Horribly, rude pharmacy technician, when I sought out the store manager he waved me off and I never was able to speak with him. I was just requiring the pickup of my prescriptions which I was notified by cvs via email were ready. When I entered my name into the computer system, which leads a great deal to be desired, I was notified by the technician from the other side of the pharmacy that there was nothing for me and when challenged that I was sent a text she instructed me to go to the other desk like I was a major inconvenience to her and then told begrudgingly that it was not there and would take several hours to fill. I left without my prescriptions or my purchases. When returning home I was again notified that the prescriptions were ready at the same cvs I had just left 10 minutes prior. Phoned my prescribing physician and moved my medication needs to Walgreens. read more

I live on 17th street a block away from the CVS on 1601 Haven avenue, and I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. After today's experience I'm never setting my foot inside that store. Absolutely disgusting! I only came in to print out 1 picture for Father's Day. Both kiosks weren't working and the cashier told me I have to download it and print it "somehow" . The manager was nearby, so I asked him to help me with the process - he said "you do it yourself from your phone" and walked away, in the middle of me trying to ask where even to start on their website. By the way, the store was dead slow, only couple people walking around. But I guess it's too much trouble to assist the customer or let them finish the sentence. Also, when I asked for the store manager - she is "on vacation" and the store number - "I have no idea". Rude! Disrespectful! Lazy! Just go somewhere else. read more

Rude rude rude! This CVS pharmacy stunk big time. At the beach for the weekend and had an urgent care mishap. They called my prescription into here and boy oh boy what a mistake. Arrived the next day to pick it up and the pharmacist said there was an issue with my insurance. BIZARRE considering I go to CVS all the time for my prescriptions. They didn't even try to make it work, they literally refused to check my insurance or call the prescription into another pharmacy. I had to call it into Rite Aid myself and went to pick it up and had no issues. The staff was simply unwilling and rude as heck. Rite Aid is greater than CVS. read more

For the second time in a month I arrive to pick up a prescription called in by physician the previous day. Response: we have no record of request. Clerk checks, and for second time, provides some incoherent explanation such as "you have two records, one without insurance information...." Clerk tracks down request (last time I had to go back to Doctors office) and says "you can wait 15 to 20 minutes and it will be ready..." I ask: you can't fill right away? Answer: there are people ahead of you. Customer service: F Conclusion: as I leave no "sorry this will not happen again." Instead a shrug of shoulders by clerk and pharmacist. We went over to 1601 Haven Ave Ocean City CVS pharmacy to get a few pills and because we aren't a permanent steady customer the bit$$&/ girl tried to punish us by telling us our pills will take 72 hrs to get. Very unprofessiona, and disrespectfu! No urgency whatsoever! Went to Walgreens and was totally over the top satisfied! read more

Have had multiple poor experiences with this location in the past. Since I live in town and close by I put up with it but I will no longer be going to their store anymore. The manager (bald guy) yelled at me when I came in to the store at opening a few years ago because: "you're ridiculous. you tried the door 2 min before we open, we open at 7" and then talked about me to another employee while I was still in ear shot. Employees at the front have been nasty and rude multiple times. Being very cold and major attitudes. But the icing on top of the cake, is after having major surgery and having to have multiple prescriptions called in I sat on hold for an hour at a time each time a prescription was called in and either had no one pick up or when the call was finally picked up I was hung up on. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that there's nothing he can do, everyone's trying their hardest, and basically I'm unreasonable for expecting them to fill my prescription faster, which I wasn't even asking them to do!! He then said can't force someone to pick up the phone in the pharmacy and assured me that no one hung up on me. Finally transferred me back to the pharmacy and again sat on an extended hold. When a girl eventually picked up the phone she was short and cold (assuming the manager or employee I spoke to before the manager told them that I was pissed) she was extremely rude. Told her I got a text that I should get my prescription filled somewhere else because they didn't have me prescription. She had an attitude the whole time and snarkily asked if I wanted her to check if it was available somewhere else. Since I was exhausted I asked her to please check. She said nothing and immediately put me on hold and then told Marmora could fill it in 30 min. I told her yes she said "okay" and then proceeded to hang up without saying anything else. Better off getting your prescriptions filled at the CVS in Marmora. The extra 5 min drive is worth it. read more

I needed a toothbrush so I looked up the nearest drugstore to my vacation house. I simply crossed four streets and I was there! As soon as I got there, an employee welcomed me and asked if I need assistance. I was pleased with how quickly I made it back to my house! read more

This cvs location is the first negative encounter i have had with a pharmacy department. They don't go out of their way to assist any needs. They answer phone calls in the most unprofessional matter. No matter what you do or say, you are a bother to them all. Rite aid on 14th street has the best pharmacy staff who will be more than happy to assist you read more

I love my the pharmacist chiev (I believe) but the rest of the customer service is not good. Aside from the older man up front, the rest of the employees always act like it's a bother to help you . The photo center is always closed. The Cvs in Northfield needs to train these employees to be friendlier & more helpful. I live close so it's convenient, that's why I gave three stars, but customer service deserves only one. read more

It's so nice when someone goes above and beyond to help you. Despite the pharmacy closing, Shiv stayed later than he had to to help me get a prescription filled.
