Very cute pastry cafe, service was amazing ladies were very helpful and happy to be there. Selection was on another level. I went at 8 am so the cookie was hard to order but I didn't know when I would be back, the everything egg and cheese was great ! I'm pretty sure I could have ordered 20 plus things but then they would have had to carry me out !

This bakery is outstanding! They make pastries the right way, and everything we tried was amazing. We sampled several items during our visit. The croissants were even better than what you'd find in Paris. The double fudge turtle brownie was over the top--so rich and delicious that I could only eat a quarter of it. We also bought several other treats to enjoy while wandering around the World Equestrian Center. To put things in perspective, the World Equestrian Center is one of the top-ranked venues globally, and I would put this bakery in the same category. Good riding!

So good! I go and pick up their plain croissants and then invariable try one of their sweets. They have so many over the top gorgeous & delicious baked goods. It's funny though when it comes to the sweets, it's their cinnamon sugared donut that I think about most often. The quiches are terrific! I often pick up one of those. A great place to treat yourself and to take out of town guests, as this along with the WEC is cool! Coffee is Starbucks.

This adorable pastry shop has some delicious treats--the hardest part is choosing which one to try. They serve Starbucks coffee to pair with whatever yummy pastry your heart desires. It's a cute spot and a nice place to take friends.

This bakery located in the Equestrian Hotel at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala offers an array of authentic French and European inspired pastries. I had the Almond Croissant $7.50 and it was so delicious and one of the best I've had. I don't think there are any other other locations so I'm disappointed I won't be going again.

Delightful and indulgent breakfast at the World Equestrian Center. The everything bagel with egg and cheese was the perfect start to my morning, especially with the buttery croissant. The macarons definitely were hard to resist. The bakery here makes the giant cinnamon buns and donuts everyday. It's easy to see how you could gain a few pounds just from the bakery aroma in the air. They offer artsy boxes to carry your goodies home or take as a gift. They also sell Starbucks coffee and tea. The atmosphere, with its cozy small tables and the infamous "Star Bear," permitted the perfect spot to relax and enjoy my meal. The combination of delicious offerings and the serene vibe made for a lovely experience.

Elegance and fine pastries in a beautiful setting. Pastry and coffee selection is excellent. The croissants are exceptional. You can go in for a bite and then walk around the beautiful setting this establishment has to offer. If you're a dog and horse lover you're in for a treat. Beautiful painting adorn the walls all, over the hotel. You don't want to miss this place.

Wow, talk about walking into a wonderland! Well....a wonderland made of pastry. Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere is friendly, bright and open, and smells amazing. I can't wait to come again

I may have missed it in the description that this was located in a hotel amidst a large equestrian center complex.... But upon arrival we were welcomed by staff and given a map to locate where we were trying to go. They were very friendly and hospitable at any location we went while there. The patisserie was packed and options were varied for those who wanted savory or sweet or a little of both. I was disappointed that the coffee offered was Starbucks (I was on the search for a more independent location) but at least it was consistent. We were told ahead of time about the wait for coffee/beverages (about 15 min) which was also disappointing but the guava and cheese pastry I purchased was good. Presentation of all items was impeccable. Taste was good but no one was raving about their items. I also purchased some macaroons to take home and they were also good but not to die for. It's a solid bakery/pastry shop. If we visit the hotel/center again I will return to try a different item. The store itself has no indoor seating in the store. There are several tables outside the store front inside the hotel and some outside the hotel as well. It was very busy but the staff was efficient and friendly overall.

Stopped buy after lunch, great selection, everything we got was delicious and line moved fast, popular place for a reason, definitely worth a try when visiting the equestrian hotel. Store is very clean, you order and pay at counter and they were kind enough to bring out my drink, as my hands were full with both kiddos and the pastries!

Emma's Patisserie is a one of kind place. They have fresh donuts, muffins, and so much more. They have a staff who is ready to help you with your order and coffee options available using Starbucks coffee. Check out their 14 drinks to go and other sandwiches and deli items. By the way, the chocolate croissants were delicious. During Christmas time, they also have singing bears and other animated full size decorations. It's a beautiful place to be durning this magical time of year.

My family went here about a week or so ago and we enjoyed Emma's Patisserie. It is conveniently located next to the toy store. There are a few tables for small groups outside of the cafe. There are pastries and they brew Starbucks coffee. As far as their selection, they seem to mostly have macarons, cakes and tarts. I enjoyed the tart I ate there. It looked small, but it was rich enough that two could eat it comfortably.

One of the highlights is the excellent view of the runway, where you can watch small airplanes take off and land while enjoying your meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was good overall. We both ordered rice bowls with stir-fried vegetables and our choice of protein--one with chicken and the other with shrimp. The flavors were enjoyable; however, both bowls seemed noticeably watery. We're not sure if the extra liquid came from the vegetables or the rice preparation, but it was enough to be noticeable and took away from the overall enjoyment of the dish. Menu prices appear to range from around $10 into the $40s, offering options for a variety of budgets. One disappointment was that Elevation 89 is listed online, including on web searches and Yelp, as offering a Sunday Brunch. We specifically chose this location because we meet once a month to try a new brunch spot. Unfortunately, upon arrival we learned there is no Sunday Brunch currently being offered. We were disappointed by the inaccurate information and hope the online listings are updated so future guests can plan accordingly. Despite that issue, we enjoyed the clean environment, good service, and especially the unique runway views and watching the small aircraft come and go.

But the gravy and risotto were really yummy and the pork shank was really meaty but honestly i couldn't finish it because the pork flavor after a while was off putting. 6/10 Overall the service was decent, the ambiance was dope, but I wouldn't waste my time ever going back.

I walk with a cane & I had brought my dog. I rather doubt I'll be back. I'd rather go any of the other WEC restaurants where the staff is gracious to the level of Disney gracious. Staff were not at all on par with the rest of WEC, well at least not the blond young woman that waited on me. She did smile upon arrival, but their tone was condescending and obviously an old, plump lady didn't fit her idea of who to be nice to. I ordered quickly, as I came to just try the place out and figured the Ralph's burger was the way to go. I felt all the staff sort of walked around her and gave her a wide berth and frankly all looked nervous. Is there a tyrant there? Layout: is odd! Condiments are on the far right end of the counter, yet the utensils and beverages are on the opposite wall. The girl who took my order said nothing about that. I was surprised to get a burger with no condiments on it. I ordered coffee and they give you a cup and it's self-service, which is perfectly fine, but the tea and coffee were not labeled or if they are, then it's up over 5 feet, I tipped 18%, not my usual 20%*, as it's counter service. I assume that's divided up, as the staff cleaning tables were quick & efficient, as well as pleasant. Maybe blond girl was having a bad day, but if that's the case - don't share it. I was there on June 4th, 2026. Since this is not a chain fast food restaurant and they apparently don't put condiments on the burgers, I think having them on the table would be better. In addition to the Home and Garden show, there were horse jumping competitions and apparently some tour groups with their yellow lanyards hanging on their necks. Needless to say, we waited in line a while and had to hunt for tables and chairs. Fortunately, my wife and I "divided and conquered" as she secured a table (which we happily shared with another couple after my wife wiped it off with a wet wipe) and I stood in line to place our orders. I ordered the Southwest Burger ($17) and my wife ordered the Patty Melt ($14.75). Both came with fries. We just had water. The wait was longer than we thought (the place was truly packed). My burger had good flavor but thought the burger patty was a bit overdone for my tastes. My wife liked her patty melt and thought it was full of flavor as well but would've preferred the marble rye to be grilled instead of toasted. All in all, despite the crowd which we thought may have affected their execution a bit, we thought of our experience a positive one. We might consider trying out their breakfast when we decide to head back out to WEC for a Sunday service in their quaint chapel. NOTE: I neglected to take pictures since the long wait left us famished.

The light music in the background created a very relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. This is definitely a place that would make for a great outing with family and friends. Best of luck to the entire Golden Spoon team. We will absolutely be coming back again, and next time we'll be bringing family and friends with us. Great job everyone!
