I have been bringing my pharmacy business to the Dana location since Target opened. I have observed the service level go down and down with long lines and one cash register open, and their closing for lunch policy, in the last couple of years. CVS emailed me a survey, to take of how they did on my last pickup. I answered their questions honestly referencing my complaint listed above. Yesterday I received a call from the manager referencing my negative comments. She said when people leave negative reviews it reflects on the local staff, and that my complaints were not in their control. She said the closing at lunch is a corporate decision to be good to their employees so they call all go to lunch together. I asked her what other businesses do that, and commented that I thought a business is supposed to value their customers, and put the customers convivence first. She told me nothing was going to change, and that it appeared to her that I would never be happy at that location. Funny I was for like 30 years? She suggested that I take my business elsewhere so that is exactly what I put in motion this morning. I'm not going to continue to give my business to a business that does not appreciate if they have you as a customer or not. Either someone steals medicine or the pharmacy allows the prescription to expire without filling the medicine. Perhaps some clerk sells the medicine while she reports that it has been picked up by the patient. read more

Absolutely horrible! I was in the ER and prescribed very needed medication. The morning I went in to get it and their system was down. Couldn't help me in anyway. The next day I went in and the system was still down!! Called ER to transfer the prescription to reliable Safeway and they can't because Target ran my insurance and filled them already. Still without the medication I need two days later with no hope in site. I hold absolutely no faith in Target pharmacy and will never return read more

Worst pharmacy on earth. They screw up your prescription and then will NOT answer the phone so you can fix the problem. I have had to call them so many times and have waited on hold for 30 minutes or more and then they simply disconnect you. If you finally go to the store and wait in a long line you can hear their system announcing how many callers are waiting online on the phone and they pay no attention. They simply don't care. Every time I try to get a prescription filled there is an excuse why I can't. Even if I get a script filled it can take 3 to 4 days sometimes longer. Just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and trying to get my nebulizer med has been like pulling teeth. I have been waiting 4 days to try to get it filled. We have been using this pharmacy for several months now, and we finally decided to look around for better customer service. Forget about calling in with questions as they either don't answer the telephone or leave a caller on-hold for an extended period. The counter staff is friendly but half the time renewing prescriptions are not ready on time, which means another trip and wait in line. There must be someplace better. read more

My doctor had sent over a prescription last Monday for testing strips for a glucose meter. They did not have them Monday, i went back for them on Tuesday. Tuesday they gave me 400 of the wrong testing strips. I had no clue as this is all new to me. Went to use the strips the next day and realized they were the wrong ones. Called the pharmacy and they blamed my doctor. Called my doctor, they called the pharmacy and it was in fact the pharmacy that gave me the wrong ones. Went in on Wednesday to get new test strips and was told they didn't have them and couldn't take back my old test strips because there was no manager in order to refund me. Told me to come back Friday and a manager would be there to do the return and they would have my strips. Went in on Saturday because i didn't have time on Friday, they couldn't take the strips back because they had left the pharmacy, i get that. They refunded me my money but still didn't have my strips. Went in today, Monday, and they only had 350 of my 400 test strips. The lady doing the refill than questions me as to if i actually need all 400. I personally don't think it matters if i need them as that's what my doctor sent over. I told her i would take the 350 because now i had gone a week without strips. They still charged me the same amount as they would have if i had gotten 400 strips. They didn't give me a discount even though they are at fault for not having my full prescription. Somehow it takes over a week to get testing strips. They also aren't going to complete the refill for me either. I have no idea who dropped the ball here but this whole experience was a joke. read more
