Terrible experience just dropping off a UPS package, all labeled and ready to go. I was asked by one if it was heavy and before I could even answer, another said it was, without even checking the weight. It was half the allowed max weight, all that was needed was to be scanned and UPS to pick it up. They should take down the UPS access point advertisement on the front door window. I came in with some other people and we were walking around the store and were almost immediately followed around by a female presenting employee who worked here with glasses And long hair. They also stood directly in our way at one point and when I said excuse me they looked at me and my friends like we were disgusting and refused to move. At some point I said something to another shopper and she interrupted me and told me I was wrong even tho she didn't even hear what I said all the way?? super weird behavior and we weren't even behaving in a manner consistent with this behavior being justified. This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. They always have issues with my insurance Idk why CVS in Florida took Blue Cross Blue Shield and this one doesn't I had sooner care before Blue Cross and I had issues with that too. They almost never have my refills even when they call me to tell me it's ready. Staff acts like they're over their jobs I can't stress this enough. If this is the closest CVS to you, go to a different pharmacy!!! It's not just me. Anytime I go to pick up prescriptions the people in front of me always have issues as well. The management here needs to be investigated by the district manager to see what the heck is going on here. read more

Got a message saying my prescriptions were ready, got there and only one was ready. They said it would be another 30 minutes. I asked if they would message again when both were ready. They didn't, I called and found out both were finally ready. I walked in at 801pm and they already had the security doors. This place is terrible. read more

So, CVS in Target failed to get my insurance to work. It's been 2 weeks. Insurance said they are doing something wrong, they refused to call the insurance company for me. If you need to pickup a medicine within a reasonable amount of time, go literally anywhere else. The first time I went to pick up my prescription I waited in a 30 minute line just for them to tell me my prescription, ORDERED 24 HOURS BEFORE, was not ready. I now am back & have been waiting another 45 minutes & still have not made it to the front of the line. Oh, and don't bother calling their number they never pick up the phone and just let it ring. Hands down the most incompetent and rudest pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. Prescriptions sent multiple times by doctor but they can't seem to find it. Don't bother calling, because they don't answer the phone, and certainly don't expect any customer service from the pharmacy. The pharmacist are rude, confrontational and clearly chose the wrong profession. Very, very disappointing pharmacy service. Prescription was called in yesterday morning. Daughter, sophomore attending OU, went to pick up her prescription late morning today. She waited over an hour in the car line to find out it had not been filled. She is very sick and needs to get on her meds. So then she came back just 20 minutes ago, waited another 45 minutes in car line, did not want to go in to get anyone else sick. The tech tells her they do not take my United Healthcare insurance which is totally incorrect because we use my insurance at CVS in Flower Mound. Our daughter called us in tears. Asked her to call the clinic and have them call into Walgreens which always a company we can count on. No more CVS for our family! read more

So very mad! Doctor called in our meds on 3/22/19 at 11 am. Went to pick our meds up at 1:30 pm on 3/23/19 and they were not ready! It shouldn't take 14 1/2 hours to fill someone's scripts! Will move to another cvs and won't go back there! read more

I use this CVS to pick up all of my prescriptions because of how close it is to my apartment. I usually do not have many issues with them except sometimes I'll get a text that my prescription is ready and I'll go and then have to wait 20 minutes because it's not actually ready. However, I went this morning before my class to pick up a prescription (this one was under my dogs name instead of mine for some reason) and the lady helping me was EXTREMELY rude. She was talking in a very aggressive manner and making faces at me the whole time. She told me she would have to "re-prescribe" it to me and that that would take 15 minutes (I could not wait for it though because I needed to leave for my class). The email I got saying it was ready told me that it was $17.27 and the lady said that it was now $22.18. I asked why it went up showing her the price on my screen and she said "I don't know why it's saying that" and continued talking in an aggressive manner telling me she could try re-running it through the system. At this point I was over this whole interaction and told her no I need to leave so she handed me my card back and I drove away. I wish I got her name during this process because I was in awe that she was treating me the way that she did. I will now be looking for a different pharmacy because of her :). read more

Once upon a time CVS was a pretty good store. The staff is pretty friendly, and the selection is good. But recently the prices on many products (especially over-the-counter meds) have become very $pendy indeed. This week I went in for 3 things, left with 1, went down the street and saved HALF off buying retail elsewhere. I bought the M&M Caramels that were delicious. The other 2 items were items you find in most medicine cabinets. Even the store brand seemed overpriced. So I drove down the street for a second opinion. I bought 1 name brand and 1 store brand item, spent about 50% less than CVS wanted. Since this experience was a repeat I know next time to just go on down the street. Unless all I need is something sweet! read more

The store part is great! The pharmacy on the other hand is pretty bad. It's very understaffed. Even if your prescription is ready, you have to wait quite a bit for someone to help you. Also, I just want to add, the chairs you are supposed to sit on to wait are absolutely disgusting. Looks like they have been vomited on and never cleaned. read more

Terrible customer service! They always tell me they don't take my insurance when they do. I have received meds from this location many many times and they always try to deny me. They always have to call my insurance to confirm they take it. I have to go through with this every 60 days when I refill my scripts. They don't keep anything on file!!!! Waste of time and have to wait hours even days just to get refills! Then they treat you like crap because you're irritated that you have been waiting!!Other people in line complain about it too! I get my prescription there every month and have found nothing wrong with the store. If you want to compare it to Walgreens, which is a superstore because they've been in business longer and have accumulated more wealth to accumulate more products for the store, then you are not comparing oranges with oranges. The staff is friendly and have the cheapest prices as far as compared to Wal-Mart or Walgreens. read more

The only reason that I frequent this place is because it's less than a 5 minute drive from my house. I use the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions, but 80% of the time, they get something wrong, and I have to correct them to get it right. The customer service is also lacking as everyone that works in the pharmacy looks like they hate being there. My most recent disaster was when my doctor called in a prescription for some medicine to relieve my cold symptoms (runny nose etc) I don't like taking things that have antihistamines in them, as they make me really nauseous, so I finally found something from my Dr. that worked & didn't make me feel awful throughout the day. When I came to this location to pick up my prescription, they didn't have it ready (even though my Dr. called it in the day before) and told me to come back in an hour; thus causing me to be late to work. I came back through the drive through after an hour, only to be told that they didn't have what I needed, so they told me to come inside. I came inside and they sold me some over the counter Pseudoephedrine. I was completely dumbfounded that they wasted my time & didn't hear any of my concerns. This is only ONE situation out of many that has caused me so much frustration. I will transferring my prescriptions to a different location, even though it's out of the way; just so I can get accuracy consistently & a higher level of customer service. read more
