As I pulled up to the drive-through window, the gentleman asked me to come inside and go to the "drop off"counter. After speaking with the young lady there, she said my order will be ready have a seat. After waiting 35 minutes. I finally went up to ask, about my prescription. It had been sitting there ready for 20 minutes and they forgot I was sitting there waiting. Additionally, the waiting area and counters are filthy. 2 stars for the lovely 2 people I spoke to. CVS has always been my go-to place for a quick in-n-out purchase. I've always just scanned my card or inputted my number whenever I check out to collect rewards and that's it. Recently, I've decided to try out their photo services. My husband and I have always wanted to put up some memorable photos around the house. He suggested I try CVS out. I log in through the app and navigate through to the photo services tab. I go through the process then submit my order. Through the process, you're able to crop and use filters to finalize the order. It said same-day pick up and was to be ready a few hours later. A follow-up email was to be sent to as a notice that the order was ready. So following submitted the order and seeing the confirmation, I waited. The estimated time for completion as stated on the receipt came and went. I gave it another hour or so before taking any action. So after a few hours passed, I called the location for an update. Following the automated responses, a lady answered the phone. It wasn't the most "customer service-centered" way to answer the phone but I shrugged it off. Though it did make me feel a bit uneasy about the status of my order. This was to be the first of three calls. The lady on the phone informed me that my order hadn't been done yet because management or some other team member were looking for the proper paper for my order. I asked how long it would take and she said that I would have to just call back and check. I didn't call back for the rest of the day just to give them enough time to do whatever it was they needed to do to complete what was supposed to be same-day pick-up. The next day, I called and again it was the same lady. How I know? Same tone of voice. I asked about my order and she asked what was my order. I offered the confirmation but she said that she'd rather me tell her what type of thing I ordered was. Two Glossy Posters. She told me to hold because she was going through what she made seem like stacks on stacks of projects. She later comes back and says that she didn't find my order. She fortunately offered to rerun my order after finding my name on the system. I thanked her and just as I was about to ask about status, she drops the call. Anyway, I wait for the email. The email saying the order was ready finally came. I called just to make sure it was ready ready given the issues. I wasn't about to go all the way over just for them to not have it ready. Again, same lady answered, I asked if they were ready and she excitedly said yes! I drive over and the location wasn't that busy. There was one other person checking out. I could only assume the lady who helped me at the front, Jean, was the same lady on the phone, who knows. I go up and said that I was coming in for the order. She knew right away what I was talking about. She fumbled a little bit on the register before going over to the photo desk to grab my order. She placed it down, rings up the item and before I leave, she rambled on about typical workplace annoyance. I empathized with her and thanked her for her time. Excitedly, I drove home already planning where I was to put them up around the house. As I settled at home, I opened the box they came in and unfurled the two photos I ordered to be enlarged. To my extreme disappointment, they were horribly cropped and not at all centered as I envisioned while placing my order on their App! These are not something I would be proud to display in our home. I feel that this could have been avoided if the proper individuals ran the photo desk, if that's a possibility. I don't know how to go about this horrendous reproduction of my cherished photos. I imagine calling in and asking for a manager would be the next logical step. read more

A prescription was placed 3 days ago. The last 3 days they've told me it's out of stock here & a 30 mile radius. Today I go inside and ask them why they keep telling me to come the next day it will be ready. Well I go inside and the guy at the counter tells me they discontinued it. So I call urgent care to see what the deal is. Turns out the actually did have it and it was filled 3 days ago. They were just lazy incompetent idiots! read more

Katherine working the pharmacy is really rude and should not be handling people's prescriptions

This CVS has some of the worst customer service ever. Since this is the closest CVS near my house I end up going here a lot. The employees all seem to have a mild edge and attitudes as if they're severely unhappy to be there. Look, we get it, no one likes working, especially in customer service. But if you hate your job that bad, maybe you should have looked into another career choice. Everyone has things to deal with and no one needs their attitudes because they hate their jobs. The last straw that made me write this review was my recent experience at the pharmacy. First, I walk up to the counter. I'm in pain and I just want to grab my medication and go home without being served a side of passive aggressive attitude by people who hate their jobs and act as if they're forced to work for CVS in customer service. Of course, I couldn't be so lucky. Yet again, more attitude. A younger woman who looks frazzled and confused tells me she'll be right with me. I'm thinking okay great, no problem. Nope, instead I wait...and wait...and wait...as she proceeds to staple orders and continue to take drive-thru pharmacy orders. After being courteous and telling the drive thru customers have a good night guess what she says to me? In an abrupt and rude tone, she says "Name, date of birth?" No greeting or anything. I decide, it's better to just brush it off. She tells me she has to have the "Pharmacist" to review my medication. Well the pharmacist "Uchenna" lazily walks over, doesn't go over the medication with me, barely speaks or anything. It's almost as if he's a caveman by the way he grunted through the entire process. I was courteous, the entire time. In fact, at the end of the transaction, I'm the one who was polite and said, "Thank you," before walking off. The entire interaction was disgusting. And here's why. Right after I walk away, I hear "Uchenna" suddenly perk up, become professional and say to the next customer "Hi! Thanks for waiting, sorry for the wait." These people have a problem with minority women in particular. I have noticed small microaggressions from certain people who work in this pharmacy towards myself and other women of color in the past. I think CVS district management needs to do an overhaul and get a handle on the attitudes of these people. In reading other reviews the pharmacy in particular appears to be a problem and I agree. It's horrific to be in pain and deal with hostility when you're just trying to pick up medication. And the so-called "Pharmacist" Uchenna needs to calm down and realize he's a minority himself. I'm not entirely sure who he "thinks" he's looking down on or attempting to treat different. His behavior was weird and uncalled for especially since he's dealing with the public, who most likely are enduring an illness of some kind. Lastly, this store smells like garbage and sewage. Especially first thing in the morning, YUCK! How are they subjecting people to these fumes? Deplorable. read more

I've never had a more rude response from a person who's supposed to be helping people! She's unprofessional, curt and plain enjoyed denying filling my prescription. It was very obvious! Workers have consistently had nasty attitudes over simple customer service questions. I most recently when to this CVS and asked if this location was a UPS access point and took Amazon returns to which the blonde haired African American employee with glasses working on 7/4 stated they did. I had my return in my hand and she smirked and stated they don't take that (referring to my unpackaged returns). She then went on to give an attitude about how they must be prepackaged with a label and taped and they do this out of "convenience". I left and said thank you. Not sure what the attitude was for. I had planned to continue shopping @ the store regardless but not after being disrespected. Typically, my returns on Amazon I make without having to package or label for MY convenience. The old cashier lady named "Jean" is the worst employee ever. I don't know how she got the job with her TERRIBLE attitude ‍ she was extremelyyyy rude and was smacking her gum very loudly. She doesn't hand me my bag and shouts at me saying "well you can go now" because I was waiting for her to hand me my bag, on top of that this isn't the first time this has happened it happened a couple of times she was very rude. just moved to this side of town. went to this cvs to switch my prescriptions. unfortunately these people are not smart enough to run a pharmacy without closing the whole pharmacy up for lunch. evidently these people have no interest in running a successful business. so i want to across the street to smith's whose pharmacy was open. they were more than happy to switch all my prescriptions. if people aren't smart enough to to keep a business open for lunch. ( never heard of delivering lunch) they are not to be trusted with my prescriptions. cvs sucks ! read more

This CVS use to good when it first opened up a few years ago. They use to carry a wider variety of cough drops and Mucinex children's medicine, but when I came in early this week they had none of those products. I needed Boiron flu medicine, Mucinex and cough drops and they had nothing. They didn't even carry any almonds for snacking. Overall I'm pretty disappointed that I wasted my time coming here and left empty handed. When your feeling sick and having to drive around for a few simply cold medicines that you should be able to find at a pharmacy and can't it's a pain in the *ss. Basically if you decide to come here for those things I've mentioned you won't find them and your better off going to Walgreens a couple blocks down the road. read more

I cannot stand this pharmacy the past 10 times I've been here there's always an issue! I only use the pharmacy once a month so I have never felt the need to switch but now I am. Today only one prescription was filled when both medications were sent at the same time. They will try to make up any excuse to save their ass and then tried to make me come back for the forgotten prescription, when I said no they miraculously filled it in 5 mins. Be careful here. I have a diabetic cat and I have Ben here at least 3 or 4 times to pick up insulin syringes without any issue. Today, I walked in and was told that "it's never been CVS's policy to sell insulin syringes without a prescription for medication." That tells me that somebody DEFINITELY doesn't know the policies of this company and THAT is dangerous. Update: you can easily find the same sized syringes online for half the price! read more

I went back around the time he quoted and he remembered my name and was quick to my order. He was pleasant and even hoped I felt better. I come to CVS regularly for my prescriptions. I was assisted through the drive up window promptly. Adrian assisted me and was friendly. I have had multiple interactions with him and he is always so helpful and friendly. He has grade A customer service. Adrian is definitely the reason why my family has continued to use CVS pharmacy. My 5 stars are for the pharmacy dream team of Aaron , Cheyenne, and Christina!! I can not think of a place where I have received better and CONSISTENT customer service! I have no idea what they are doing back in that pharmacy, but I have never seen Aaron without a smile on his face, you can even hear it over the phone if you call. If you have issues with your insurance or Rx go see Cheyenne, she will make it happen and if she can't she is courteous enough to keep you updated with phone calls through the process. Christina is just an angel on Earth, absolute heart of gold, kind genuine and does her job with care and pride! I come here because it's clean and there isn't too long of a wait. One of their pharmacy techs is a little bit on the overly friendly side and will talk your ear off. This location seems to have a decent beer/wine section and is pretty competitive with Smith's across the street. I haven't been more than 3 people deep in line at anytime but the customers here can be a little plodding, confused and will ask 20 questions about a mundane item while you're waiting to check out. (A customer asked a ton of questions about their cigarette return policy. Seriously?!?! I didn't even know you could return them. I'm a non-smoker.) The cashiers do a good job answering questions, taking coupons and helping you find items. CVS has a nice line of generic items like facial moisturizer with an spf of 30. Name brand you'll pay $20, CVS $8. Also look out for their 1/2 price make up sales and makeup club. You'll save a ton of money and sometimes get a free first aid kit. read more

I usually stop at CVS if I need a prescription filled or if I see a good deal from the weekly ad. Recently I was in need of some sugar-free hard candies and when I walked in the cashier greeted me right away. I asked her about the candies and she gladly pointed me in the right direction. They have a rewards program called "ExtraCare" that is worth signing up for even if you don't visit CVS often. Don't forget to scan your card at the coupon center to see what deals are going on and some might be specific to you based on your previous purchases. The more you spend at CVS the more you get back and save, but even if you are like me and only use it every now and then, you can still save on whatever deals are going on when you do visit as some items are way overpriced without it. Inside this location is clean and well stocked. The cashiers are for the most part friendly and helpful. The pharmacy definitely has some communication and customer service issues. I have stopped in to fill prescriptions before and been told that they would call or text me when I could pick them up. I'm used to being told what time the prescription will be ready and just showing up at that time, but now they have this new system where they say I will get a call or text when I can be there to get it, but they failed on this with me twice now. After most of the day passing and wondering why it was taking so long to hear from the pharmacy, I decided to call and check on things. Both times the prescription was ready to be picked up when I called. When I asked the guy at the pharmacy while picking up why they didn't call, he said that he forgot to send it in the computer. Not cool when people are waiting on medication to get better. They do have a Minute Clinic at this location to the right of the pharmacy, but make sure and call to check the hours it's open because it varies. read more

They can't tell me she has prescriptions and what they are without me asking for them with the proper information! They have done the same with my mom, asking if she wants to pick up my birth control. What if my mom didn't know j was on birth control or if it would cause issues between us!? OMG!! The pharmacy lady is so rude. I went to drop of t son prescription for one we had a new insurance so I wasn't sure of my copays. So I made the mistake of asking her if she happen to know what my copay was. Her response " Same as all the other times you have filled it" what the heck It's new ins of course it's not the same. Then she try to have me come the next day to pick up, when I asked if I could pick up same day she rolled her eyes and said well you need to come back at 8:30pm. The pharmacy has limited hours on weekends. Went Sunday morning at 1030 to pick up called in prescriptions. The guy at the counter said that they only had 1 of my 2 called in prescriptions and that I had to hand carry in my other prescription. I get on the phone with my Dr's office and as soon as the nurse answers the guy says never mind I found it in the system. Then he said my cough medicine and Z PAC wouldn't be ready until noon. So we head home and come back at 1:30 and sit in the drive through for 10 min until we are helped. Then they tell us they still don't have it ready and it will be another 20 min. So I told them to cancel my prescription and I went to Walgreens. read more

Staff uneducated on how to work their money gram system. I go their to get my money sent refunded to me as they couldn't figure out how to give it to my recipient 3 weeks ago. They then refuse to call and get assistance from money gram. I call and get a rep on the phone and employees refuse to talk to them. I get a smug answer"we don't have anything to do with money gram, we just give the money out". I'm sure you collect a split per transaction so a little customer service would be nice! I was VERY dissatisfied with my experience at this CVS Pharmacy. I'm reviewing the PHARMACY portion of this store. As a pharmacy student I'm going to be very critical at how patients should be handled and the process that goes on when processing a prescription. First thing, I just came from the doctor's office because I was in a car accident. My doctor had written me 3 prescriptions to help deal with the pain and tension. I handed my prescriptions to a technician at the DROP OFF counter. She asked If I've been at CVS before and then tells me to sit down and my prescriptions will be ready in 15 minutes. Then she calls me up shortly after I sit down to tell me she can't process my prescriptions. My doctor wrote the written date as 11/19/2 and some were 11/19/12. She obviously made a mistake since the date I saw her (which was just an hour ago) was 11/9/12. While technician is giving me a hard time about the date the pharmacist walks up, takes them, then calls the doctor's office to confirm the date it was written. I didn't travel back in time from the future lady, recognize it's a mistake and call the doctor's office if you need to. ANYWHO, they confirmed the date and I sat down once again. About 30 minutes later my prescriptions were ready, I paid for them, and then I left. Now, I was really disappointed in the Pharmacist and Technician that handed me my prescriptions because I've never taken them before, They didn't assure me of my knowledge about what I was taking, how to take it, some side effects, and contraindications. It's the law to council patients on NEW PRESCRIPTIONS. When I got home I referred to the print-outs on how I should take them (e.i. with or without food) and to my discovery the ink alignment IS WAY OFF. The words containing valuable information were cut off. I may be intelligent enough to figure out those words that may have been cut off but what If I was an elderly person with poor sight and/or incompetent??? This pharmacy has made numerous mistakes on my father's prescriptions and it aggrivates me. It makes us pharmacists look bad. It's quality not quantity and this pharmacy lacks attention to detail and patient care. read more
