In the Tire Dept., "Vidya" specifically, was the light in what started out as a dark morning. After a nail found its way in the sidewall of my tire while driving north on the turnpike. A quick declining of pressure caused us to put the donut on. With 2 hours more of drive time I was freaking out. After having no luck at the closest tire plus, then looking for a Michelin store that was shut down but supposed to be open until 6, I found the closest Sam's & luckily reached Vidya! She was so kind & so empathetic. She got us in right away & was so quick & efficient with the paperwork. I know I will probably never see her again but I will always appreciate her. read more

Don't try to use the delivery service because they will inevitably leave something off of your delivery and you have to go to the club and pick it up. The delivery person will say it was out of stock but you go a couple minutes later and they have a shelf full of it. Keeps happening. I'm done with it. read more

Before I bought new tires from Sam's Club I went to their tire shop to be sure they had the equipment and experience to work with 12" wide low profile series 25 run flat Corvette tires. These tires are difficult to work with, and require special equipment, techniques and training to remove and install. I was told they had worked with these tires before, so I ordered tires from them. Sam's Club Tire Shop cracked my rim while installing one of the new tires. They didn't use lube to break the bead. They didn't use an assist arm to stabilize the rim while breaking the bead. They made too many unsuccessful attempts to break the bead. When installing the new tire, they were not careful about keeping the opposite bead centered in the proper location on the rim. This is how the rim was broken, according to experts. When I brought the new, heavier, replacement rim to install, they wouldn't install it. They told me they didn't want to accept the responsibility. It remains to be seen if their insurance company will cover the cost. This rim was just fine before this. The three cracks on the rim, that were clearly not there before, were large enough to let the tire go completely flat in less than 24 hours. read more

I purchased a Makers Mark Pro Series Pellet Smoker which required pick up at this club. I picked up the grill and loaded into a rental truck as it's huge and heavy at nearly 200 lbs. When I got it home, I assembled the unit which took approximately 3 hours. Lots of parts and very time consuming. When it came time to try it, there was no power to the circuit board. I contacted customer service online to arrange an exchange but was told I could not exchange or receive a refund online but I'd have to disassemble the unit, place it back in the box, and take to the club where it was purchased. They offered a $50 gift card for my troubles. Unreal So let's understand this. $50 compensation for the initial truck rental, travel to the club, 3 hours to assemble, now another truck rental, another 3 hours to take it apart, an hour to the club and back, then 3 hours to assemble the replacement grill then take the truck back. I just spent another hour on hold waiting for a manager to pick up and of course that never happens. What a horribly run club! Avoid Sam's Club in general and definitely don't join this club and expect them to treat you right. read more

I low-key hate Sam's Club and not solely because it's in the Wal-mart family but because it's so tacky lol I much rather prefer *cough* Cost *cough* co! Imagine the stereotypical clientele of Wal-mart vs Target website and this comparison is spot on. I love a good warehouse crab leg! This store's snow crabs always look like they come from the deep pits of the sea abyss. I don't see as many sales here either, idk if that's cause they're naturally cheaper or they just don't do it. I'm not a fan of Costco's nasty rotisserie chicken but I do like Sam's. Unfortunately I always go 90 minutes before closing and they are like find me! Don't get me started on the long lines and 3 registers with cashiers. I am not a Sam's Club member and never signed up for a membership. I visited the Doral location once with a family member who is a member, and I used my credit card one single time at checkout to pay for groceries. Months later, Sam's Club charged my card for an annual membership tied to their account, without my authorization. I am not the account holder, never consented to my card being saved, and never approved recurring charges. I contacted Sam's Club to resolve this and received no adequate response or accountability. This resulted in a credit card dispute and unnecessary time spent fixing a problem that should never have happened. Using a guest's payment method once does not authorize storing card details or billing future charges. This is a serious billing and consent issue. I would strongly caution non-members against using their card at checkout unless they are willing to risk unauthorized charges later. read more

We have a list of many items that we only buy at Sam's club and grab carry out 5 meat pizza often. It's around $8.50 and pretty decent pizza although I wish they used a little more sauce. They also have nice hot wheels sets for kids every year for the holidays that are a great value. Although I do wish they were stocked with more healthy options in the snack areas, there are still some items we like to buy here. The people working In customer service are always helpful and if I need to return something they've never given me a hard time which I appreciate. I would love for them to bring back the sushi which was fabulous, and also to keep premade ribs stocked instead of never available. That is exhausting. It would be great if the attendants at the gas pumps could show people how to use the pump on the correct side of their vehicle. This is the only place in the world I visit where every single person is pumping gas from the opposite side. Bizarre and lots of yelling matches happening in the gas station area nearly every time we visit. Get your gas, don't speak to anyone unless you're trying to risk physical harm. Otherwise a nice place. Willing to rough it for the deals but it's the Wild West. read more

When they redid Sam's I think it was a few years ago they reconfigured all the aisles and now the aisles literally make no sense. As you can see with this picture if the line is super long going into the aisle it's very hard for someone who is still shopping to even look down the aisle filled with people waiting to cash out. And I get after covid now nobody wants to work the lines to get out are horrendous most of the time. The best part is the scan and go where I don't even have to wait in the line to cash out. I don't mind shopping at Sam's, I don't think the place is bad and I have never had a problem until today. I was having such a good day until this one lady decides to ruin it so I was finishing shopping and I paid and had to enter the small store where they sell liquor and beer, etc. once I got my items I did the scan and go and the guy at the register could not scan my receipt so I had to go through the main entrance of Sam's and as I was entering, I didn't see anybody there that can help me so I decided to come back out and go the other side since there is two entrances the entrance I took first was the one to enter since I didn't see anybody there I decided to go through the exit, but as I was coming out, there was a lady there cleaning and she just start telling me what are you doing and giving me an attitude and I told her the guy at the liquor store told me that I needed to have my receipt scanned because I had to show my ID and he couldn't scan it as she was automatically assuming and making it look like I was trying to steal, she puts her hand on my cart and wouldn't let me go and she's like no you need to turn around and you need to go all the way over there and I was like yeah I understand. I just need to do this. I just couldn't find anybody to help me. I already paid for these items and for the beer and she's like no no no you can't come out here you need to pay first this is not the way out and I was like OK yeah I understand. I just said that I paid. I just need to have this scanned and still putting pressure on my cart like I can literally feel her pressuring the cart and pushing it towards me and I was like OK yeah I understand so I'll just go through here and come out through the exit like she said and there were people walking because they were entering and like I said I was heading out so I had to turn around like turn my cart around and go back in and she wouldn't even let me do that like she was still pressuring and she's like no you have to do this in order for that to go away and I was like yes I understand but can I please move my cart well there's people here and she's still their pressuring and holding onto my car and this lady wouldn't let go thinking that I was going to leave with the items even though I already paid for it. She literally had to hold onto the cart just to make sure I wasn't going to leave and as I was answering, she once again said yup that is the only way you have to go through there. That's the only way you can leave. I just felt like I didn't have to argue about it, but I honestly feel really bad because of that and OK, even if she was assuming that I just don't feel like she should be giving me an attitude and talking to me the way she was talking to me because she was really rude to me. read more

This store is going downhill. Some of the employees aren't very friendly or helpful and move at a snail's pace. The produce quality isn't as good and doesn't last very long before spoiling. The food at the food court isn't very good. The hotdogs are a funky color. They didn't even have lids for the cups. Warehouse club I have had good experiences each time I've been here but it is definitely hit-or-miss when you need assistance. I needed tires and they were running a sale- the online thing was not working so I went in and the older guy working there knew his stuff. We got the tires ordered and I was out of there in good fashion - he said they would call when tires came in and then schedule to have them installed. Call came in, made appointment and thankfully I showed up early on a saturday because it became a Mongolian cluster-f^ck in the auto department. The saturday morning guy had a vague idea how to get everything turned on and eventually he did - but by then there were like 20 people all waiting. Other than the mediocre help, prices are fine enough so long as you know what things should cost. I recommend it, especially if you know what you need and do not need to interact with anyone. Parking out front. Gas station available but it is nuts over there so drive slow. read more

Stopped here for the food court. Welp, they were out of straws. And there were kids everywhere. These parents looking so sad, because if you have a little child drinking from a cup with no lid, well it will be messy. They were out of soft-serve ice cream, out of sundaes, and out of frozen yogurt. They were out of hotdogs. Half the drinks in the soda fountain were just the carbonated water because the syrup ran out. They were out of pizza pretzel. I got supreme pizza, but there was minimal choice. Women's bathroom was gross. Pee was on all the seats. I went around checking and this little girl was checking too. I had to wipe a seat off. Husband took the kids to the men's bathroom and he says it smelled terrible and there was pee on all the seat. The men's room did not have the detector to flush because it was broken and needed 3 flushes for pee, just pee. Long lines, and the store was tore up. Got a flu shot and a COVID booster shot as well. The pharmacy was great. I was in and out fast. And they gave us a bag of cookies. My husband and one of my kids got a flu shot, too, so 3 people got vaccines, but they gave us a reusable shopping bag with Grandma brand snack cookies and energy drinks. Definitely the pharmacy is a great place to get vaccinated because of the snacks. They were not checking for a Sam's Club card at this location. So, bring your own straws to hit up the food court, which accepts all major credit cards and you do not need a Sam's card at the food court. The meat cuts are nasty. The pork looked like it had gone too long. I would not get meat or refrigerated foods at this location. read more

Order ahead and pickup in store is very convenient but not without its issues at this location. First, it was difficult to locate where the in store pickup was. The. Once found it was difficult to find someone to assist. I waited 5 minutes. Then more time added because I had selected pay upon pickup and they wanted to send me through the line. Eventually, the associate assisting me agreed to process the payment. That said, obviously prices are good for bulk items if you stick to what you need. And the make a really really good chicken salad. So throw that in your cart next time! read more

Pretty much the cheapest gas in the area but at the cost of the membership price of $45, which is supposed to be credited to me. There hasn't been a long line so far. They also offer diesel which is also comparable to the area. There is not a great selection of organic produce so I can only recommend it for the low fuel prices. read more

I call the store to ask about a problem on my account. I called the local store four times. The first attempt they placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and call back. Same results, on hold for 20 minutes. The third time, I explained to the person that I've waited 40 minutes on hold. She said she would connect me with a manager. On hold for 15 minutes, no one answered. The forth time I told the lady I would not be out on hold. I asked my question. She told me it's a corporate issue. The fifth call to corporate took over twenty minutes to resolve my issue. What a joke their customer service is. In addition, if I'm in the store and ask an associate where something is located. More than have the time I get the wrong answer or "I don't know". Join a different discount club. read more

There is no order at the food court and the staff there are the worst I have ever seen and racist too. There is no place for that. Certain customers had to wait 1hour plus for the same food other customers waited 15 mins. The staff there gets to pick and choose who gets the food first, not who was there first and paid first, so you could be waiting 1hour plus if you are not the same skin tone as the guy that's behind the counter. I got skipped several times and waited over an hour for pizza while people that just finished paying were getting the pizza first. When I complaint that employee was nowhere to found, not even the manager found him when they went to ask him what happened. Heather took her time asking my Dad questions related to him hearing and any difficulties he may have had with hearing. I use Sam's Club to rent a car when I went on their site it said that there was unlimited drivers. I even questioned the person on the telephone twice as that does cover two drivers, right? I was assured it did once I arrived at the car rental place. I was told that it was going to be an extra $135 for my extra driver. I complained and they told me that this happens every single solitary day six or seven times a day to people who are stupid enough to use Sam's Club to rent a car. Great place to do some shopping in Jupiter. This is one of a chain of almost 600 stores in the US and Puerto Rico. Since their first store opened in Oklahoma in 1983 these stores have been the perfect place to shop either in bulk or for individual items. I have visited many of their locations in Florida and other states. Their layout seems very consistent. This particular location is north of 45th street between the Florida Turnpike and I-95. There is plenty of parking but, as with many Sam's clubs, it can be busy and challenging to find a place near the entrance. There are no frills here. It is a polished concrete floor with aisles of items from Kayaks to clothing and food to vitamins. We often get food and pre-made meals due to their very reasonable prices. Checkout is one of three ways: 1) electronically using the app 2) by an actual cashier or 3) self-checkout. As you exit make sure you have a receipt as they check the receipt against the items in your basket. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this location to others trying to purchase their items at a reasonable price in a clean place with friendly staff. read more

Chicken had some weird stuff on the skin and in different areas. After researching online i found it looked most similar to fly eggs. I had just purchased the chicken and had not even removed the seal on the packaging when i noticed the eggs. I sent an email to the customer service but never heard back. Unacceptable. read more

Sam's club does not carry many items I am use to purchasing compared to another big box membership I belonged to.

It is a great place to bulk shop and they have many different items. Prices are good too. I have been to a number of Sam's Clubs from Florida to Texas to Connecticut and I absolutely see their value. What I do find though is, like with Costco, they do not always have everything one may need. They are a great place to get certain things, particularly in bulk but not always the place to do your whole shopping. I still like them though. It is not always the most organized place around but all these types of stores are like that. They are good for bulk shopping. read more

This is by far the worst Sam's I've ever been to. I've been a big fan of Sam's for year, but had never visited this one. I had to retrieve my own cart from the parking lot after going inside because they had none available. The lines were ridiculous with only five lanes open at 7:00 pm. Additionally, the selection of fresh foods was unbelievably sparse. Almost no organic products to speak of. I love Sam's every where else in the country, but I'll be shopping at the local Costco when in Palm Beach County. read more

I've been going to this Sam's for years (though only once a month or so) and have never thought to review it. After reading a bunch of negative reviews, I decided I'd say a few nice things. Having never been to another Sam's Club, I have nothing to compare this store to, but were it as awful as some reviewers are saying, I would never go again. Yes lines can be long, and that's a major drag, but you assume that about a store like this. I do anyway (thus once-a-month visits). I have the upgraded membership, so I can go early hours if I choose. Plus I earn back cash- the first time I got $130 back (I think it been a year and a half and I had purchased some electronics). Last year I had spent much less, but what I earned covered the Plus membership perfectly, so why not? I've had two eye exams at Sam's Club and their doctor even made me go to a specialist about a concern he had, and I'm quite grateful. The pharmacy staff have always been kind and helpful to me, and as another reviewer said, you can get a couple items with your prescription and skip the checkout lines. Their number one product in my opinion is the $4.98 Rotisserie chicken. Significantly larger than Publix (which costs $7 I think) and a great deal. Just going to get my pills and a chicken is worth the membership I say, and my multiple pets agree. It's the rare cat or dog who says no to chicken. And for $4.98, we can all say Yes! read more

Even by Walmart standards the customer service in this store is very bad. I had a screw in a tire and they were the closest place to get the tire fixed. I have the $100 membership. They open at 8 a.m. I stood outside until 8:10. Finally they decided to open the door. The employee taking my info moved slower than a snail. They are very rude here. read more
