I recommend this CVS be one of the first to employ robotics for the entire pharmacy. The human staff is tired, poorly trained and lacking terribly in communication skills. The pharmacist keeps his head low to avoid getting involved or helping during heavy traffic. Be sure to always double check what yelp tells you. This is not a CVS but a target location with a CVS in it. It has limited items that you would get in an actual CVS store. I have fallen for these listings before with Starbucks as well. Yelp doesn't discern whether a Starbucks or a CVS is inside a target. Beware! read more

Just when you think it can't get any worse!! I went to the pharmacy in Target today and the young girl working the register (Kesha?) had the personality of a doorknob, rude and had 0 customer service skills. I had to ask for a bag for the prescription I was picking up. She placed a bag on the counter and I had to bag my own prescription. Then I had to ask for my receipt. She pointed to the register and said "there it is." I said could you hand it to me. REALLY!!!! My husband had the same experience the day before with the same girl. She either has not been trained to do her job or most likely it is her work ethic. Horrible! Also she continually was putting on hand sanitizer to the point it was dripping off of her hands. I understand this day and time we all have to work to not spread germs, but this employee could not do her job for having to apply the sanitizer. If she is a germaphobic then she most definitely is in the wrong job. Being on the front line at a pharmacy dealing with sick customers is not for her, for more reasons than one. When you lack customer service skills and go overboard being concerned about germs, working directly with the public is the last place she needs to be. CVS needs to step it up! Hire people that can perform their job. This review really does not deserve the 1 star I HAD to give it. read more

If I could give this pharmacy, a zero rating I would. Every single time I go there is a line through the store. They have three registers, but are always only using one. The pharmacy techs are not very friendly and move very slowly. Today I went to pick up one prescription. I waited over 40 minutes. I watched as two pharmacy techs and the pharmacist waited on one guest while a line erupted behind me. I would not recommend this pharmacy. I will be changing pharmacies, outrageous. read more

Woman at the pharmacy in front of me was there because the pharmacy gave her the wrong medication for her blood pressure in a highly 55+ populated area. Besides the horrendous wait times, the staff is rude and doesn't care about you or your time. After they finally received my prescription transfer the third time around, they took 7 hours to fill it. Guy in front of me told me once they called him to say his meds were ready and after waiting on line he found out they weren't. Guess what happened today when he got to the register. This pharmacy location is great. People are wrong about their complaints. The two pharmacists go out of their way to help. And no, most pharmacies don't pick and do take forever to answer the phone but they are so busy and very understaffed. Using app is very helpful to solve that problem. And if you can be patient, they will pickup eventually and answer your questions. Best around, seriously. read more

Horrible. Horrible. Miserable. Garbage. Hot mess express. This CVS is inept. I don't even know if it's the employees anymore or the company itself. They NEVER answer the phone, ever. I will call back to back or hours apart and nothing. I've never seen the phone answered while I'm there. I get texts my meds are ready, show up and they aren't. They never take responsibility just say it's corporate texting me. Why is it corporate? Wouldn't something the store is doing cause me to get a text? There is always a line for pick up down an entire aisle. A 30 min wait is a short wait. They only ever have 1 pharmacist and 1 tech/cashier. That's appalling especially with the influx of residents to this area. We need to be served better. CVS needs to do better. I don't think I'll be going back. I can't spend my whole day waiting for medications that are SOMETIMES being filled. read more

No one answers the phone. No one can fix an issue with an extra care card. No one can make a correction. Check out takes forever. I was forced by my insurance to use CVS. Definitely one of Dante's 7 levels of hell. Usually the aisles are roped off so you have to hoof the store to even get to the pharmacy. read more

My goodness can't understand any negative reviews. This is a pharmacy and nothing to do with having issues with doctors not calling in medication! I've experienced doctors not calling in meds or not getting back to pharmacy right away but great things with myself as well as my 2 children which one is autistic. Cld u imagine being in a place of work with only a few people and sooo many tasks to do and someone saying they didn't answer? Ridiculous! They have answered although may be on hold a min and I even had a dr leave a message and I have as well but they do call back. I love this pharmacy and they truly r great. I'm completely irritated by whomever left the one rude review! Everyone has their opinions and experiences but I've had the same great care for my children and I and b4 that with my deceased gma. They went above and beyond for her to get medication discounted as well as ours. This is a pharmacy and the staff does great but they aren't miracle workers for things that deal with doctor offices! They have done great reaching out with our doctors but how cld u be rude and say a bad review over these workers? This is my experience at target cvs in tradition! This location is a hot mess. If you ever need to call, don't bother, just go in because you'll be put on hold for 30+ minutes. This is what we have been experiencing all day trying to get the status of a prescription we put in literally a week ago. When you finally get someone you are met with a young lady who thinks that cutting you off and acting clueless is somehow a good idea. Instead of apologizing for the excessive wait and listening, she gets snotty and escalates the situation by saying she 'has no idea what you're talking about' because you know what the medication is but don't know the brand name they used to fill it. This is the same girl who has already made our life exceptionally hellish by not processing our prescription properly to begin with. It is a medication our insurance does not cover and we said we would pay out of pocket. Rather than getting the medication filled, she sent it back to our doctor telling them to get it pre-authorized through insurance. We will be moving our prescriptions to Publix or Sam's to avoid this girl and her incompetence. read more
