Steady flow of folks. I got my items and had a question before checking out. I asked the lady covering self check out. Without hesitation she went far and beyond to assist. Many people would not give such customer service. I have always pretty much enjoyed going to this particular one as the prices are lower, customer service is above average (great) and not many issues have I seen here. Just to elaborate on the crowd, BJs was doing a hiring fair and yes it was very diverse and folks lined up to get a job. How does a grocery store not have mint leaves?…read more That's what I came to this store looking for. I've never been to a Weis market. BUT, they did have peanut butter cookies!!! These days its a hunt to find fresh baked peanut butter cookies in the grocery store. I don't get it. I did notice salmon laid out in a refrigerator type container near the front door. It looked like it could have used more ice. I myself would not have purchased that salmon. BUT, they did have mint! Mission success. While I was there, and hungry, I was hoping they had one of those salad bars. They did not so, scratch that idea. But I got what I came for AND peanut butter cookies! I did the self-checkout which was quick & painless.

They called in the prescription at 11 AM when I arrived at 12:30 to pick it up, they said it was not ready yet and it would be an additional 30 minutes. The store is organized pretty well I could find everything that I needed. Since I had time to kill I did a little bit of shopping. I have the CVS rewards program so I had some coupons to redeem. That always makes the shopping trip a little more bearable as the prices are a little bit higher Than at a grocery store. All in all not bad. After half an hour was up my order still was not ready so I had an additional 15 to 20 minutes to wait. As long as you are not in a rush, it's a decent store to visit.

I enjoy craft beer and seasonal beers from local breweries and other small brewers that are often hard to find. Well, they didn't have them here either. However, they did have A LOT OF LIQUOR. You'll be navigating the aisles to find what you want. Also, I did notice that the prices are higher than I'm used to paying. I wanted a bottle of Jam Jar wine, found it, and grimaced at the price. But that's why we have options. But, I purchased the Jam Jar and got on my way. The employees are very helpful (even though I was wondering if he was following me around the store). They even sell beer by the can. The employee made sure I knew that bit of information.

As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed it was oddly empty and wondered if the store was closed. After parking, I saw a few people leaving, so I headed inside. Before entering, I looked around for a shopping cart but didn't see any except one that was in use by someone else, so, I headed inside. Once inside, I still couldn't find one, so I asked the first associate I came across if there were any available and his response completely caught me off guard - "they're hard to find." We stood there in awkward silence for a few seconds because I assumed he would follow up by offering to help me locate one. Instead, I had to ask, and he reluctantly agreed. I watched him walk over to two other associates, and although I couldn't hear the conversation, he eventually told me that someone would go find a cart. While waiting, I noticed several customers walking around carrying their items by hand, while another customer had managed to find a cart and was checking out. I decided to use the restroom while I waited, and that's when the experience took another turn for the worse. The odor was so overwhelming that I nearly tripped rushing back out. Not only did it smell awful, it was filthy to include the trash can appeared not to have been emptied from the previous day. At nearly 6:00 p.m., the overflowing built in receptacle clearly hadn't gotten the way from just today's trash. When I made my way back to the front of the store, I asked my husband, who was with me, whether anyone had brought out a cart. He said no. I then saw the same associate, two additional employees, and someone who appeared to be a manager, identifiable by his white collared shirt casually talking, but appearing oblivious to the numerous customers walking around with items in their hands and not in carts. At that point, I had enough and decided to leave. Between the filthy, foul smelling restroom and the complete lack of follow through in something as basic as providing a shopping cart, I no longer wanted to shop there. This was especially disappointing because I've never had an experience like this at any other location in this chain. In fact, it's usually my preferred place to shop (which is why I marked maybe instead of no), regardless of where I am, outside of specialty stores.

The door has been broken for at least three weeks now, is it too much money for you guys to fix that, or is that on purpose? One time there were no paper bags, and the manager seemed like she didn't want to give me one when I asked. I was ringing up my produce manually and the manager condescendingly says i can scan the barcode... Umm? Not all the lemons have the sticker on them, they do fall off you know... Sale items don't ring up, employees don't want to help with that either. At least the produce is decent.

This business always has all the popular alcohol beverages as well as a large selection of local wines. Plenty of snacks and non alcoholic beverages as well. The prices are comparable w local similar businesses and they have a lottery machine for convenience. This place stays busy and the staff is friendly. Only downfall can be parking due to attached businesses having a large amount of customers competing for the limited parking spaces. Patience is a virtue and it always works out.
