I am going to update my review to 3.5 stars. Veronica is a gem, pleasantly checking people out and calling for extra help if the line gets to be more than three people. Decent sales and if you are a "care" member you may get even better prices. They still may not always have what I want. And I still don't like having to buy multiple items to get the sale price. I also wish the special cvs coupons could be used on sale items. Even so while I was beginning to head to the competition, CVS has won me back. And sometimes the parent company will email you a survey for whatever CVS store you have used and the manager will actually acknowledge what you have identified as pluses and minuses. read more

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The pharmacy short staffed has been for months and months long lines at the drive-through. Took three days for me to get antibiotics. read more

Terrible service, not even worth one star. Shame our insurance has them as the preferred pharmacy. Avoid if you can.

If I could leave less than a one I would. This pharmacy does not answer their phones so I have to go there to deal with a rude attendant. They do not honor cards such as Good Rx and are frequently out of my regularly prescribed prescriptions. My physician and another pharmacist have expressed difficulty in reaching this CVS also. I am transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I'm a retired RN and my husband is a physician and we know that when you own a business you are only in business because of your customers and they should be treated with kindness and respect which this pharmacy is lacking. read more

If time is a factor, have your script sent elsewhere. The minimal staff they do have is friendly, but doesn't make up for closed drive-thrus and extensive wait times for meds that are "Ready for Pick-Up." If people are the problem, may be time to look at their processes. read more

I am very disappointed with the pharmacy service at this CVS. They loose my paper prescriptions & when my doctor calls it in, they say they didn't receive the call. I have tried since August 30 to get my prescription refill. My doctor's office has called it in 3 times! They clearly needs better written processes. I'm sure other customers have had this problem. The place where the staff spend their time to criticize their costumer. I was on the line waiting to get my medicine, these two ladies in the RX started criticize me because earlier I was there for the same medicine which was not ready. If the staff can be focused on their duty and stop certain comment that I am not going to say here, it will be the profitable to everyone. read more

I have been sitting in the Rx line for almost an hour. 3 cars ahead of me. This is ridiculous!!! I'm sure inside would be no quicker. Plus it's raining cats and dogs and I have a small child with me. Never again. This is just unacceptable. read more

I've been to this CVS a few times in the last couple of months and I feel like they are usually out of whatever makeup I'm looking for or simply don't have it. They also don't put up their sale signs on the makeup section, letting you know which ones have extra bucks attached, etc. At least that has been the case the last 2 weekends. What really knocks them down to 2 stars is the lack of professionalism. Before I say anything, my mom was a retail manager for most of my life. I know what it's like to live with the boss. Also, I'm a Capricorn. But I can't ever remember my mom talking badly about her employees in a common area, or engaging in "trash talk" with another employee about an employee who isn't present. And that's what I had to listen to for 10 minutes while I was shopping in a mostly empty store. I get it. Your employees piss you off. Your coworkers sometimes piss you off. Take a 5. Go to your car. Or go sit in the back for a minute. Don't talk about someone like that in front of customers and behind the cash registers where customers can obviously hear you. I'm not really interested in someone else's conversation about how bad their employees are, but if I can still hear you in the back of the store, you need to use your inside voice. read more

Pharmacy is terrible. They never have perscriptions done on time. Depending on who you get, some let you use savings cards other don't. Drive thru is ridiculously slow!! read more

They are very friendly for being open and working on a holiday. Really clean store and looked like they were fully stocked. Also already had their supply of Easter candy and stock marked down! That beats every big box retailer in the area by at least 8 or so hours. Nice store. I'll visit again. read more

The pharmacy here is garbage. I'm very sick and went to pick up my meds and ALL FOUR scripts were "out of stock" the young guy told me I could possibly check another cvs but not sure when they would fill it. I called my doctor to see if she can call me in something else (generic even) and she told me the pharmacy needs to call her so I politely asked for him to call my doctor so they could figure out another script and he told me someone would reach out to me and shut the window door in my face ( this was in the drive through) so I parked my car and went inside and the pharmacy guy wouldn't even call for me until the last min and then told me to go buy some over the counter meds that my insurance didn't cover it anyways. (Which it does) I felt rushed and they didn't care a bit This is by far the worst experience in my life and me and my FAMILY were lifers at that cvs, not anymore. Do not have your scripts filled here. They won't have it anyways read more
