The Doctor she is so miserable and arrogant, the Latina that fill up prescriptions is also rude and atrocious with her responses. Staff at this location seems highly incompetent. After asking them not to refill a prescription they filled it three times and delivered it at one pick up because my husband was under a lot of stress he did not check what he was picking up just assumed it was what the doctor called in. We will be changing pharmacies if we cannot get satisfaction from the corporate office sadly . read more

The pharmacy is so incompetent. Slow, rude, can't ring prescriptions up right. I was getting updates from the CVS app about filling, coverage, etc. that were very clear. Workers didn't ring up prescriptions under insurance, so they had to "refill" and re-ring under insurance. Sigh. Concurrently, the CVS app showed filling status with some things covered and some not (none of that matched the final checkout). Nothing like waiting forever in the pharmacy when you're the first person there after they open. On the plus side: the store is remodeled and clean. Has a MinuteClinic in it. read more

I came here the other day for a new diabetes test kit: sounds like a simple and quick trip to CVS, right? Far from it. I don't usually go to CVS for medical supplies and the like, so I decided to ask someone who worked there who appeared to be a manager of sorts by the name of Nasser. He immediately suggested I would most likely need a prescription, and even pointed to a A1C Home Test Kit, not a glucose meter. It was clear Nasser has absolutely no clue what he was speaking about. Considering he wasn't a manager, and I already knew exactly what I needed, it wasn't much of a concern. My gripe with him was when he started pushing some sort of credit card, which I kindly declined several times, and explained to him I had no issue paying the $30 for a test kit. Eventually, I had to take a stern tone with him and be adamant about the fact that I had no interest in signing up for any sort of membership, regardless of how easy it was to cancel (as he explained many times). Needless to say, becoming a salesman isn't in Nasser's near future, and I won't be coming here again. read more

I swear the pharmacy just doesn't answer the phone. On hold for my 1 1/2 year olds script, while she's burning up with a fever, just to ask if I can get a different flavor antibiotic bc she will not take this one... 15 min on hold as I write this... I have been there to pick her script up, and you HEAR THE PHONE ringing the entire time, and see NO ONE even attempt to answer it. Can't stand this place... Worst cvs ever. They don't know rules or regulations. All the girls have bad attitudes like it's my fault you choose to be miserable scanning pills all the day. You call the store, they just pick up and hang up. The IQ is room temperature behind the counter. Super lazy. Will send your prescription to anywhere else not to deal with you. Then tell you, you can't send it anywhere because some made up rule. Used to be a nice, fast, and reliable cvs, yes it did get busy but they used to get all the customers out. I have to get prescribed antidepressants just dealing with this store. This whole time writing this, I've been on hold for 25 minutes, because I had my prescription moved from this hell hole but for some reason it's filling here and I can't get anyone to talk with on the phone. Please for the love of God tell your male cashier to stop trying to sell the five dollar care card membership. I told him no six times and he still kept trying to sell me the card. It is so annoying and a waste of time. I am not sure if he gets a commission off of this, but I'm assuming so. It is so pushy and frustrating and makes me not want to come back to the CVS. then when he finally gets someone to sign up, it takes him forever to do it. causing the line to be so long with no backup cashiers in sight. if you go here be sure to use the self checkout option. read more

Manager Sarah and cashier Adrienne are the most helpful and patient people I have ever seen. They helped in many ways even more so than the people at moneygram I was using as well as the kiosk. I had no other option as moneygram was giving me the run-around and not helping even making me go to 4 other locations that did not have a clue. I shop here for small things but now will more often thanks to the two ladies above. This cvs has multiple doors and is quite big and stocked nicely. They sell cvs but very yummy pistachios, other nuts, health food bars and much more. I highly recommend this store for the support, kindness, and down to earth people who work here. Thank you so much! As for the other reviews on here that are not 5 stars its a personal problem of the customer trust me on that one and not accurate to depiction of the truth of this wonderful store. Just wanted to post a current review of the minute clinic. I checked in online today, but when I got there it wasn't busy, around 5:30 on a weekday. I got in quickly, got my vaccine, and was out, my insurance was already in the computer from being a pharmacy customer. I thought the nurse on staff was friendly and efficient. This is NOT an urgent care facility! It's general practice care! If you have an urgent situation that requires diagnosing a problem please keep driving until you get to the ER. Or if you don't mind waiting to see your primary doctor and get scripts for imaging then do so. As the previous review states, do not waste time. They offer absolutely nothing here. No labs, scans, (x-ray), nothing - period. I hope this review helps the next person who is trying to decide between an extended over crowed ER waiting room and a real urgent care. read more

Don't go here! signed in & the estimated wait was 93 mins, went to get coffee & my phone rang 5 mins later to say they were ready for me but I continued to wait an hour more with the nurse coming in and out without acknowledging me. Finally I said "you called me over an hour ago to let me know you were ready for me", she snapped back about the computer system not working correctly and told me to wait. Finally I got seen and I told her I needed to get titters for MMR & Pox vaccines and she told me that they don't do them, I said you do I called the minute clinic today and was told this. she then called to check and was told they do and went on a rant with the person on the phone screaming that she hadn't had anything on her e-earning page in months and how there was bad communication and slammed down the phone. from this point she had a terribly aggressive behavior towards me, the computer froze and she started slamming the mouse around. She said she had no idea how it worked or even how much to charge. I left feeling scared. My husband had come inside to wait for me and when she opened the door to let me out she said "oh no" when she seen him as she was horrified that another patient was there but he quickly said I am here to pick up my wife and she calmed down. The next day I called back the minute clinic to complain as she had put the wrong DOB on my script for the labs and it could not be accepted by the lab. I waited and waited on the phone got passed from person to person to eventually be told that the nurse was the only person who could change the DOB and that I would have to collect it in person, I refused due to the way I was treated the previous day and was told they would fax it to me, surprise surprise no fax received so I called back and waited again and said I just want my money back and was told it would be 3-5 days before someone would call me back to let me know what the remedy would be. 7 days later still no call so I call and wait 30 mins to speak to someone who tells me that I will be getting a check that will take "a couple of weeks" to get so I ask to speak to the manager "Donald" who tells me I just have to wait and he cant even send me an email confirming that I will be refunded for the script that I cant use due to the wrong DOB, I just have to take his word for it. An absolute disaster this week has been and its not over yet. I have little faith that the check will arrive especially after him telling me without having asked that I would have to wait 4 weeks after the check was issued and not received to go any further in the issue!! I don't care about the money at this point its the principle of the matter. FYI you don't even need a script for titters so its all a fraud, I got mine done at quest, I just booked online in advance from request-a-test and the results were available online the next business day. read more
