I just canceled and won't renew here unless I read that things have changed significantly for the better. About 80 percent of our deliveries had large amounts of food missing, unless I paid the extra $5 or $10 for the express delivery. The basic "free" with Walmart plus was a joke. We were missing anywhere from $25 - $100 of groceries. Then the amount was always too high to get the refund in the app. I became quite friendly with Fatima and her colleagues at their escalated cs number. The drivers say it's not them. The store says it's not them. Yet here I am, left without meat, frozen food, dog food, etc time and time again. Sometimes I would even get someone else's stuff. My daughter has a rare disease as a result she has a lot of prescriptions, and a lot of medications that the doses get messed with to keep her stable. Tom and his staff always go out of their way to make sure that we always have the right medications and that we don't run out. This means a lot of extra work for them staying on top of which prescription is correct and making sure we have refills. We also deal with a lot of out of state doctors who have to have their prescriptions authorized by our pediatrician. Tom and his staff makes it very easy and a lot less hassle for me dealing with managing my daughter medications.

Over the last several years, I have endured painful medical problems. I finally realized the effects these drugs were having on my body and decided to ask the doctor to take me off of them. They then sent me to a specialist who prescribed me Suboxone. The years of taking pain medication had caused me to be extremely dependent on them and that was not how I wanted to live my life. I have been taking suboxone and it has saved my life. However, This pharmacy treats patients on this drug as addicts. They have no respect. They seem to think that just because you take this medication that you must be some sort of junkie (which I am absolutely not) Every time I leave after picking up my prescription, I feel so terrible and judged. I have heard them snicker about people on suboxone behind their backs. The staff here needs to get some class. Not everyone on this medication is an abuser. I certainly do not abuse my medication and I know that there are people out there that probably do. Bottom line is P&S staff needs to stop judging people based on their prescriptions and do their freakin job. I am not one to ever post such comments on YELP but constantly being treated this way has made me very angry at the staff. I will absolutely be transferring to a different pharmacy. There must be one out there whose staff has compassion and enjoys their work and helping people. I will never be back here. Smiling in your face and then snickering behind your back (even as you walk out of the store) is horrible!!!!!! They obviously need to find a job that suits their high school behavior.
