There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.

A pharmacy i thought I could rely on, and trust to treat me like a human being, ended up doing the opposite and treating me like complete shit. My husband and I have used the pharmacy for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, thorough and professional. Previously received vaccinations and Covid testing. Pleased to report all went smoothly. I appreciate the abundance of sales, coupons and reward points. The CVS APP is so convenient and easy to use. I order all my photo prints on the APP and they are ready within an hour! What compelled me to write this review was to recognize and commend a cashier/ sales associate named Christine. My face lights up when I walk in and she is behind the counter. Christine is an absolute delight! Friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and 100% on the ball. Multiple times I have witness her multi tasking with ease when staff is short. Christine is a valuable asset to CVS. My husband and I appreciate her so much! We will continue to be loyal customers!
