I cannot understand how a business that functions in the 21 century counties to use 1980s technology when it comes to their gas pumps. Screens that are nearly impossible to read with their 1980 LCD faded gray monitors. The software is as outdated and unable to keep up with the touchscreen entries that fade out and if it's cold outside forget it. Nearly impossible to see in daylight as well. Slow as molasses, often having to restart the process because it just kicks you out for no reason. Just a joke not just this location but all of them. I know when you see "World Famous Chicken" you may think it's just an advertisement, however, I can attest that it is the truth! Anytime I land in Baltimore (or any area with a Royal Farms) I make it a point to stop in and get my fix of Chicken (Pieces or Tenders) and Wedges. I am unable to detail exactly what it is about this chicken, however, Royal Farms has mastered the art of Crispy Chicken on the Outside while remaining Juicy on the Inside. Furthermore, the seasoning blend is spot on. If the seasonings were sold in packets, I would buy some. LoL!!! The wedges are always perfectly made. The addition of the batter adds to the flavor and texture profile as well as enhances the bite to crunch ratio of the wedge experience. Can you tell how much I love it?? LoL!! As a customer, I appreciate that no matter what Royal Farms I go into, the flavor profile and food quality that I have grown to love and appreciate is always the same. If you're into dipping sauces, Royal Farms has a Sweet & Sour that shuts the flavor game down and when paired, adds a level elevating experience to the tenders and wedges. The marriage of Sweet and Salty really becomes a taste bud focused party in your mouth. LoL!!!!!!! Soooo...I stopped in to satisfy a chicken, soda and candy craving after a long week ahead of a long drive. Low and behold, THEY HAVE NO CHICKEN!!!!!! On top of that, there is only one employee. I entered the store and walked to the kiosk to place my order. I noticed that there was only chicken tenders in the case. I'm guessing that chicken is being cooked and should only take a few minutes. Right?!?! WRONG!!! As I get to the kiosk the "lovely" lady says "We closed! The kitchen closed!" I say ok, what else could I say/do. I ask, are the chicken tenders in the display available for sale? The "wonderful" employee retorts "No, they old!" and walks off. I tried, I really did. Going forward, I will ONLY come to this location for gasoline. And I will only do that if I am about to cut off and there is not enough of an easterly breeze for me to coast to another gas station. This place is the pits!! These have popped up all over out in the county these past few years but I'm not complaining! I love me a nice clean Royal Farms and so far this one is just the same, always stocked, clean and the employees are personable. It's basically you're one stop gas station/convenience store where you can fill up get some good eats, grab snacks and maybe some essentials and be on your way. I always use my ROFO card for discounts on gas and in-store freebies. Stop in! read more

Wow this was amazingly bad. Now I know it is the first of the year and people had to work, but some degree of professionalism would have gone a VERY long way. So we ordered a few things for a quick lunch. Nothing very elaborate. Breakfast sandwich, hash brown, cold cut wrap, and fries. Seems simple right? So let's get to the check out. Apparently the woman behind the counter was upset at a co-worker, or manager. Does not matter. I do know that it's 2019 and she is going to be a brand new person and not put up with anyone's "bull crap". Ok, not actual profanity, but automatically puts you on edge on how she is going to talk to us directly. There was a bit of a shuffle at the card machine and she wasn't exactly mean, but did not show any kind of customer service. We paid and then moved on to the next part. Getting our food. Oh boy. So the fires I ordered were in a box and ready to go. Since they sit under heat lamps for most of the day it is really difficult to mess that up. She called our number gave me the fries and then walked away... "Oh did you have something else?" It was still on her screen. "What else did you have" I handed her the order slip that detailed our sandwich and wrap. I ordered a Italian Cold Cut wrap with double meat, I didn't get it like that. At this point I am very much on edge and just want to get out of there with what food I can. She then asks every step of the way what I wanted, even though she consulted the screen a dozen times, and the slip that was still on her prep board another dozen times. Finally the wrap was "done". Don't know if Royal Farms changed their training, but I thought a wrap was supposed to be folded at each end so nothing falls out. Maybe they changed it, haven't had a wrap in a while. Then came the sandwich. If you thought I had a difficult time with the wrap the sandwich was all sorts of wrong! She started making a double meat, double cheese hamburger! Not a bacon egg and double cheese breakfast sandwich. She was putting the patties on a potato roll (not croissant like we wanted) before I had to stop her to get her to make the right sandwich. Again consulting the same screen and paper slip that was STILL IN FRONT OF HER! Ultimately she mad a double sausage, double cheese breakfast sandwich and we could not get out of there fast enough because we just couldn't deal with this level of incompetence. Now I have been to many Royal Farms, and none of them were nearly this bad. I will not go back to this location. I don't care if they do a revamp from the ground up, this location lost me as a customer forever. Too bad as it is so close to my home. read more

Brand now location so come and check them out. I had not realized they had actually opened until today. I had to bring my father to play his lottery numbers and I needed to get gas. As gas stations go They have competitive prices on fuel and most other items just. They had fresh coffee out like every other Royal Farm I am a customer at. I like the large parking lot with ample spaces. It wraps around the building and they have a rear entrance that is more convenient if you don't need to get gas you can bypass the pumps. There are entrances on Offut Rd as well as Liberty, so you can usually get in and out without a problem. The interior was clean and well kept. I didn't get much on this trip just some pretzels for my daughter. The cashiers were friendly and patient. I will definitely be in to get som me chicken one of these days. I will probably be frequenting since its on the way to my sisters house from mine. read more

They were very rude, I had to show my receipt to them so many time for them to believe that I ordered an additional box of fries. Not sure if they can't read or know their own menu. I went to this store yesterday evening (7/16/2019) to buy chicken. The chicken displayed behind the counter looked great so I ordered and paid for the Royal Farm 8 pieces of chicken deal. When I got home and took the chicken out of the bag I could smell that the chicken had either been fried in old oil and/or the chicken was bad before it had been fried. I still wanted to give this store the benefit of the doubt so I ate a couple of pieces of the chicken and got sick hours later. In addition, I was up most of the night running to the bathroom throwing up etc. This store either does not change its cooking oil and/or the chicken they used was bad. I will never buy Royal Farm chicken from this location (Liberty Rd and Ofitt Rd) again. read more
