Please keep your entrance clean. I like your pharmacy but the rest of the store is dirty.

Nothing says customer service like "leave a message" as the ONLY option and we will get back to you. Rarely do they actually call you back. Hospital gave me physical prescription-had high hopes of a simple phone call and they tell me to fax the Rx and bring the originals when I come in to pick up.. 30 minutes searching website, calling local #, and calling 800# to speak with someone you can't understand and they get rude when you keep asking them to repeat. Then the call "disconnects" so you start all over. Maybe don't pat yourself on the back on your customer service when you make your customers spend 30 minutes or more trying to get an answer to one question that would take you 30 seconds. Now I have the option of taking these physical copies and have them tell me that it will be two hours to put a few pills in a bottle aaaaand they are out of one of the 4 prescriptions I need so now I am driving around town looking for another option. I think these companies collude to provide the worst service possible. Can't just go down the road because they all are horrible. Makes me think they are run by a communist government. read more

Very friendly folks there but pretty incompetent in the pharmacy. Every time I have a prescription ready for my wife or me they have the price wrong because they choose the Blue Cross Medgap plan instead of the prescription drug plan. Then it takes 15 min+ for them to reprint the correct information. So after seeing a ridiculous price for the new prescription or refill every time the last 2 years on the phone app I started calling to let them correct the price before I drove there. This was working OK (but what a nuisance!). The final straw was a new prescription from my dermatologist. It showed up as $285 even though the medicare prescription plan showed it should cost $48 at this store. I called twice to get the price corrected but both times the lady who answered insisted it was charged correctly. I had the prescription sent to Walgreens John's Island. It was $13.61. I will switch all our business to Walgreens immediately! read more

I was treated very rudely today by the chief pharmacist at this CVS in South Carolina. I am on vacation for a month and needed a prescription refill. At the first visit (evening) I gave him the script, then told it would require approval of my physician which he proceeded to do. I called this CVS two days later and was told it was ready for pickup. I drive there from Edisto Island only to find out it could not be refilled despite physician approval because I was two days late. With no helpful advise he just dismissed me with a curt comment. Not the kind of pharmacy leader I would expect from CVS. read more

I forgot my medicine while on vacation at Edisto. The pharmacist and his team were so helpful. They got me enough pills to last me.. but with the most wonderful customer service! Thank u Mr Pharmacist and team! read more
