I called about 5 times trying to get through. When i finally spoke to somebody about the FREE FLU SHOT no appointment was needed. I drove to Walgreens for my shot. FLU SHOTS ARE NOT FREE if you don't have insurance. So Although they advertise as such, they are only free if yiu HAVE INSURANCE!! NO INSURANCE -NOT FREE. they want $45. wow what jerks. I switch from Walmart to Walgreens yesterday...not needing any of my prescriptions refilled at this time. However, already regretting the switch and I haven't filled a prescription YET!!. To get to talk to anyone you have to be processed through their automation phone information, and then you still get to hear a recording of how you will talk to pharmacist soon because that is done in order of received or long you can willing to wait on hold;.....so its 5-minute due process. The automation is done for pharmacy convenience but has zero to non for the poor smock trying to fill or refill a prescription. OMG, I BELIEVE CHANGING IS GOING TO BE NIGHTMARE AND A HUGE MISTAKE! It gets a five star. Why? It's a Walgreens and it's pretty straight forward. You go in, buy your stuff and leave. How hard can it be? But this was a Great Walgreens, wasn't too crowded, easy check out and Friendly employees. read more

It's about 50/50 on being able to get your prescription filled....they are always out of meds.

As pharmacies go, the staff here is repeatedly bad. From lost debit cards, to not filling orders, it's always something.

I fill 26 prescriptions a month for my family, not counting insulin and diabetes supplies for two kids. The pharmacy staff is phenomenal. They're quick to get something filled when I really need it. They offer to make calls to other stores if a med is out of stock. They follow up on insurance approvals and don't stop until they have an answer. They're friendly and remember all of my family members (9 people) when I come to pick up prescriptions, saving me from trying to go through each member covering three last names. The pharmacists are warm and ready to help. One has come to the window just to ask how my kids were doing after being diagnosed with diabetes. I'd only interacted with him once, he just cared that much. One time I lost my voice, but I had to pick up meds before they closed, and I had two small children so I needed to go through the drive through. I prepared a small sign with what I needed and held it up to the window. The tech smiled at my effort and took care of everything went out of his way to fill the order without me needing to talk. We switched to Walgreens even though CVS is a preferred provider for our insurance company. They outshine CVS in every possible way. read more
