I called ahead and talked to Hannah who helped me do as much over the phone as possible to minimize my time in the pharmacy. I normally go to Costco but going to Costco two days before Thanksgiving sounds like grounds to make me committed somewhere. I am a fan of independent mom and pop outfits over heartless big box stores. Boy, coming here was totally the right decision. Hannah was ready for me just as I walked in, I was in and out in a flash. My insurance went through seamlessly, I was astounded. This was so much easier than my beloved Costco. The price might have been less too! I couldn't believe it. Thank you for making everything so easy and making me feel like family. I am so grateful

There wasn't anybody in line in front of me when I arrived in the middle of the day which was surprising. If I was just waiting for a script I imagine it wouldn't have taken them too long to fill it, but I went in for a simple flu shot and it took them almost half an hour to prepare it which was a bit irritating. I'm glad I have it done and out of the way though.

I don't think I would have otherwise stopped in here for anything, but doing so gave me a chance to look around and I was actually surprised at their produce and meat departments. They had a pretty decent selection here and the prices were great! The choices throughout the rest of the store were limited a bit. They have brand names, but not the quantity or selection you might be used to if you normally shop at Walmart or Hy-Vee. Still if you are on a budget and don't want to subsist merely on Ramen or Chef Boyardee you can get a full weeks groceries for a reasonable price.

She acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She tried to get me to wait for all the appointments before taking my sample. I then had to explain to her in front of the entire waiting room that my sample is a frozen stool sample and I didn't want it to thaw. At that point she finally took it and I was able to go. If she is that bothered by a sample drop off I genuinely cannot imagine being a patient of hers. If you have to use quest, pick a different location.
