Ralph, the pharmacist, is so friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor specifically recommended them because I was struggling to pay for one of my prescriptions and they're great about helping you find coupons and billing them in the correct order to get the cost as low as possible. Ralph has been super helpful and has so far saved me hundreds of dollars. Add to that the fact that he remembers exactly who I am every time I walk in and knows and refills my scrips without me ever even calling ahead to ask them to and it's SO much easier than dealing with Big Grocery Store Chain, where they would constantly forget to fill my scrips even when I called ahead of time, always had a huge line, and everyone seemed to know the bare minimum required to do their job. I stopped in today just to check to see if I had any refills on one scrip, and Ralph was able to answer without even having to look anything up. Overall, Central Pharmacy has provided probably the best customer service I've experienced at any place of business.

That is the East Lansing college town. This one is for the actual townsfolk and it's not a very high income town but they have some amazing food around the area. This particular Pharmacy has your typical very high prices and service wasn't great and there wasn't anybody to answer the question that I needed answering. Having said that I'm glad they were here because I eventually got what I needed and that's what these places are here for. How do I know if I had to go into Walmart or something, that they would even have it. And Walmarts are zoos. This place was nice and quiet.
