's easy to spot with plenty of parking in the business strip it's located in. A few of the slurpees here are based off of soda, which I don't drink. But I did find lemonade slurpees, including a mango one, which I ended up getting for slurpee day. It was way too sugary to finish, but hey, it's free. The cashier was fine with us trying the different slurpees before committing to one. When he saw we all had our small slurpees, we were able to just walk out without a purchase. Easy peasy.
