It's safe to say that everyone who works here hates it here. The custom service is sh@t. If you really need medication, don't go here. Even if the doctor sends your order over it won't be ready when you get there. Seriously why even work if you don't want to work. And at a pharmacy which usually is pretty important. I am a dentist in the Pikesville area and will never have one of patients use this pharmacy ever again. The staff and pharmacist are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and downright nasty. There are many other pharmacies in the area that are wonderful and there is no need to ever use this pharmacy. read more

I've been trying to get my prescription filled for about a month now. I've call the pharmacy but was put on hold for over 40 minutes. On 10/6/20 I went to pick up medication, I am 7 months pregnant keep in mind. I received text messages that my medication was done which it was, but I have two insurances so when I go to pick it up they run it only through one insurance, I advise the staff I have two insurances they were persistent that they ran it through both which I knew they didn't because the other insurances catches the balance of what the first doesn't cover. I paid but I asked to speak to the manager of the pharmacy on the side, they told me to wait. I stood and waited an 45-minutes to an hour. I called my insurance and they confirmed all medications I paid for were covered as $0 and was supposed to be be free. My insurance put me on hold and called CVS PHARMACY, keep in mind I'm sitting looking at the manager and staff. My insurance provider called 3 times, twice they hung up on him. The third time the manager quickly rushed him and didn't allow him to talk to give her the information she needed. I sat here and watched this, my insurance person came back on the phone and said they tried talking to a manager but she was completely rude, didn't handle there request, so they would be calling trying to see if my doctor can call in. In between being on the phone with my insurance, I see the manager walk over to a staff member and hear her say 'why is she standing there for (talking about me) and that she is not talking to me so she doesn't know why I'm standing there. The pharmacy manager NEVER came over to talk to me, after an 45-minutes to an hour of standing I ended up leaving and just calling the target helpline to report the manager and staff. I still have no resolution, the pharmacy still never ran my other insurance and I'm pretty sure I won't get my 70 dollars back for medication I needed but should not have paid for cause that's what insurance is for. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A PHARMACY EVER. I will be moving my medications. read more

The cashier Marissa was not helpful at all. I visited the pharmacy to pickup a medication that was unavailable at my usual location. She looked into the computer and said my medication was in process at my usual location, and order for it to be filled at this location it had to put on hold in the computer. I asked her to call the other pharmacy, and she said she couldn't. I didn't have my cell phone with me because I left it at home. I had to drive back to my usual pharmacy and have them call this location, telling them that they put the medication on hold, then drive back and get my medication. All of this driving back around could had been avoided if Marissa would had picked up the phone and made a simple phone call. This was very very poor customer service. read more

I have been trying to get a prescription and they have not been any help at all. when I call they are lifeless and don't offer any other options or any sympathy at all. they used to be so nice and now ot seems that they don't like their jobs and don't care for people. This is the literal worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies, and I unfortunately started using it because it's close to my office and I can run other errands while picking up my RX to save time. BUT coming here NEVER saves time. EVER. In my entire life I have never experienced the amount of issues, incompetency's and bad attitudes as I have here - and it's every. single. visit. I'm unsure if they're completely understaffed, or just staffed by complete jerks. I got to the pharmacy bare minimum twice a month, typically for refills. And yet, I have a laundry list of issues. Twice I've arrived on my lunch to be told that "the system is down" with no remedy, recommendation, course of action "we can call it in to somewhere else" "please come back tomorrow" "it should be running in 10 minutes" NOTHING. NO COURSE OF DIRECTION. Just "tough luck". Every single interaction with any of the pharmacy staff is like pulling decayed teeth. They're always rude as though YOU are inconveniencing them for needing them to do their jobs. I understand it's a hard job, and a busy pharmacy but, lordy lord, it's not solving world peace here, there's no need for the kinds of bad attitudes I experience regardless how polite I am. Every. Single. Time. I come here I have to wait for my RX. Every time. Doesn't matter if the DR called it in hours ago, days ago, a week ago; doesn't matter if it's a standard refill, automatic refill, anything. You will be waiting, and it will be AT LEAST a half hour - and even then you might end up with only half of the RX's you requested LOL. But, the real icing on the cake was having my DR call in 2 RX for me this morning, and me arriving three hours later stupidly thinking I might be able to pick them up on my lunch, although experience has told me I should never expect this. I get there and I'm told it'll be a half hour. 3.5 hours since being called in? Wild, but, ok. I got wander around the store for a half hour and come back. They only have one. The girl I spoke to the first time FORGOT to select the second one to be filled also. So they tell me it'll be another 20 minutes..... WHO HAS 50+ MINUTES TO WAIT???????? WHO??????????????????? I am dying to know who has 50 minutes to sit around waiting for an RX which was called in ALMOST FOUR HOURS AGO??????? To which I express confusion - why did the girl not fill both as I asked? Why have I just wasted half an hour??? I'm leaving the country tonight on a red eye, that's WHY my doctor called it in and I don't have time to go back to the pharmacy, or wait - because I'm on my lunch and I've already waited - at this point - 40 minutes. The pharmacy techs response was "well, I understand YOU think you're "important"".............................what is wrong with these people? As if it's "self important" to expect your RX to be filled correctly the first time in a reasonable amount of time - as if ANYONE has an hour to waste loitering around for an RX. I asked what I needed to do to get the RX transferred and the guy said "idk, call another pharmacy". WOW. WHAT AN IDEA. SO HELPFUL. THANKS. It's wild here. I never have any of these issues anywhere else. My dog is epileptic and I get his RX filled at another pharmacy and not only are they delightful, but I have absolutely 0 of these issues - they fill it on time, without making me wait, and the autorefills are always..... REFILLED?? Lmao wild concept. After this whole situation I've written the pharmacy off entirely. I've been coming here since I started at this particular office for my day job simply because it's a convenient location but I cannot stress enough that EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here there is a negative experience.
