She had zero eye contact and was very unhelpful. After a bit of back-and-forth, she did find the prescription, listed under my first name. This was a simple mistake, but she was so rude and was loudly speaking to me which was humiliating with other people waiting in line. There is no reason to be unkind, and this was completely uncalled for. Instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and insistent that she was correct while she was not. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was so rude I just wanted to get out of there after completing the transaction. So disappointing.

My pharmacy gave me the Grove Hall phone number and address and told me to call them to ask them to fill it. The guy who answered wanted to argue with me, saying over and over "well THEY never called over here." I finally said, "they never said they were calling you, they gave me the phone number and told me to call and that is what I am doing." When I picked up the prescription, I told the guy that I am old and alone, and obviously not feeling well, and that is really stressful to be treated that way. he basically told me to f off. It's the fat white guy with the full beard. Brown hair. What ever happened to being helpful? I told him he should consider how he is treating people. Will never step foot in this place again. The difference in how you are treated in the poorer CVS areas is noticeable. Racism, classicism, I don't careism. Poor people deserve compassion and good service as much as anyone, and they probably need it more.
