i went to this walgreens for the last time this morning. had to pick up standard prescription,…read morewindow was closed. so i parked and went in. the lady was standing there putting things on shelf, ophelia, wouldnt turn around and look at me as i walked up, i said hello , she said yes, i said is the pharmacy opened yet? no on e is there, she says well sometimes they are late , idk when they will be here as she walks away from me. she says people are late sometimes, idk where they are. it was insane, others were standing there wondering what was going on as well. the people here have never been friendly or kind, or even nice. i went home and immediatly went to amazon to send me both my meds by mail...never ever go to this walgreens..horrible employees. and its not the first time ive had issues....horrible store, not reccommended...ever

I was in Target, had to pick up a prescription. I am in a target multiple times a week and I love…read moreshopping there, however, I will no longer be using the CVS in Target at the 8100 E. Broad Street location, Store ID: #17174. The pharmacist is not professional and I have seen him be rude to workers. In the past, I have had to ask a worker if they were okay because of the pharmacist's attitude; but getting to the most recent incident that occurred on 9/8/24. I was the only customer in line and was not acknowledge. I waited and then the pharmacist comes out from the back room, I guess where they keep supplies. When he came out, he stated to the pharmacy tech that they had more vaccines that came in. The pharmacy tech stated that they were going to have vaccines coming out of the ass. The pharmacist stated, "That's what they are worth". Wow! A pharmacist who is saying that out loud that vaccines are worthless! I get it, people have a right to their opinion about vaccines but in this case the statement was made by a professional, in a job setting, which made the statement to be unprofessional. A statement such as that makes for a lack of trust. I am not sure if the pharmacist thought I could not hear what he stated, but I did. It is part of the pharmacist's job to give information and administer vaccines. I do not trust this pharmacist any further because of his views, he may withhold information and I would not want him administering a vaccine to me. I will not longer be using the target at CVS, Store ID 17174. I may no longer be using CVS in Target or a CVS at all. The pharmacist that made the comment is Bernard Bury.

None of it made sense there were shoes scattered everywhere carts everywhere staff looks as if someone drugged them to Work after a night on the town. It's pretty pathetic actually I don't understand what's going on at the store, but I've never really had a good experience overpriced? A pair of men's shorts $25? I thought this was supposed to be a store where you could get bargains, apparently not and to top it all off when I got out to my car, the perfume that I had bought and had the pump part to spray was removed so I had to go back into the store and get a new one then I had to wait at the register for the guy who was in the back putting things away for about 15 minutes truly ridiculous. I don't think I'll shop here. I think I'll go to the New Albany location from now on.. if you're the manager of this target, please take notice you have a lot of problems that need to be worked out and I hope you get them changed before you lose a lot of your customer base .

On both occasions, I've walked up with no other customers around and was not even greeted by as many as 4 staff. Or even acknowledged by anyone, as they continued working for up to 2 to 5 more minutes before one of them finally let me know they will be with me. It took all of a minute for my transaction to be completed. I will definitely be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I am sick and tired of rude customer service.

My wife and I were looking for flu and COVID shots and we specifically wanted the Pfister vaccine…read morefor the COVID vaccine. This isn't our regular CVS but it was the closest one offering the Pfister version. We scheduled appointments and arrived a few minutes early. The pharmacist greeted us within minutes of our arrival and asked us to have a seat and she'd be right out. She verified our information and since we are CVS customers, she said she had our insurance information in the system. The pharmacist (a young lady) was very polite, pleasant and professional. She seemed very good at what she was doing and administered both vaccines very efficiently and almost painlessly. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes (you're supposed to wait 10 minutes after getting the shot before leaving). Great experience. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.
