I was picking up a prescription ( I got a text it was ready and in the app showed it was ready and I showed young girl at the register. She looked it up and said I don't have anything ready so I proceeded to show her my phone to prove I wasn't making it up she said go stand by drop off. I waited for 10 min and finally some very nice lady came over she looked it up and apologized and said I can have it for you in 20 min I thanked her and went to sit down. When it was ready the nasty girl just pointed at me and didn't say anything to me at all. After I paid I said have a nice day and she just walked away. This has happened to me 2 times already and I will be changing to hannaford. read more

This pharmacy has absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. You can't get through on the phone to the pharmacy tech not even wait on hold. They send you to some stupid voicemail thing after 10 minutes trying to get there on the phone and then you're so pissed off that you leave a nasty message and I never call you back anyway it doesn't matter if you put sugar and ice cream on top they wouldn't call you back absolutely The worst of the worst never been treated this crappy before ask questions about a prescription and you don't get a straight answer. I got a blood monitoring machine and there's nothing to make it work unbelievable. read more

Unprofessional Pharmacist and staff appear to be intimidated by his presence. Very rude... is an understatement. I can understand a "bad day" but not when it is taken out on customers and staff. Patiently waited for a prescription which had been called in over 6 hours ago. You are unable to speak directly to an associate to check on the status on the phone. You can leave a message but they will not call you back... My physician was correct when I was advised to no longer go to this pharmacy. Neighbors, friends and family have experienced this highly negative situation, I had not until today. I will take my business elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke. I was told my script would be ready after lunch. I'd already waited all morning calling them. However after lunch they closed because the staff walked off after the manager snapped at them. Today they did not reopen.... It's a holiday weekend. Thanks CVS. Worst CVS location I have been to. Yesterday I go to pickup my script due to a text saying it's ready. When I go through the drive thru - they can't find me in the system. Another attendant comes over and mysteriously my script is found. I was supposed to have 2. The attendant says the other one can't be filled cause it's too early. I said - "that's funny because I got a text it's ready and also I only have 3 pills left". She goes back into the system and said I was right. It's nice to know I know how to take my medications. This is the consistent lack of knowledge and service at this location. Has been for 15 years. The pharmacy department is just rude and untrained. Don't have this problem at the location in Estero Florida. Cvs needs to have this location brush up on their customer service. They are the worst. read more

Doctor sent prescription to CVS after my appointment on Friday I emediatly go there to find pharmacy section closed.asked manager he says pharmacist is sick the other ones on vacation I asked can you send that prescription to a different CVS... no I can't call my doctor back nobody answers I left a message can you send it to Walmart or anywhere else instead they finally get back to me 10 minutes before they close their office. I didn't get to the phone to answer they leave a message because of the price of my prescription at Walmart and I'm paying out of pocket they want to know exactly where to send. I called back immediately 10 minutes before they close and they're answering services already answering they are closed for the weekend. I figure I'll go back the next day and get it I'm sure they'll be open well they're not even though it says they are on there website app so I wish the gas and time a second day the manager there is totally useless I find it hard to believe they can't just have another person come in and cover for the other two incompetent pharmacists but I guess that's asking too much now I'm gone 3 days without my medicine that I was waiting for and hoping for for 2 months the stupid manager can't even figure out how to put closed on their website nobody ever apologized I don't think it would be too hard to have somebody from another CVS come cover I'm glad it's not a life and death medicine but still very uncomfortable without it I think I'll be changing pharmacies and doctors this whole situation is a perfect storm of incompetency. read more

Tried to register yesterday, after filling out lengthy form on line, I was told to hold on processing, waited 20 minutes and repeated Guess what same story, wife went into pharmacy was told didn't need appointment We both returned at 3:00, Brittany very nice young woman, tried to process but we we're told by pharmacist she was to busy and we needed an appointment, got appointment for 10 am next day. She was rude and should be admonished. Called Walgreens, Tayler answered phone, most pleasant, don't need appointment, we went there and Britney, took care of my wife and me, got our booster shot and done in half hour. Everyone was so friendly, they made us feel special, we're now new customers of Walgreens Not all CVS are as bad as North Conway, we had terrific experience at the Exeter/ Stratham location. read more

This is the first negative Yelp rating I have ever done. The folks who work here up front (not the pharmacy) are friendly, helpful and professional. I wish I could say the same for the pharmacy itself. They have become more and more short and unfriendly in communications, and arrogant in interaction. When I tried to provide feedback, albeit not positive, about my interactions I was told basically "your opinion" and hung up on. I wish I could say this was a one time thing but it is not as I have witnessed other customers being treated poorly. I hope corporate finds a way to change this locations culture and attitude. read more

Any business's that have the incorrect hours listed online is an automatic 1 star for me. 9:12pm, and the location is closed when hours online are all listed as 10pm. (Including yelp) Customers are expected to drive to every business to verify if they are open? No, no they are not that's why we all use the fantastic creation known as the internet. read more

Staff are horrible. They are mean and it can take several days for them to fill a prescription in process. I would go anywhere else but here but my doctor finds it easiest to send my medications here. read more

I was treated so rudely at the Drive Thru prescription pickup. There was a mixup in the ordering of my medicine by the doctor's office and I had to endure a tirade by the woman at the window that it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another hour. She was so unprofessional and did not try to even solve the problem. They will not have to worry about being busy with my prescriptions in the future, I will be going elsewhere. read more

After coming down with a chest cold while I vacation, my doctor called in an antibiotic to this CVS. I normally get my prescriptions at CVS at home. Within 15 minutes I was at the pharmacy counter here and my prescription was ready! Five minutes later I was on my way. What's better than that? read more

I didn't quite catch her name but me and the hubby came up late this night and I happen to slip in right at 10 and these two woman working didn't see me come in and I didn't even realize how late it was. rude staff, especially the pharmacy never have things ready even upon multiple returning visits

My Hanover NH CVS is awesome, but so is the No. Conway NH CVS! My 88 y.o. dementia Mom lives near No. Conway (2 hours away from me-it's not like I can skip work & drive over quick). She has a number of medical issues, of which diabetic supplies are crucial. I don't know how to state this any clearer, but the pharmacy staff is professional, full of courtesy, compassionate, and most of all - as with any great Customer Service - knows how to listen (I work in Customer Service and a good tactic is to let the customer just talk without interruption). They not only correct problems, but follow-up with all participants. I can sleep tonight! Never thought just 1 phone call would help my elderly Mom - they coordinated with her diabetic nurse practitioner and me, and it all came together. Smooth. Doesn't happen often during these challenging times! And, I mean we are all suffering during this on-going pandemic; nothing is quick 'n easy nowadays and employees are working really hard, really hard! read more

I can tell you this location consistently and repeatedly offers the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. The lack of compassion, the lack of correct information, and the lack of concern over inaccuracy of their website information has repeatedly resulted in my leaving the pharmacy without the medication I was looking for. This medication is life-saving medication for my child. The only reason I have been using the pharmacy, up to this point, for my daughter's plethora of medications has been due to the fact that her insurance company dictates we use CVS. Otherwise, I would have used a different pharmacy a long time ago. Disappointing, fraught with disrespect and a lack of concern is the average experience at CVS in North Conway. read more

While on vacation far from home, my husband realized that he had forgotten a prescription medication. We called CVS and they advised us on how to get a temporary supply during our trip. It ended up being a simple problem to solve but we were upset and the pharmacist was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. If we lived here, this would be our pharmacy. read more

ALL of the staff at the pharmacy over Labor Day weekend 2017 couldn't have been more rude. Couldn't be bothered with trying to help solve a problem. Customers were lined up trying to collect prescriptions and the staff was abrupt, rude, and conveyed a clear message of "you people are inconveniencing us". And, my script was WRONG. Save your time, energy and your day and take your business across the street to Walgreens. I will NEVER give my business to this CVS again, and I am a faithful CVS customer. read more
