There is always a long wait here. Their pharmacy technicians are not the sharpest tools in the shed. I was there for 1/2 hour waiting. They said they were not ready. When I called (and waited more on hold) the pharmacist said they were ready earlier that day. I don't know what's happening to the pharmacies around here. Horrible customer service, the only pharmacist that should work is Steve. I just got asked by a pharmacist after they made a mistake with my medications why am I calling here now as if to say I am bothering her . The great part about money is it can be spent anywhere . The better part about pharmacies is that there is one on any corner. I will be pulling my medications. To be a servant in the healthcare industry it requires patience and understanding. CVS is the most frustrating organization that I think I have ever dealt with. The complete lack of consistency and continuity is overwhelming. I have CVS-Caremark insurance coverage through BlueCross and BlueShield of IL, and can't my prescriptions elsewhere and have the same degree of cost coverage. CVS does not communicate with Caremark and it leaves me as a conscripted customer in dire straights. I could go on and on, but I will just say they are the worst I've ever had to deal with in my 75 years. read more

This is the slowest drive-up in history. Cars are constantly allowed to sit at the window to wait for their scripts, even though there is a large sign reading that they do not allow this, "as a courtesy to others ". With two cars in front of us, we often wait in excess of 20 minutes. read more

This pharmacy is overwhelmed. If they give you a time your med is supposed to be ready add a couple hours to that. I have gone several times only to be told, "we are really sorry but it's still not ready yet." The worst is when they run out of a medication. Yes, this has happened twice with this particular CVS. I switched to them because it is no secret that they are cheaper than Walgreens, but the savings has come at a cost in reliability, and customer service. read more

Zero stars if possible. This place is unorganized. They can't ever find my meds and as I'm typing this I'm waiting in the drive thru and I've been here 20 minutes waiting for just one car to be helped. Still 2 cars to go. Hopefully I get out of here by New Years! This place is trash! read more

The CVS in my neighborhood has great customer service and the Pharmacy staff are very attentive and friendly.

Hannah is absolutely amazing. While traveling for a funeral we had a difficult situation arise with my mom getting ill and ended up in the ER. The pharmacy was busy and we were initially told we would have to return the next morning - when the funeral was. I explained our situation to Hannah and she pushed the prescription through. It also didn't appear that any of my mom's three insurance plans were going to pay for the medication, so Hannah was able to work some magic to reduce the cost for us. This woman deserves a raise and high praise. Since the other two reviews left here are rather negative, I think the rest of the staff knows who to look to for leadership. I simply cannot say enough about how an absolutely horrible experience was made just a little bit better by how she handled our problem. Thank you! read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. They are very incompident as for listening to you when you drop off a prescription. I have had numerous times when I have told them that a prescription was under workmen's comp but when I go to pick it up the try to charge me. Then they say I have to come back because they need approval for the script. Also after stopping by with my wife that just had surgery, giving them the scripts telling them I need them asap, due to the surgery, they tell me the best the can do is 2 hours. I came back in three and they still didn't have them. They said another 20 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and said another half hour. That's a total of 5 hours, I told them bullshit and said I would not have the drive through line. I forced them to give me the script but again they told me it wasn't approved from workmen's comp. They said the had to call. Wtf they had the other 3 approved. So again I had to pay. What a worthless pharmacy! Don't ever go there. read more
