We went in because my husband's doctor had ordered him a cane a special pain for him. We went in to pick it up, thinking it was approved however it was not approved because he apparently gotten crutches within the last five years and then he makes an ineligible for a pain, even though you graduate from crutches to a pain. So in the end, I spoke with the young girl that worked there, she was very, very nice in that department and she said well if you bring came back to me, I can fit and fit him for the cups are on the bottom we were missing one of the cups for like a few months we couldn't find the right size so I got right in the car so she said can you bring it into me so I brought it right in she took it next-door to her shop or whatever and she was able to fit the bottoms with new new caps and only cost me like $6.50 which was wonderful so now the husband walks nice and straight and he's not falling over because he's missing part of his cane. But this store is definitely your local pharmacy type of place. It definitely is there for the customer. OK the customer service I believe it was an 11 pay typically I can get customer service as zero but this place that day was definitely 110% out of this world I will go back there for anything else I needed. They really make you feel special they make you feel like your business is what they need to happen like you are the only customer but You know you're not but they make you feel that special. I really think that that in itself would bring more people in.

They carry a good variety of health and beauty aids, groceries, medications and so forth. They usually have plenty of staff working so there's always somebody there to help if you need assistance while you're shopping. There is a spacious parking lot outside and parking here is never a problem. The store is usually pretty busy especially during the daytime hours but the cashiers are very efficient and the checkout line always moves right along.

I pushed my red shopping cart to the counter, and before I vould lift it out of shopping cart, a "Gen Z" looking African American cashier said: "You have to go downstairs, I can't ring you up for thst here!" I was looking at him like he was crazy! He doubled down and explained : "I'm not allowed to ring up anything but electronics!" Instead of scanning my item, he actually crossed his arms , with a smudge look on his face and just ignored me! I demanded he contact a manager!!! He wasted almost 30 minutes, making me wait for a store manger to come to his register, He commanded him like an obedient lap dog to process my transaction! I was so confused why it took this brain dead XBox , Netflix boy to ring me up! The entire transaction took less than 1 minutes! What target fells to realize, is that they aren't tge only game in town! And honest, uncensored websites like "Yelp" are powerful tools against lazy, ignorant overpaid retail employees!! These children do not know how to use common sense to solve problems that should NEVER exist in the first place!!! What kind of company policy encourages their employees to turn away paying customers?! Target, along with other big-box retailers, ar3 highly exposed to changes in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), with, for instance, roughly $1.8 billion in SNAP benefits spent at Target out of a $100B national total, representing roughly 1.69% of its revenue! I do not receive Federal SNAP benefits, but if this type of lazy , irresponsible poor customer service continues, Target will only be seen in a "Retail Museum!"

Usually if I am shopping at South Bay, I like to park at the garage over by the AMC, BUT Target is a pretty far walk from there so for convenience, I will park outdoor lot and try to be in & out. ***Garage is also free to park*** Now, for the actual store itself, it is clean and well organized for the most part. One thing that I have noticed is they no longer have a self checkout area by one of the entrances. Instead, it was only one cashier working the register and a long line. They do seem to have more options & inventory of items that I typically enjoy buying, such as swimsuits, coolers, etc. This is a full service Target so it does have everything or most things that you'd find at other Target locations. I just wish they would bring back the self check out, as it did take a while for the check out process when we were in a time crunch the other day.

They have told me when it's too busy they don't pick up the phone (after I waited more than 1 hour on the phone and ended up just going there in person). The inventory is lackluster but as of recently I noticed that it has been getting a lot more variety which I view as a good thing. I definitely think this place has a older style, view of customer service & pair that with the language barrier I can see how sometimes the workers can come off as rude but other than that I love this place

They've got a pharmacy here & though a small store, they have just about everything you need/looking for. Staff is helpful and attentive here. Parking can be found on Charles (2 hr meter parking).

Smaller store as Charles street has a lot of history and smaller building space. Overall the store was clean, staff were nice and they have quick checkout process. CVS definitely isn't necessarily the cheapest in their market, but they are everywhere and if you need something it's just convenient.
