If this is the Fulshear/Gaston location, this is the 3rd time you've transferred my medicine to a pharmacy that you sais has in stock only to get a text to inform it is OUT of stock! This is a run around and pass the buck kind of service! Location NEVER has the medication in stock...for MONTHS! Customers have to do the legwork to get their medicine. Ugh...ridiculous! read more

When you pull up or walk up to get any medication the first thing they tell you is we just received the prescription even though the dr office is closed and you were seen yesterday and you verify that the prescription was sent yesterday. read more

(03/12/22) This is an update from my report 2 years ago. This Pharmacy (not the Store but literally the Pharmacy) simply closes whenever they so choose. Went to pick up my script and the Store Manager told me the Pharmacy...the entire Staff...had left for lunch from 1:00-2:00 PM (13:00-14:00)...No published operating hours anywhere...on the web site...on the store door nor on the Gated Pharmacy itself...is anyone from the Corporate Office even aware of this Operation? (03/12/20) Aside from employee rudeness they now operate the pharmacy at whatever hours they choose and tonight although advertised to be operating at 9:00 PM they closed at 8:00PM. Someone from Corporate needs to look at this operation. read more

This pharmacy is awful. They're always unkind and lack knowledge about medications. They also didn't call to make me aware that my prescription wasn't available anymore and told me when I came to pick it up a day before my surgery, when I needed to start taking it. So I had to drive to another pharmacy to get it. The pharmacist was rude and asked if I was signed up for call/texts, which yes I already was and never received either. Just inconsiderate and didn't take ownership of their mistake. read more

Mrs and I took her mother to this CVS for a flu shot. We were able to do a walk in since the pharmacy had openings. The pharmacist was very friendly and quick. Why only 2 stars? The problem was the cashier at the front of the store. I saw there were home or OTC Covid-19 test kits for sale at the check out counter. I got two kits and went to the register to pay. However, the cashier was too busy talking to her friend. She told me to go to the self check out instead. I didn't want to do self check out because I had a $5 off coupon and I wanted to make sure it works. Cashier insisted that I go to the self checkout while continuing her conversation with her friend after I stated my concern. Anyway, I gave up and figured out how to use the coupon at the self checkout without cashier's help. We will only use this CVS if there is no other option or if we have coupons. read more

The pharmacist is the only reason I'm not leaving a 1 star. The techs wouldn't help me in the drive through and the pharmacist grabbed the phone from the techs after overhearing our conversation and helped right away. I am appreciative of the pharmacist and her customer service. The technicians, not so much. read more

I have been coming here for years. The past two years has been a nightmare dealing with the pharmacy. Sherry is the only pharmacist that cares about her clients. Between my meds never being ready on time, the script completely thrown away or the limbo dance when filling anything, I would suggest not going here. I've made my 4th complaint against this store with corporate now. I've been waiting for a refill now for 65 hours and counting (yes it's in stock; yes the staff verified) what a joke! read more

I work in the pharmacy for Walmart and I know how a pharmacy should work. I picked up my medicine and the medication had no information on the bottle of how to take it. The bag was labeled "Please see attached for detailed directions." There was no detailed directions. On the bottle it said "Please see attached for detailed directions." But had NO DIRECTIONS. It should say "Take this tablet twice a day for 7 days." The technician didn't even ask if I had any questions even though it was my first time taking these medications. I didn't get to ask the pharmacist any questions. The service here is bad. They just hand you your medications and don't even check to see if you need counseling. If someone is on the medications for the first time, they need counseling. Period. This CVS is disappointing. I had to call another CVS pharmacy to answer my questions. I do no recommend. read more

This lady was so rude! She kept cutting me off when I was speaking. Then asked if I could wait until Monday to get my medicine because she's by herself today and very busy. NO! Worst service ever. Emily is who served me (name on my reciept) she was an african american woman who was yelling at a customer before and then was completely rude to everyone after. She couldn't even hand me my prescription she left it behind the plastic screen and I had to reach in and grab it. Awful awful service. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Horrible customer service from lady manager on duty at 10:30am on September 8. Found all reasons to say no to my solutions to getting my two free vitamins that I earned last night at 7:15pm. Gave me the wrong number to customer service 1-800#.
