I pushed my red shopping cart to the counter, and before I vould lift it out of shopping cart, a "Gen Z" looking African American cashier said: "You have to go downstairs, I can't ring you up for thst here!" I was looking at him like he was crazy! He doubled down and explained : "I'm not allowed to ring up anything but electronics!" Instead of scanning my item, he actually crossed his arms , with a smudge look on his face and just ignored me! I demanded he contact a manager!!! He wasted almost 30 minutes, making me wait for a store manger to come to his register, He commanded him like an obedient lap dog to process my transaction! I was so confused why it took this brain dead XBox , Netflix boy to ring me up! The entire transaction took less than 1 minutes! What target fells to realize, is that they aren't tge only game in town! And honest, uncensored websites like "Yelp" are powerful tools against lazy, ignorant overpaid retail employees!! These children do not know how to use common sense to solve problems that should NEVER exist in the first place!!! What kind of company policy encourages their employees to turn away paying customers?! Target, along with other big-box retailers, ar3 highly exposed to changes in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), with, for instance, roughly $1.8 billion in SNAP benefits spent at Target out of a $100B national total, representing roughly 1.69% of its revenue! I do not receive Federal SNAP benefits, but if this type of lazy , irresponsible poor customer service continues, Target will only be seen in a "Retail Museum!"

Usually if I am shopping at South Bay, I like to park at the garage over by the AMC, BUT Target is a pretty far walk from there so for convenience, I will park outdoor lot and try to be in & out. ***Garage is also free to park*** Now, for the actual store itself, it is clean and well organized for the most part. One thing that I have noticed is they no longer have a self checkout area by one of the entrances. Instead, it was only one cashier working the register and a long line. They do seem to have more options & inventory of items that I typically enjoy buying, such as swimsuits, coolers, etc. This is a full service Target so it does have everything or most things that you'd find at other Target locations. I just wish they would bring back the self check out, as it did take a while for the check out process when we were in a time crunch the other day.

People bring pets into the store all day long, and staff does nothing to enforce their own signage. I have a documented allergy to dogs and rely on posted policies to safely enter public spaces. On dozens of occasions, I have had to leave the store because pets were present. This is not an isolated incident, and staff is fully aware that non service animals are regularly allowed inside. When I called the store to raise the issue, no corrective action was taken. I was given excuses rather than solutions, and the behavior continues unchanged. Posting a policy while refusing to enforce it puts customers with allergies and disabilities at risk. If CVS chooses not to enforce its own rules, the signage should be removed so customers can make informed decisions before entering.

In response to questions "I have no idea!" "I don't know why I work here?" (None of us do). Then the constant disgruntled mutterings, one mistake (wrong meds, only one of multiple meds), followed by another, no eye contact, no salutation, no respect, no human decency. It's sad too that, this rude unhappy woman is allowed to create such a toxic environment because the rest of the team there are amazing.

When I picked up the prescription, I told the guy that I am old and alone, and obviously not feeling well, and that is really stressful to be treated that way. he basically told me to f off. It's the fat white guy with the full beard. Brown hair. What ever happened to being helpful? I told him he should consider how he is treating people. Will never step foot in this place again. The difference in how you are treated in the poorer CVS areas is noticeable. Racism, classicism, I don't careism. Poor people deserve compassion and good service as much as anyone, and they probably need it more.

They're open until 11PM while most other stores closed pretty early nearby. Not sure about parking because it was walking distance from the Hostel.

Like any drugstore nowadays if you buy makeup, check first that someone didn't open it to test it. Sad but with lipstick etc at $15 to 20, people apparently are not willing to take a chance of getting the wrong shade... Photos- imho they're usually pretty good here compared to other stores in the area! Wherever I order photos, I call ahead to check that the machine is working and someone is on duty to run it. It's pretty fantastic to be able to get same-day posters, greeting cards, prints etc and they often have discounts on the website. I love the peel n stick posters. Staff overall are usually nice and want to be helpful in my experience

They seemed to be understaffed, juggling filling prescriptions and giving shots, and they required two identical hand-written Vaccine Administration Records, even though I arrived with mine fully filled out. It took a full hour beyond the appointment time, while the same process at CVS was much better organized and essentially in-and-out.
