Even though it looks good the meat is chewy like if you're eating rubber. And it tastes just like it smells inside the store.

I have been buying Philly cheesesteaks for the last two years here once a month for my cheat day. Not trying to get offensive here what is the only way to describe it. I'm Spanish. So let's start with that. When the white girls used to work there they're Phillies and subs were so amazing! Ever since they got rid of the white people. And he's run by what I believe the owners that are Indian. Their food sucks now. I'd rather just go to Stella Pizza next-door then to order from milk and thanks again.

They have the best bacon egg and cheese sandwich around the area. Always a hit. I enjoy this sandwich on a Saturday morning.

Wow it has gone downhill. New owners. No longer clean, smells, food has cheaper ingredients. It's just sad now.

When I questioned the young man he said, IDK? That's definitely the price? I looked at the options in the deli, as well as the menu, thinking I would order something custom. However, the employee taking orders seemed very stressed that people were still ordering at this time. There was 1-2 other people calmly looking around, not even in a line. She told me there was no coffee left- no problem. I didn't want to stress her out anymore, so I just pointed to a pre-made sandwich in the deli display. She explained that it would need to be cold and they couldn't heat it; I didn't ask for it to be heated though! I ate my food in the car. The sandwich was delicious, despite it probably having sat for a long time. The staff was very nice, but the anxiety was off putting, and I hope whatever conditions are stressing out the staff can be addressed. I would definitely return!

Today I stopped by the Stuart Florida Toojay's this time to try breakfast. I chose the pancakes platter which included two pancakes. (added the blueberries as an option) Scrambled eggs and link sausage dish. I also ordered my traditional breakfast tea with honey. Service: When I walked into the restaurant there was no one at the hostess counter. Since the sign stated to wait for the hostess be seated, I waited a few minutes before one of the cooks noticed me and told me to grab a table and he'd have someone come out as soon as possible. About five minutes later someone finally showed up. Not a great start. My server... let's just say was efficient. However, it would've been great if she served me with some type of a resemblance of a smile. The atmosphere Toojay's has a pretty nice atmosphere with booths, dark wood trim and an interesting eclectic mix of music that was low enough to speak with and hear your dining partner. The food. Of course the restaurant did not have steamed milk for my tea and had to hunt around for honey but eventually we got an acceptable serving of tea. The pancakes and scrambled eggs came out pretty quickly. However, they rested on one dish a fact that I hate as the syrup inevitably migrates to the eggs. Fortunately I had an extra small plate under my tea which I used to separate both. The eggs were okay and the pancakes were okay but, the link sausage were small and a bit undercooked. The bottom line: The bottom line or as I call it "the customer so" what, would I come back? Probably not. Not because it was terrible simply because it wasn't anything special or to be more precise, I would most definitely come back for the pastrami on Rye just not for the breakfast. I looked at the items in the market. Nothing stood out that I had to get. We then sat down and met our waiter which I believe is also the owner. He had that like Eastern European way about him, stern, direct and right to the point. We ordered the polish plate, pierogi, and potato pancakes and goo-lash. The pancakes came first. You can tell they're homemade. Very thin. Different sizes. They were good. The owner told us to try it with sugar as that's how they do it in Poland. I tried it. It was different. I then tried the pierogi. He gave us one cheese potato, one sauerkraut and one with something else. They were also good. We then got the polish plate which came with sausage, sauerkraut with meat, stuffed cabbage and potatoes. It was ok. I thought the potatoes were eh. The cabbage and the sauce was good the sausage was good. I then got the goo-lash. That thing was thick with large pieces of pork and gnocchi. That was very good. Filling too.
