No communication between stores. No communication with doctors and if possible none with customers either. Yesterday, was told in drive through no scripts. Come inside to show message from them. Guy gets script has me sign, I'm standing there card in hand, didn't know no charge. So then he just walks off, without giving me the medicine. No words at all! Not sorry, not thank you, just walks off!!! Then he looks back at me and put his hand up like WHAT NOW. I did get a laugh with a oh, sorry when he realized what he'd done. This place is seriously a mess. We went there to get my mom's medical nebulizar solution and they didn't have it there. Later on we were told that it was at walgreens yet they didn't have it either. For some reason even though either pharmacy didn't carry it they still charged the insurance company. Thankfully publix pharmacy had called them and was put on hold for a very long time and after the issues they managed to call the insurance company and get their charges reversed then got us the prescription at the one by on top of the world tonight. My mom was basically having an asthma attack because of all the issues occurred. I recommend publix pharmacy as they seem to care. CVS motto is to help people live longer happier healthier lives yet they couldn't even help us get the prescription. read more

Rx NEVER answer the phones, they misplace Rxs, short controls fairly often, and tell me "they have no Mgr " when i ask to speak to one. terrible customer service, terrible attitude, iincompetently trained staff ! if I wasn't held hostage by health ins options, id switch. but im in cvs prison. so i can only try to shed light and perhaps shame them into improvibg! read more

As with most all of these CVS stores in the area most are designed the same way. Almost cookie cutter in style. Some really nice drugstores down here in Florida. Guess all the seniors in the area need their drugs anytime as it's open 24/7 with a drive through pharmacy! Big, bright, clean, and even a decent wine selection on hand with many sales and cheap bottles. Courteous staff and funny how many of them down here are originally from the NY area. Also interesting is that Walgreens is right across the street and they close each night. CVS for the win! Also, with the booze selection here it's perfect for when grabbing a bottle of vino to go along with that oxycontin or xanax! Time to party! read more

I don't like giving them even ONE star for they haven't earned it. Some of the women in this CVS Pharmacy in 34481 across from Big Lots are about the rudest, uncaring, money grubbing people I have ever met. They tried to rip off my daughter for almost a $140. I will be contacting the CVS CEO also. They treated my cancer patient daughter like trash when she tried to pick up her meds and when they asked her zip code and she said 34473 they got worse. She wouldn't look up prices under the Gold GoodRX that we pay $9.99 a month for the service. They are judgmental and show disdain and dislike and look down on people from Marion Oaks. These people should not be working with the general public. read more

The evening shift is a 4...sometimes 5. "Duke" the evening shift pharmacist is a heck of a nice guy. He's quite helpful...cheerful... and very competent. CVS is for some unknown reason understaffing the store. They have merger issues with Aetna too.That's part of the issue. I do agree however that there are some really (!!) disagreeable people there. read more

AWFUL Customer Service at Pharmacy. 1st visit last week - filled out new customer info. online. Received text from store that Rx is ready to pickup. At pickup, they couldn't find me (even though I received a text?) I once again updated my address, insurance & contact number. Received Rx & left after I was told they updated my info. 2nd visit - was told my Rx was $130, I told them I had insurance. They couldn't find me in system (again, after receiving a text that Rx is ready to pickup?) Gave them my information, they had the old, incorrect info. that was NOT updated week prior. While they were trying to figure things out, I was told to step aside & spoke w/ a man who was possibly a Pharmacy Manager - who told me to "stop being combative & refuting everything he says" when he said that my insurance card had my birthdate as incorrect and that I was not in the system. I explained that I've had the same insurance card & insurance for over 8 yrs. and was just seen by new doctor hours ago and nobody said anything about an incorrect birthdate (my card shows correct birthdate). Was then told by this ass hat of a manager that "they will not have the medication in-house every month - just so I know" and "that they would call my insurance to process & get back to me". Never heard back after 3 days. Life is to short to deal with unprofessional, miserable fool at his job. 3rd visit - NEVER HAPPENED, CHANGED PHARMACIES & MUCH HAPPIER! read more

Male pharmacist working today at 4pm 6/26/18 is unhelpful and gives off a pompous attitude. Apparently it's a pain to ask him to transfer a medication from Walgreens. So I called my Dr and had him call it in and again when I called back I got the same guy who then said the dr called it in wrong and he would call them back when he was ready. We all know the Dr closes at a certain time and meanwhile my baby is at home sick needing these antibiotics. The other ladies were very helpful and thank goodness we got them on the next call back. That gentleman needs to seek his happiness elsewhere as there are many people needing their medications and from reading other reviews he's an issue! I plan to contact corporate and the store manager as this is not how we should have to deal with getting prescriptions. read more

Handed the pharmacy manager (Chase) my written script, and he looked at my specific medication, didn't even look my name up in the CVS system, and promptly told me that my specific medication was not in stock and would take 5-7 business days to arrive. When I asked him if another CVS may have it, if he could tell me where to go, he said "I can't call and ask them anything regarding that, just try different CVS's. Maybe, the ones uptown." When I went to the one uptown, they did have my RX in stock, and were very kind, professional abd helpful. The tech kinda pulled me aside though, and told me, "it doesn't look good, though, to go around from CVS to CVS. Just a tip." She was very sweet though, and when I told her that the pharmacist at the other CVS told me to just go around to other CVS's, she was shocked. I shouldn't have had to do that. It made me seem like a junkie. I had a legitimate script, and Chase should have been able to give me some direction besides just, "drive around to other pharmacies and ask if they have it." Pathetic excuse for a pharmacist, nevermind pharmacy manager. read more

Went here to fill a script because they open at 8 instead of 9 like every other pharmacy in town. My prescription is for a class 2, and I'm out of town on work because I travel which means this will probably be a hassell. So first thing they ask me a ton of questions and where I normally fill it. I have no problems with questions but anytime I'm out of town they always look at you like your a drug dealer who doctor shops. So he instantly tells me well I only have so many left and these are for my regular customers... REALLY?? Your regular customers?? So he has enough to fill the script but won't because he's holding the pills for someone else?!? Complete asshole read more

I've been a customer at a particular CVS (17th Street) for many years mostly because it is conveniently located. However, I'm fed up with the attitude of the pharmacists there. They are arrogant and barely civil. They have never been particularly personable or helpful. Recently one tried to tell me the pharmacy has nothing to do with drug prices. Of course they do. He acted like he assumed I was dumb and wouldn't know that. I'm SO out of there!! Enough. read more

This comment strictly has to do with the pharmacy and it's "new" manager Chase. He is the rudest. most unaccommodating, manager I have ever encountered inn 20 years of dealing with CVS pharmacies. How he ever became a manager behooves me. If I had a choice I would leave CVS immediately. He leaves a lot to be desired in his behavior and mannerisms. While the pharmacy has been redone and is bright and appears welcoming he is anything but. The other pharmacist (Madavi) however is so wonderful. She is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She should be the manager. Most of the techs are also very helpful. Wake up CVS and demote Chase to a less busy CVS or get rid of the dud. read more
