I asked if I could wait and if they would call my name over the intercom when it was ready, and the employee said yes. I waited over 30 minutes and never heard my name called. I eventually went back up and asked another associate, who checked the computer and confirmed that the prescription was ready. However, I was then told I had to get back in the line of more than 10 people because going directly to the counter would be considered cutting. I ended up wasting over an hour here because I came in with the impression that both of my prescriptions were ready. The communication and organization were extremely poor.

Stock and selection was decent, a little bit messy and disorganized in some places but makes sense with the sheer size of the store. Was able to get toiletries for a friend's visit, all for under $30 with multiple items, which isn't too bad. Not the cheapest, but it's convenient to shop at Target and know what you need to get and know that it's there.

Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Walgreens 2950 S Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 and I must say that their customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I had questions about my prescription, but the employees were dismissive and uninformative. It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in a place meant to provide healthcare services. I hope they improve their customer service to create a more welcoming and helpful environment for their customers. read more

We were prescribed olopatadine eye drops. We were charged $53 for one bottle because my insurance plan doesn't cover the medication. It's not the price that bothers me. The reason why I'm giving them one star is that come to find out this is generic Pataday eye drops. Over the counter, the exact same strength and supply are $10. When I called them back they said that's the cost with my insurance plan but they never offered me the out of pocket price which is always an option. If I hadn't realized that it was available over the counter I would have continued paying $53/month for this $10 a bottle medication?!? When I go to CVS if my non-insurance cost is cheaper than what I pay with insurance they ALWAYS tell me. This pharmacy does not advocate for their patients and knowingly let me overpay for a prescription for a generic over the counter medication. $40 may not be a lot for some people but it could make the world of difference to some and if this happened to me, I wonder how many people have paid more than they should without even knowing? I will never go back there ever again.
