Called this location and the person who answered said if my prescription was ready and she said, don't have active prescriptions. On my CVS apps. it showed I have my prescription approved for refill and I asked her if my CVS app is not synchronized with your system and she said you need to call the corporate office... I've used both the pharmacy (walk up and drive-thru) and in-store shopping options. They've got a good selection from greeting cards, off the shelf medications, beauty products, drinks, and novelty gifts. Prices are slightly higher here because it is a neighborhood convenience store. Staff at the pharmacy are extremely helpful and friendly. I've never had to interact with other CVS staff since they have two self checkout kiosks. I recommend this location for your pharmaceutical and quick visits. read more

Went there this morning to pick up some medication because I was feeling sick. I'm in an African-American female as soon as I walked in I was followed to where I went to get the medicine from. I was asked do I need assistance? I let him know no I didn't need any help at all whatsoever. He proceeded to fake fix things right in the area. I was shopping right next to me so since he decided to be around me for five minutes, I proceeded to put him to work and saying you know what you absolutely can help me he unlocked the cabinet. Got some TheraFlu for me and told me oh no it'll be at the front. He didn't give me my medication. I didn't worry about it, but I felt like it was a little weird. I couldn't hold onto my own medicine then I proceed to grab some other things and go to the front and when I went to the front, I went to checkout right next to the register I perceived to scan my items and then I have told the cashier hey I have some TheraFlu can you give it to me so I can check out He as in Bill proceed to tell me no you have to check out with me right here and I'm like excuse me. It's called self check out for a reason he was like no I can't give you the medicine and I'm like excuse me for the third time cause I felt highly offended and he was like I said that you can't have the medicine unless you check out with me or I can call the manager I'm like grown as hell. I can check out my own medicine so when he decided to call the manager he had to put the medicine down and I picked it up and scanned it with my other items and checked out and then I had to think to myself I just experience racial discrimination. So You know what I would definitely like to speak to that manager so I can get corporate's number and complain like you've never heard anybody complain before but they experience. I experience in this store after only been in here seven minutes and spend 50 something dollars on medication. . never have in my life that I ever been followed our tree this way and I would not accept it. Called for my Mom's Rx refill this morning @ 11 am and said it will take at least 2-3 hours for it to be ready. Went to pick up after 4 pm, not only the drive thru line is long, waited 10-15 minutes & when I got to the window, the prescription is NOT READY!!!! I was told to wait 20 minutes, smh. I talked to Aline ( the drive thru girl) and their manager- Christine and both reasoning out about their incident yesterday & why it made them behind today. That has nothing to do with my call today, the person I talked to this morning already knows the situation and that's why she was able to give me a timeframe to when the prescription is ready. Aline & Christine is just giving me a lame excuse for their team incompetency, poor time management, integrity and lack of respect to their customers. You can always count on CVS being open on a holiday. There have been multiple times I have visited Vegas during a holiday weekend and needed something during my stay. It's great that they are open unlike the larger stores like Target and Walmart. This store is clean and well stocked. Very convenient location to get in and out. BATHROOM IS ATROCIOUS AND THE STAFF LOOKS STRESSED I can tell by the Demeanor of the employees in the pharmacy department that everyone is not working together. The environment looks extremely hostile and it is reflected upon how the customers are treated. Secondly , The bathroom is a complete biohazard and u can smell an odor from outside the door . Someone could easily catch COVID-19 in the bathroom. It is the most filthiest bathroom I've ever walked into at a CVS. There are poop stains underneath both toilets. The sinks look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. There are yellow piss stains in the women's bathroom. And the poop stains in the men's bathroom look permanent. The mirrors are extremely dirty. I cannot believe a place that handles medication & food merchandise, would have an bathroom so disgusting in such a nice area. The pharmacists at this site are the worst. Make all the excuses you want. Other pharmacies are doing their best and thay don't take half the time as this place. I had 2 cars ahead of me and it took 30 min just to get to the window. Once there I gave them my scripts. They told me to wait while they fill them. Then after another 20 min, i had to knock on the window. They said they couldn't fill them and it would take a couple days. Then I had to ask for my insurance card and ID because she forgot. 10 minutes earlier walgreens called and said my scripts need verifacation by walgreens, but the window pharmacist didn't tell me. She just let me sit there for 15 minutes untill I knocked on the window for my ID. Pathetic incompetence. read more

Normally, I come here to pick-up meds on their shelves, drinks, snacks, greeting cards, and infant items. They are well-stocked with variety of items for almost everything. On my recent visit, I noticed they now keep the well-known brands for allergy meds in the glass cabinet so you'll need assistance to get it. It is the price of people stealing certain items. Checkout lines are never long. They have 2 kiosk for self-checkout along with the someone behind the counter for any assistance. I'm normally in and out in less than 10 minutes. read more

I walked into CVS knowing exactly what I wanted: two boxes of movie theater candy. When I walked in, the store was completely empty. I didn't see or hear anyone. I grabbed the candy I wanted and waited at the register. Um, Hello? Is anyone here? I stood around for a few minutes (did I mention I was in a hurry?). I even considered just walking out with my sugary goods. Finally, an employee walked up to help ring us up. She didn't offer any apologies for her absenteeism but was at least semi-polite during the two second checkout process. Oh, and she didn't bother to ask if I had a rewards card either. This is by far the friendliest cvs pharmacy I have encountered. Everyone is smiling and I was greeted as soon as I hit the line. I have to wait for my new insurance to be entered in, and as I sit here the girl at the counter (Shelena) has an awesome attitude as she gets everyone taken care of. I have heard several people greeted by name, so that's really nice for those who are here a lot. Daniel rang up my prescription and he was just as friendly. This pharmacy is beyond slow 8/10 times. If you catch them on the 2 times they aren't slow as molasses, they are pretty quick and nice. I waited over 15 minutes yesterday when I went to pick up my meds (first in drive thru and when not a single car moved for 10 minutes, I went inside) and I left because I still hadn't been helped yet and had to run to get my kids. Went back tonight, got helped within 5 minutes, in and out. So it's hit or miss. More than likely you'll wait...a long time. But maybe not! You will just never know! read more

Will never use these people again or enter their store. I had a prescription that I took about six months ago for two months. The prescription wasn't supposed to be renewed. For the past three months I have been receiving phone calls letting me know my prescriptions had been filled and ready for pickup. I kindly explained the first two months that I was no longer on that prescription and wanted it cancelled. I was PROMISED it would be taken care of each time. Of course it wasn't or I wouldn't be writing this review. I got angry on the phone with the final guy I spoke with. He again promised. After thinking about it for a while I thought I had better check on other meds that do need renewals and see if they got cancelled instead. I stopped by and tried telling the manager what was going on and that I wanted us to go speak to the pharmacy people and make sure it was straightened out. She was to stupid for words! She asked me to write down my name and number and she would have the pharmacy check for me later. I explained I was going back to check and wanted her there to observe the conversation. Well that didn't go well. The manager started with her snotty ass attitude in front of the tech (Eugene who has always been great to deal with). She only checked to ensure that my prescription had been cancelled and not if the others had been cancelled during previous calls. She then asked me to leave and not come into her store again. CVS pharmacy and management is incompetent and I am the one being punished because I got mad when she wouldn't help straighten things out. Won't be going back there again!!! What asses! read more

The slowest most inefficient confused location of the entire CVS chain! Millions of useless text messages and voicemails to pick up scripts WAY BEFORE THEY can be renewed. Then you go to pick up the script and some smiling idiot tells you to call the doctor, call the insurance company-just do anything else but expect the pharmacy to fill the script they reminded me about 400 times! They push push push for refills to meet tiers, not at all interested in being a healthcare partner like they claim to be! Infuriating! read more
