Going to the Pharmacy, everything is consistent. I Love the text messages letting me know when my prescriptions are ready. No confusion, no wasted time, just clear and easy updates letting me know what is ready and what the costs will be. The staff is AWESOME. They're Always caring and helpful. Miss Bessie Always calls me by name which is super sweet. Waiting is minimal compared to other pharmacies that I've been to. As helpful as they are, I'm looking forward to the day where I won't need medicine to help with constant pain. I'll still stop by to say hello though. Came here the beginning of the year and they processed my medication incorrectly so I was getting fully charged for two of my meds. When I asked why the price was so high, the lady at the window said because I had not met my deductible. This seemed incorrect, so I called my insurance company. My insurance company said that WALGREENS processed it incorrectly but what was weird is that they have been refilling the same prescription for the past few years. Fast forward to today, my insurance called and they were able to speak to the pharmacy and straighten it out but when they went to fill the prescription, they are now charging me full price for one of two medications which is incorrect AGAIN. Why can't they get this right, even after talking to my insurance company???? I finally called and they got it corrected but it took me 3 phone calls and about an hour of going back and forth... Update- pharmacy manager researched and made it right. I appreciated the time she took to help me out. read more

Checked in recently and was really surprised at the Excellent Professional Poise of Team Member Juan who was in charge of the check out station! Juan greeted me immediately upon arrival at the front with warm and respectful Eye Contact while responsibly organizing the shelves to straighten up the Aesthetic charm of the Cave. Juan's open and approachable body language made me feel comfortable to ask him for assistance on where to locate the Manila Envelopes I was looking for. Juan directed me clearly and efficiently to where I needed to go and I was able to find different sizes of the Manila Envelopes I was looking for which I deeply appreciated. I also found a very fun and charming Designer Notebook for half off which was a terrific steal and some gorgeous Princess Jasmine Vibras Wine glasses too at a sweet and humble price which are perfect for hosting! I stocked up on some fun markers too and Juan made the checkout process exceptionally interesting and enjoyable by schooling me on the thrilling value of Japanese Domestic Market Automobiles and how to sensibly save up for a low maintenance vehicle while intelligently investing within our means. Worst pharmacy ever I'll be switching I just moved here been coming here off and on for the past 2 weeks and every time they tell me THEY DONT HAVE MY Prescription, then I tell them it should be here they can look it up from their system then they tell me oh it's not here we can't see it and we don't have any prenatals for u when I just got a call saying it was ready all they had to do was switch it over and it have it sent to their pharmacy but they couldn't even call they have inconvenienced me 5 times now along with this poor old man here sitting across from my spouse and I. Pharmacy misleads their customers. They tell u that when u get refill for a 30 day supply of medicine the refill is available on the 29th day, however, not true because I can get my refill on 30 day supply of medicine only on the 30 th day. No leeway whatsoever. They will also tell u that for 30 day supply they count the day they give it to u as day 1 of the 30 days, again not true. It's ok I can pick up my medication on the 30 th day but I don't like that they mislead the public. Also, they shorted me 30 pills and I had to call them & go back for the pills. They didn't apologize pharmacist only said "these things happen ". From now on I will count medicine before leaving. read more

Call me a cranky middle-aged male, but...I made a pharmacy appointment using Walgreens' online app. Appointment time was 1:50 PM, and they said to be there 15 minutes early. I was. The pharmacy was closed. A store clerk said they would reopen at 2:00, so I decided to wait. Then, another staffer came by and said the pharmacy would be closed an additional 30 minutes for lunch. I asked why they would book appointments for times when they are going to be closed? She replied, "we don't pay any attention to appointment times anyway." Further, she said they had to move back lunch because they were busy with other customers. So, in the end, I get penalized. I asked, "why don't you tell the other customers that it's your lunchtime" and let THEM wait? I have an appointment. Bad management all the way around, and clear "I could not care less about your failed appointment" attitude. Shame on you Walgreens. And I am a shareholder too. I expect better. This Walgreens can not fill perspirations, they can not bill correctly, there staff members are very rude, and the wait time on the phone is 15 to 20 minutes after you talk to a person that can't help you. Walgreens is my favourite drug store in the States. We came here for an important reason. My friend and I had ordered way too much great food from Min's Dumpling House. We boxed up our food, but we needed more containers. I was leaving the following day to head back home. My friend was in Los Angeles for another few days. It doesn't matter which Walgreens I end up visiting. Thank goodness the layout is similar. I found the Ziploc Tupperware food boxes. I also ended up getting new M&M's flavours (honey nut and chilli nut). The storage containers were perfect. One of them housed my donuts that my friend got from Voodoo Doughnut in Denver. The other one had all yummy dim sum goodies. My friend also got a set of three round containers. I got one to store my shrimp fried rice. I need to remember to take good food on the plane. It beats paying more for okay food. My leftovers were amazing, all thanks to cool storage containers from Walgreens. (128) read more

Do NOT go here. I did my covid testing fri morning for Monday flight for hawaii and they said it should take 2-3 days for results. It's passed the 3 day mark and the lab still hasn't received the test. It's called aegis labs. It's terrible. No phone number to contact. Just email and they barely respond. Only been there twice, first time my doc sent in a prescription, a couple days later I went to pick it up and they told me my doctor never called it in, so I called my doc and she said she had. So it took them another few days to get it ready. This time they called me twice that my refill was ready, went to pick it up and it wasn't. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to fill it. Thankfully these prescriptions were just for me, had they been for a sick child, I'd be way more upset. I am going to rate this Walgreens 5 stars. First time I walked in... regular store, friendly staff, the customers very unique. My husband and I just moved to the area and needed to find our local drug store, get the lay of the land and if we were comfortable start using the pharmacy as we would be regulars. Today I went to pick up my first prescription, now my dr office forgot to send my insurance info with the Rx but a lovely staff member Michelle was kind enough in the drive thru to take my insurance enter it in the system and ring me up accordingly. As I asked her if she needed to enter my husband's info or should I just come back and walk in at a more convenient time? She stated "I can look him up and enter it in no problem" I was thoroughly impressed the CVS where we lived previously would have said absolutely not pull around and come in.
