I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. Over the past six…read moremonths, there has been only one time when my prescription was actually in stock when it was supposed to be. Every other month, I've had to constantly call to check on the status, ask where my medication is, and try to get a straight answer on when it will be available. On multiple occasions, I've been told it wasn't ready, only to call again later and suddenly be told that it is ready. I shouldn't have to chase down my prescription or repeatedly call just to get basic information. On top of that, the staff is often rude and dismissive, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. I also find it concerning that when my doctor recently attempted to prescribe multiple months at once, I was told by a Walgreens associate that they "can't do that" due to some kind of agreement with Zepbound and that they can only dispense one month at a time. That was never explained clearly and felt more like an excuse than a legitimate patient-focused policy. Overall, Walgreens does not make it easy to get prescriptions, communicate clearly, or feel supported as a customer. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've had, and I will be looking elsewhere due to the lack of reliability and customer service.

Every time I go to Fagen to grab a bottle of Prosecco, Kahlua, or Skyy I'm always greeted by the…read moresame friendly cashier. She is the main reason I continue to buy my booze from Fagen. Whether our conversation is about my purchase, the weather, Gary politics, the Bulls, or my hair and accessories, it's always enjoyable. She also loves suggestions for new products and follows through each time. Even though Fagen doesn't always have what I need and isn't the most well-kept drugstore around, I'm still a faithful customer. Next time I stop in, I'll be sure to find out the cashier's name. I was switching some prescriptions to something local and I won't run out. The pharmacist threw a…read morefit because 2 of the medications I take were similar, and although the insurance approved it she refused to fill it without talking with my doctor. They finally got approval from my doctor but they treated me like a drug seeker. She even refused to do a short fill that was sent by my insurance. They won't let me refill until the day I am completely out. Like my last dose I have is for the evening of the 11th then I'm completely out. They won't fill it until the 12th. I usually take meds 2x a day and now I have to take my morning meds and then go stand in their line to get the other filled. So I can't take it until it's ready. Going here felt gross the way the way that I was treated. I'm an adult and deserve respect. I am going back to the way I had it where people helped me and don't judge me based on the medication I take. They are glorified drug dealers who don't care to help someone who needs it. I was also told by my doctors office that they don't show anything with walgreens reaching out to them. I am glad I was able to get approval from my doctor but this place not even accepting a short fill is just wrong. The pharmacists are horrible to deal with, and don't realize they are not doctors and should do their job of filling what the doctor prescribes without questioning what a doctor is doing. They are supposed to be helping people but they sure weren't nice or helpful to me.

They said they were too busy to shop my order again and I would have to return at a later time to pick up my order. I spoke with a team leader when I called the store(which took almost a half hour to even reach a person to talk to) only for this team leader to be unapologetic and unprofessional. He said they would do my order and would give us a gift card for the inconvenience when we return for our order. We came back to get our order, waited a half hour before finally asking an employee if our pick up order was ready yet. They brought it out but with no gift card, which the employee had no idea what gift card I was talking about. She went inside to ask about it, returned several minutes later and told me the team lead said he planned on bringing it out, but it would be a little bit because they're so busy. We waited another 20 minutes before just leaving because we were absolutely done waiting on this extremely unprofessional "team lead" who clearly doesn't care about upset customers.
