I made a complaint with the 800 Walgreens number. The whole situation was weird as I was told my order processed through the Hicksville store who said they had no records in their system of the order even though it was showing out for delivery. Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions.
