It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. I started using Central Pharmacy after one of my doctors recommended them almost a year ago. I…read morecannot day enough good things about them. Ralph, the pharmacist, is so friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor specifically recommended them because I was struggling to pay for one of my prescriptions and they're great about helping you find coupons and billing them in the correct order to get the cost as low as possible. Ralph has been super helpful and has so far saved me hundreds of dollars. Add to that the fact that he remembers exactly who I am every time I walk in and knows and refills my scrips without me ever even calling ahead to ask them to and it's SO much easier than dealing with Big Grocery Store Chain, where they would constantly forget to fill my scrips even when I called ahead of time, always had a huge line, and everyone seemed to know the bare minimum required to do their job. I stopped in today just to check to see if I had any refills on one scrip, and Ralph was able to answer without even having to look anything up. Overall, Central Pharmacy has provided probably the best customer service I've experienced at any place of business.
