Zero starts. I called three times to try to speak to a person because their automated option didn't answer my question and the prompts make it impossible to speak to a person. I am going to be moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy that actually provides customer service not an inept automation. they clearly dont value customer service whatsoever. take your business elsewhere. read more

I ordered 2 photo albums yesterday and I was told that they will be ready today at 2pm. When I arrived to the store today, first they wasted 10 minutes by looking for the albums, and when I told them the order number they realized that the order wast "canceled at the store". Apparently their printer run out of toner. They told me that they left a phone message, but there is no trace of any message on the phone that is assigned to my CVS photo account. The store in question is CVS #02698, 4331 NESCONSET HWY. PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY11776 1./ upon returning to home I checked the order status and it is still "in processing". No trace of the cancellation on my account. 2./ my credit card still has the pending charge for this order. 3./ I re-ordered the album at a different CVS location. During the process I discovered the the store with the broken printer still accepts orders for same day delivery. That is irresponsible. This is probably the last time I used this service. read more

Came by after hospital visit at 5am. The prescription wasn't filled because the pharmacist was on the phone. Said I had to eat 30 to 45 minutes.I was the only customer on the premises.How long does it take to count a few pills and put them in a bottle? A Rx I was told was in the system and ready for pickup could not be found; I was told - after waiting 15 minutes - that nothing was in the system for me - after verifying my name, DOB, Etc., nothing was there....until someone else looked - but said the scrip was not called in - I stated that it was sent electronically as I saw them do it at the medical office....then they found it but couldn't get it together to give to me for another 15-20 minutes, even though it required zero preparation as it was a tube of prepackaged premeasured Neomyocine ointment for the eyes read more

Used to be a good, dependable drugstore. Now with multiple issues: 1. drive up? (when working, is slow as S*it. Prepare to spend 30-45 minutes on the line 2. Call them on the phone? no one picks up for 20 minutes. 3. Pick up in person? Long lines and very nosy pharmacists who want to know "Why are you taking this?" and "Why has your dose changed?" I wish I could leave zero stars. Horrible customer service. I was told to return in 25 minutes for prescriptions. When I did there was a sign up saying they were on lunch. Totally fine to take a lunch break, but then why tell me 25 minutes when they would have known they were going on lunch!?!? When I asked, very politely, through the screen why I had been told 25 minutes, the woman curtly replied that the registers were off for lunch. Basically her tone of voice said 'too bad'. Love that my neighborhood CVS is a 24 hour. They have a nice card section and the makeup section has a lot of stuff I haven't seen in other CVS stores. There's also a drive thru for pharmacy needs. A great convenience when you are sick and don't feel like going inside to spread your germs. I've used this pharmacy for the last year- I haven't had any issues with the pharmacy staff, and for wait times for prescriptions they have always fulfilled their promises. My only complaint is there's never enough baskets for shopping, I'm always stuck juggling my items over to the counter once I have to check out. read more

The drive thru pharmacy is slower than a slug and it is because the woman who usually works the window cannot spell common names (I had to spell out Joanne), you can barely hear her thru the intercom and she certainly doesn't have any sense of urgency. Other window personnel get you in and out. I can always tell when this woman is on the window. Took over half an hour on line today. read more

I only been here twice and by far this is the worse Pharmacy ever. I choose this particular location because it 24 hours. I'm willing to change to Walgreens because of this location. This review is based on the Pharmacy not the store. I came here to pick up a prescription. I received the text on my phone that my prescription was ready for pick up. I arrive there 17 mins and there was only one person working the register. The line was extremely long and I began to notice that everyone was asked to step aside and wait 20 min for their prescription. I assumed I wouldn't have that problem because I already received a text stating that it was ready. Finally 20 mins later I'm next in line. I give them my name and they state it's not ready. You can wait for it but the wait is 20 min. I'm so confused, I said to the guy I received the text why isn't it ready yet. He tells me you can't always go by the text. I thought that was the purpose of the whole system. So I waited, after 20 mins I rejoined the line, yes he made me rejoin the line and suddenly it was ready, but not once did he call out my name saying that it was ready. Unfortunately a few days later, I returned to pick up another medication. And once again a very long line. I received a text that my prescription was ready and when I was next the staff member telling me it not ready yet I sat down to wait for it 10 min then I decided to get up and get a little loud. I said I think by now my prescription is ready. The text don't go through unless the doctor scans it as done, so how is it that you telling me it not ready. Then suddenly he began to ring me up. Horrible. Terrible. Awful. 24 hour pharmacy? They hung up a sign saying they are closed from 1-2 pm so the pharmacist can take lunch. Every worker needs to take lunch at the same time? What about the overnight crew? They don't get a break? It's just bizarre. Now there's a crappy hand written sign on the drive thru that says drive thru is closed until further notice because they are short staffed. Go inside, 20 people on line, one worker. The amount of money this place brings in, it's amazing they can't hire more help. CVS sucks! read more

Standard procedure at this location is that they do not prepare your meds until you show up. Doesn't matter if you call ahead or show up a day or two after it was to be ready. You walk up to the window and it's not ready but they'll have it in 15-20 minutes. The pharmacy staff is severely overworked and understaffed. The store is also beginning to look run down. Corporate is clearly not prioritizing this store. read more

Oh my goodness....2 days before my 4 year old had surgery, a prescription was sent into this pharmacy. Day of surgery this pharmacy tells me they don't have the prescription. The surgeons office calls me asking whats going on, I tell them, and they're annoyed too. They said this was the second time in one day that this pharmacy has said they haven't had prescriptions that were sent. The doctor calls and speaks to a Nick. Apparently they had the prescription and it was just really busy. Surgery was at 11. Nick said it would be ready by 4/4:30. My father goes at 5- was told it would be ready in an hour. I go at 6....told it wasn't ready. IT IS 7PM AND I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD WITHOUT MEDICATION AFTER SURGERY. I am floored....this is an absolute joke. Who handles customer complaints? Peed my pants waiting 40 minutes in line for my prescription when there was only two other people ahead of me

If I could give this CVS 0 stars I would. By far the worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. They NEVER have the prescription ready when I come to pick it up even when I wait a day or two to pick it up. Then they make you wait 20 min for them to fill it. Then last night I came to pick up my sons breathing medication and antibiotics and they made me wait 20 min for that and told me I would have to come back for the other medication. I came back the next morning and the drive through person told me they didn't have it in stock! I said then why tell me to come here today???? I asked if I had to get my Dr. to call transfer the prescription and she said yes. An hour or 2 later I went back after I found out they could transfer it to another CVS and I went to speak to them and they HAD THE MEDICATION!!! But surprise surprise it wasn't filled and made me wait another 30 min to get the medicatio! HORRIBLE! And the staff is not friendly either. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else. read more

Lines can be lengthy in the pharmacy, but understandably so given it's a 24 hour store. Super convenient that it's open 24/7 (even on holidays and in storms) and associates are always helpful in the store! The staff is friendly and courteous, and they really do try to put the customer first. Great sales, friendly staff, and a good variety of items. read more

After helping my husband taking out his things in his storage. He said he was in pain and my back is in pain. So My husband and I decided to go to your store to get a blue emu it's like a mineral ice. While we are there I decided to look for some bargain like the 50% off isle that has the things for Halloween and for the fall season. I like the candle, angel figure and some kitchen towels. When my husband and I decided to pay the cashier that's working last night Saturday, she decided to flirt with my husband. She keep asking my husband if he smelled the candle which she said she likes it so much while I'm the one who picked it, asking him where he's from like I don't exist. Very poor customer service. This really put a very bad taste in my mouth. Train your staff especially the one that work the night of November 3, 2018. Your ratings needs to improve. Horrible experience. I needed medicine after 9pm. My CVS closed at 9 so I had the prescription go to Port Jeff Station store 2698. It was a Friday night July 17th at 1030 pm. I told them my insurance had changed from what was in the system the man in the pharmacy I believe he was the pharmacist Said no it's expired so I took out my new card and he said you need to pay. He would not take my new insurance card. I tried to explain to him it's a new card. He just walked away. Rude. Someone needs to tell this man how to treat customers. read more

I go in Saturday 11 pm and they have already started Sunday's sales but didn't put tags on the shelf so I didn't know the item I was buying was 2 for 6 with 1.25 back on both..I bought one and paid 3.79 and couldn't use my coupon like I thought I could. This is a terrible place to do have prescriptions filled. It is not unusual to wait for 5-9 hours for prescriptions to be filled. When you finely get to pick up your prescription there is no sign of a back log just really bad service. This is business as usual for this CVS it needs to be open 24 hours because you can count on picking up a prescription that was sent in at 11am at 11pm. read more

This pharmacy is awful! They kept my call on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up and I decided to just go there. They didn't fill my prescription correctly. I noticed this as soon as I opened the bag while I was still there. They initially denied their mistake. Then they couldn't correct their mistake when they finally acknowledged it. But they did keep me there for over 45 minutes "trying" to correct it. Horrible experience. read more

Came here for passport photos with the family on Mother's Day (today). My mother asked how much each photo was, and the guy says $15. She then says that it's too expensive, and that there are 4 of us that need photos. The sales associate (White guy with curly dark hair) then says (and this is a DIRECT QUOTE), "I could make it like, $12 each". When we get to the register, it's regular price, $14 each. There was no discount whatsoever, and the guy FLAT OUT LIED. if there is no discount to be given, DON'T LIE ABOUT TAKING MONEY OFF. It's not about how much the photos were, it's about being told a false price. The other guy on duty (presumably the manager) said "the price just went up, that's probably why you thought that" when my mom tried to tell him his sales associate had promised $12, AS IF THE CUSTOMER MADE IT ALL UP?? If your sales associate makes a promise about a lower price, YOU SHOULD HONOR IT. Horrible customer service here, and on Mother's Day too. read more
