Well, I guess it's my fault for not reading Yelp reviews first. What an awful excuse for a pharmacy! I only went to this location because it was on my way somewhere and it had a drive thru. When I pulled up the the drive thru, I had already gotten a message that my prescription was ready. It was mid day today, no line, and I was expecting a quick transaction, but it was quite the opposite. When the woman finally came to the intercom, she asked my name, but talked over me and misspelled it. After sorting out the basics, she quoted me an amount and walked away. When she returned, I explained that I had a new insurance card to use and that I would not need to pay. I understand that entering data can be time consuming, and she asked me if I wanted to come in (ummm no I have a leg injury, hence the drive thru) or pull around. I pulled around the curb (even though not a single car came through after me) and waited...and waited...and waited. After 10 minutes of waiting in the freezing cold and wasting gas, I decided it wasn't worth the wait. I pulled back around and rang the buzzer. She came back to the window and said they had questions for me, but then she disappeared before I could speak. So I rang it again and told her I wanted me insurance card back. In the end, I am now dealing with trying to transfer to another pharmacy but my prescription is "on hold" there. This is what I found out after calling CVS customer service line and the store directly. Not one person apologized or seemed to care how inconvenient filling a prescription has been. Worse service ever. I went in to get side Covid test strips and normally I would just pick it up from the counter and have them process it for insurance purpose. She was very rude too. I have done this in several CVS locations. However, the girl at the counter told me she has to put in a prescription and I have to wait until they filled the prescription and call me when it's available, but if I want it right away I can pay for it. Never had this problem at other places. I went to Rite aid and got some at the counter and they just process them right away. read more

Literally the worst experience I have ever had in regards to getting a covid test. The website entered my information in wrong so they delayed me from getting tested when I was very sick when I already had an account on file so it wasn't a huge fix. At the time I was the only person seeking help. I came back to get tested and waited my turn in line and took the test. I was feeling really I'll but went along with it. 3 days later I got a message letting me know my test results were inconclusive so it was just a waste of time and headache. If you need treatment go to rite aid to be honest. I will never seek out this cvs for medical help again because even my vaccination was done weird. They just came behind the counter and put a needle in my arm in the open. Didn't sit down or go behind a curtain or anything. Terrible experience for the second time. read more

Pharmacy is horrible. I get a prescription regularly but my pharmacy was closed. Pharmacists wouldn't do anything to help me until I could pick up my prescription the next day. I have worked at a Pharmacy for 5 years and have never treated anyone the way they treated me. Also, the pharmacist just likes to argue because she kept repeating the same thing over and over. The pharmacy staff is rude and don't know what to do. My dentist called you two medications, when I got there they said they needed my insurance cards so we gave them to them, they asked for by birthdate and we told them, then we waited and waited finally we said we would come back. About 20 minutes later the pharmacist called me he could barely speak English and went on and on about not being able to fill them because the birthdate was wrong, I gave him the birthdate but he insisted it was wrong and that he would have to charge me the full amount of the medications. when I asked him to call my regular pharmacy he said no no he could not do that, I called my regular pharmacy they called and got the scripts and filled them with no problem. The pharmacy staff are rude. The pharmacists are completely insane. They refuse to fill certain prescriptions and continously refuse to refill my nitroglycerin on the right date because it's "too early" in their opinion, despite the doctor giving me 30 day supplies. They play with my file without consent to change what day some scripts say in the system it was filled last, or inactivating certain prescriptions without my or doctor consent, because they feel I shouldn't be on it. One of my doctors says she gets annoying calls from the pharmacist on a regular basis, obsessing over things, or calling and speaking in broken English to tell a doctor to change scripts to what they want it to be. I am considering contacting the board of pharmacy on them both. read more

Went in to pick up a prescription. They did not have my insurance information, which I still don't understand because I've been using CVS for years, and this CVS for at least six years, and my insurance has not changed. The woman wrote down all the information from my insurance card and suggested I try back the next day. I returned the next day after calling first to make sure that the insurance had been applied, and I stood at the pick up window watching two women (one of them the pharmacist) trying to figure something out if a computer for several minutes before either one of them even looked at me or acknowledge that I existed. I understand if they didn't want to stop what they were doing until they finished it and figured it out, but a smile or a nod would have gone a really long way. On top of all of this, when I called to find out if they had my insurance correct, the interactive voicemail system that's set up to screen and direct my call doesn't work well and I just ended up angry before I even got there. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! I forgot why I stopped going to this location- terrible. SLOW. Dropped off a prescription for Tamiflu at 6pm and was told they were behind so I could pick it up tomorrow. Any pharmacist or tech should know that this medication should be started ASAP to prevent complications and/or spread of disease. read more

Don't bother getting your pictures developed here. Their machine breaks down but they send you an email that your photos are ready. When you get to the store there are no pictures. They don't bother to reprint them or ask you to re-order. #FAIL read more

The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and very unhelpful. I went to pick up my monthly prescription and they said they had no record of it being in the system. They then rudely told me to contact my doctor and have her send another prescription over and they would fill it then. Called my doctor and she sent it the following day to this CVS location that she ALWAYS sends it to. I went to pick it up the next day and they said they had no record of my prescription being sent to them. I told them I know for a fact my doctor sent it and they needed to figure out why it wasn't showing. They looked into it and said it was sent to another CVS a few miles away and I could pick it up there. It was way too out of my way and I had errands to run around where this CVS was. I told them I needed it filled here and they said they could have the other location fax the prescription over to them and it would be filled in 20 minutes tops. I left to run my errands which took almost 2 hours which gave them plenty of time. By the time I got back I told the pharmacist I was picking up my medications and she said there was again no record of them. This is when I lost it and told her how ridiculous this is that this is my third time there trying to get my medication and was promised it would be filled in 20 minutes and I gave them way more time than that. She took her sweet old time trying to figure out what was going on but eventually got me my medication. The only reason I use this pharmacy is due to my dad's insurance. My dad has also had issues here too. One night he called to speak with a pharmacist and was on hold for an hour and a half. He left the phone on at home with my mom and drove to CVS to ask them why he was still on hold and they told him that customers at the pharmacy take priority over the customers on the phone (my mom was still on hold when he got there). Clearly they do not care about their customer service and are just straight up rude. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more
