I have lived in North Conway for many many years and have gone to Walgreens for a very long time. I want to specifically say that Ingrid is a fantastic employee at Walgreens and goes out of her way to really help the customer. They all are very customer oriented however Ingrid is above and beyond and I really appreciate the personal relationship she forms with her customers. I must say the pharmacy is run extremely well. And it is so nice to go to a local place that you can just drive through and they're always right there for you. I just realized my review for this must have been deleted for some reason. I used to work for this store for about 10-11 months. And it was a HORRIBLE experience. I was hired being promised one thing. Which of course it changed AFTER I was hired. Basically lied to and baited into something. The store manager there when I was there Rebecca played favorites so much. There was certain rules for certain people. If you weren't the ASM Karissa. Or the Cashiers Gayle or Terrina. Or the pharmacy crew. You got treated like an outcast. In my time there Gayle and Terrina broke so many policies and treated me like trash which I reported and hey got brushed under the rug. And then Rebecca would come back to me saying "we'll talk to them but there's 2 sides to every story. However. They did make a complaint that your cologne smells TOO strong and gives them bad migraines. So do you mind not wearing it". Literally witnessed myself the Pharmacists Sara and Megan drop pills on the floor a handful of times and then proceed to pick them up, blow it off and put them in a prescription bottle for a patient. Which is HIGHLY against policy. So I had an emergency room visit in November if 2018 which I was given a doctor's note excusing me for three days. The note literally said he is to be off work from x-x". And Rebecca decided "no the note means you have to come back to work that last day. So if you're gonna have to miss work you need to go to the hospital and get another note excusing you for today or it'll count as an un excused absence". Knowing I didn't have a car and couldn't get out of bed. So I go to the hospital to get another note. And I called corporate and reported her cuz I thought that was really wrong. So I end up getting fired on CHRISTMAS EVE "for attendance" because I had a DOCTORS NOTE excusing me, and I had brought in gift bags for EVERYONE in the store. Spent about $260 on everything combines. Rebecca watched me hand out the gift bags to everyone. And then pulled me in the office and told me they were going to let me go for attendance cuz if my doctors note. To which I find out from corporate, they could have suspended me but it was store managers discretion, to which she chose to fire me in retaliation because of me reporting her and the cashiers Gayle and Terrina to corporate. If you guys knew all the dirty things they do there as a store. You wouldn't ever step foot in that building again. read more

I was very disappointed in Walgreens my daughter and I were there and there was no social distancing between a worker and a guest. There was no sanitizer at the entrance and or near shopping carts. I found this odd for a drug store. I will not be going to that store again. Workers that were down the aisles who were stocking were sitting right next to each other with no gloves or masks on.
