Since the pandemic I usually have this pharmacy mail my scripts, but I was running low. So I went in. What a dump. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There were sale items on the floor and sunglasses and hair dye and there was also an assortment of trash paper and dirt blown all over. While I was waiting (and waiting and waiting) I watched an older man with a cane ask about a Covid19 shot. No appointment. Contrary to what the sign on the counter said, the woman told him there were no walk-ins available and he'd have to go to cvs.com to schedule a shot. It appears that you really don't care very much about your customers. You don't have a current list of pharmacies offering on-site shots? You could have called the man an Uber and sent him to a shot and then home. But you just blew him off. Shame on you! How many lives did you not save today? read more

This is one of the worst CVSs I've ever seen. Not only is the pharmacist full of the rude employees and I really mean rude. They don't answer the phone. I called twice today and both calls I was on hold for over an hour. No one picked up. The employees in the pharmacy talk down to customers. I've been witnessing this for a while now. They are extremely mean to senior citizens. They roll their eyes at customers. They take their time with everything, they are always somehow two days behind on filling scripts. I need my script the day my Doctor calls it in. I can't be without my medicine for two days. This has happened on more than one occasion. I've given this CVS so many chances and it's only gotten worse. It amazes me that management there allows this. That corporate does nothing either. It's completely unacceptable. read more

I came here to pick up a prescription and what a mess. They told me it would take 15 minutes ... it took an hour. During that hour, I witness a pharmacy employee yelling at customers when there was an issue with their prescriptions. Very rude and unprofessional pharmacy. I will not be returning. read more

This CVS pharmacy is TERRIBLE! TWO DAYS IN A ROW I have come to pick up a script that should have been ready already. The second day I came I called at 930 and they said it would be ready by 1130. I got there at 1150 and they said I had to wait another 15 mins. My boyfriend is crying in pain and they can't prioritize or even give correct information so I don't have to waste time waiting at the pharmacy. This cvs sucks. The pharmacy is slow as hell always with a line 15 deep that's takes 30+ min to pickup a prescription. The clientele in here sucks too. There's always panhandlers begging for money outside too who don't understand what no means or what personal space is. Stay away from this crap hole. Go to cvs on Main Street in bay shore or west Islip. read more

I had a very disappointing encounter at this particular CVS this morning. I went in to purchase a candy bar, because I felt my sugar getting low. No one was at the front counter so I waited for about 10 minutes and still no one came. I finally saw an older female employee, and asked her if anyone was working the cash register, she told me I had to push the button by the desk for assistance. I told her, I would have never saw that button if she hadn't pointed it out to me. She said, "you need to open your eyes". This occurred around 11:15am. I was completely flabbergasted and dejected by my experience this morning. My opinion, some retraining germane to customer service and best practices when dealing with consumers would go along way with the weekday, morning staff. I want to be clear this review does not pertain to the pharmacy section. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have my medications on time and text me when they are ready. The store is clean and well stocked. I have never had a problem at this location. I'm glad that this is my CVS and will stick with this pharmacy as long as I'm in the area. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Out of all the cvs I've been to this one is the worst. Starting with the "supervisor " Emily who was very disrespectful. She wouldn't even let me talk and plea my case to her. First, the lady at the register was helping me then here comes Emily who shut down the who transaction and denied my request. I felt I was racially profiled against. She took one look at me and everything went south. I had to go all the way to another cvs just to get what I needed for my daughter. read more
