This place is a hidden gem and very good! I stumbled across this place by accident and it turned into a Good Accident! Was tucked off to the side with a very old school look and I figured if it's still standing it must have good food to keep it alive this long! Two people running the show and a line and they were handling it well. The older guy that was taking orders was super nice! The food came out and I wasn't disappointed! Bacon cheese burger was definitely a 10/10....tater tot's 10/10. Most importantly this mom and pop has proven they have staying power! Stop!!! Don't keep driving by this hidden gem for a delicious burger I can not tell you how many times i have driven by this place, however today was the day i decided to try it. Walking up to the widow gives you the nostalgia and ambiance of a burger joint in 20 years ago which was awesome. Hidden gem in the heart of Rosenberg/Richmond area. This place has been around for 40+ years. That tells me so much about this place. The lady had such an amazing heart and I fell in love with this mom/pop spot. I ordered 2x bacon cheeseburger, 1 cheeseburger and a side of fries/onion rings/tater tots. Everything was so delicious. The price is super affordable compared to any other places. Everything I ordered was only $18, it would've costed me well over $35+ anywhere else. This was my first time coming here and they have definitely earned a repeat customer in me. I love supporting local businesses like this. The price of the food is reasonable and it's an order and pick up restaurant - you can sit outside on the side or in your car. I drive by this little place daily. Have always wondered about it because it's definitely nothing fancy but ALWAYS seems to have consistent traffic. My three out-of-town sisters were visiting me and we drove by and commented on the tiny place, and I told them I had never been but the locals sure seem to love it. Was craving a good old fashioned burger and Mickey Ds near the house wasn't going to cut it. Pulled up to Jaimes Dairy Treat and THIS place has vibes. Unassuming shack with cute pin stripe overhang in ol town Rosenberg. Wife and I got two burger baskets- One jalapeño bacon cheeseburger basket with onion rings and one regular cheeseburger with fries. There have been comments that their is a wait. Yes it's true, there is but everything is made fresh to order. Burgers came out hot, crispy and love how the bun is toasted to crisp. Bacon, jalapeño and cheese were the bomb and perfect combo. Honestly fries were better than the onion rings but if I'm always going with my wife, I'm going to pick both each time and share. Looks like they have hot dogs on the menu and who doesn't love a good chili and cheese dog? That's definitely going to be on the list for next times visit.
