I went today that get my prescription filled around 1pm and first of all everybody at the pharmacy was so rude! I was in pain & there was like 5 people in front of me for pick up so I went and sat a little while the line was shorter which it did after a few minutes so when it was my turn the blonde hair girl said.. I'll b right back with u.. & went to the back to talk & laugh with other employees, she clearly didn't wanna help me. So the other pharmacy cashier helped me when she was done with the other customer, but same thing.. very rude!!! This place is horrible! I don't get how can they have such a bad customer service! If I could give this place a negative star I would. They have the slowest service - refuse to acknowledge you or assist you . I was the only car in the drive through wanting to drop off a prescription and waited 7 minutes before I honked my horn. A lady looked at me and continued doing what she was doing which was nothing. Pharmacy: I gave them two chances, prescriptions are overpriced compared to other pharmacies, service at the pharmacy section is horrible. 1) they take forever 2) when they eventually get to you they give you an attitude. I'm business, I'm paying for stuff they're not making me a favor and they need to get that. The only reason why I might consider going back is their self checkout, I love not having to deal with incompetent people who also have an attitude. read more

The pharmacy here is terrible. Not only do they take a minimum of 2 hours to fill a Rx, they never know what they're out of until hours later when you go to pick up up or Rx THEN they tell you they're out. Waste of time. Plus their overall treatment of customers is just terrible. read more

Had the worst experience Brenda was the west cashier she was the slowest rudest over talking customer service person I ever met the advertisement and the ring up price were totally wrong and different for almost each item I had purchased I was trying to show her the ad prices and she said well that's not ringing up a lot of the items I had mentioned had to be printed from their coupon center but it was broken so I asked if they can reduce the price manually because it was broken she said no at first required 2 people to assist her. My daughter was also making a self checkout purchase and paid for a bag I showed her the proof of purchase she said well did she pay for it? Then a African guy walked up asked for a bag she said here you go sir without asking him if he paid for it. I told her shouldn't you ask everyone if they paid? 12/2015 was my last torment of this place. If you like anguish. I heard they have got new people but I unless getting ER medication will not go to them. Their head pharmacist were rude & uncaring. The other people did not listen fully & would not help when there was a problem. They screwed up my medication of my Class 4 so many over 8 times, I am now at Quick Care Pharmacy out of Rancho Cucamonga (they deliver) they are how a pharmacy should be run. read more

This place is ok if you're just stopping to make a quick pit stop. But I had a bad time with the photo center. The kiosks wouldn't read my phone and then I tried two different machines and they both froze and had to be rebooted and my pictures got deleted, someone else was on the third kiosk and just had to give up. I eventually told then to just cancel my order if they found it because I had to leave. read more

I had a prescription sent here via my doctor. Then I dropped off my son's prescription. I was told my son's prescription would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I came back 45 minutes to pick it up, and I have to wait for them to mix my son's prescription (after I was told it'd be ready for pickup before now) and they never called to inform me that they are out of my prescription and won't have it until Monday. I had to find that out when I came to pick up both prescriptions. I'll be finding a new pharmacy to go to from now on. read more

My grandmother and I have encountered negative actions from this man as he always mumbles under his breath. Wish I could give it zero stars. I've been coming here for several years and always had mediocre experiences until today. Tried to pick up a prescription that had been sent over from my doctor earlier that morning. One girl said they'd just received it and it would be about half an hour. Forty five minutes later I was still sitting on the floor (because the chairs by the rx pickup were full), and hadn't heard anything. I got back in line to check if it was ready yet, and the girl told me just a few minutes longer. So I went to the check out to buy the rest of my items. At the checkout there was no one working a register so I used the self check out, which gave me SO MUCH GRIEF. It wouldn't accept my card/read my chip OR accept my Apple Pay. I clicked the "Request Help" button about five times in the course of a five minute struggle with the machine and no one came to help me. The rest of he customers were seeing that it wasn't working so they got in the standard line (without a checker). A checker promptly came over and began to help those customers check out. I finally got the machine to work and have returned to the pharmacy, only to find my prescription is still not filled and it's been over an hour. read more

The Asian pharmacist is so very rude. Every time I have to speak with him, he always is inpatient and wants to rush the conversation. Today, I had a similar issue with the technician. She called me to refill a prescription, and while I was attempting to explain that this was just a dosage correction, not a refill she just kept saying I will be able to refill the prescription by tomorrow. I had to stop and and say, "I understand you're busy, but would you please listen to me so I can explain the situation". She then transferred me to the Asian pharmacist who I don't like to speak with. I have even advised others in the past to please do not transfer me to him as he is very rude and unhelpful. read more

I can't believe the horrible service I received at this pharmacy... While I wait in line to drop off my RX the pharmacy tech which is named Karla is like yelling out the prescriptions of the person ahead of me. There has to be something against that she could walk up to the pharmacist and ask whatever her question is. When it's finally my turn Karla the pharm tech says to me " walk up to the counter and I'll help you right now" no greeting no smile she didn't even look at me. She kept her eyes on the monitor. Then she proceeds to tell me"let me see what You have" really??? After being at the urgent care with my daughter than having to go through this unprofessionalism. She needs to take a course on proper customer service. After she is done with me she yells out, " I need someone to take over I'm going to lunch". Really? You have to yell that out...Horrible horrible horrible. Will not return. read more

Worst CVS store ever!!!! Waited for a prescription to be filled for over an hour. Needed to use restroom and pharmacy personnel said "it's locked at 10pm per the manager, you can ask the manager". After searching for 10 minutes in the store, only a customer service person could be found. Waiting another 7 min while he flirted with a young girl counting out her change, then gave her a dollar to pay for her items. Asking to use the restroom he immediately said, "they're closed you can't use them". I explain the situation and he says the manager is on break for 15 - 20 minutes. The manager never showed up after waiting another 30 for the prescriptions. No one was here getting prescriptions filled. Why it took 1 1/2 hours...... who know!! read more

Don't understand why it takes so long in the first place. Return and the drive thru is closed. Go into the store... And pharmacy is closed. This is the ONLY24 hour pharmacy in riverside. As we approach the counter pharmacist is walking away. Said she is closed and will be back after her lunch and break. REFUSED to give me my rx. Talked to mgr... Said she has to take lunch. Great.. I went on Sunday morning to buy cold medicine for my daughter and allergy medicine for myself. I decided to use the self checkout thinking it would be faster. It ended up taking longer! I do not understand the need for self checkout if it would constantly need the assistance of a store clerk. All customers in the self checkout had to be assisted because certain types of medicines required age verification. Of course there was only 1 store clerk and she happened to be rude with a big, huge attitude problem - not at all happy to help, conveying the feeling that she did not want to be there. I have been coming here to fill my prescriptions for almost 2 years and this time around I received horrible customer service both in person and on the phone. I had a pre op appointment on 3/21 and the doctor gave me 2 prescriptions for my surgery on 4/2 (today). He told me that the liquid pain med he was prescribing was hard to find & usually has to be ordered. So as soon as I left my pre op appt on 3/21 I headed straight here to drop off my prescription. I was helped by a heavier set brown woman who made absolutely no eye contact with me or even greeted me even though I was the only person in line. When she did help me, the look on her face was as if I was bothering/interrupting her. I was explaining to her that the pain med I would need by 4/2 and if she thought I could have it by then. She stated to me she would place the order right away as in fact it would need to be delivered. I walked away trusting what she said & went about it. I come in 3/26 to pick up my amoxcillin and I ask again if my pain med is in process of being delivered by wednesday and they said if the lady told me wednesday than wednesday it would be. I didn't make a fuzz about it. On thursday the 29th I receive a text that my pain med has just been ordered and they would let me know when it was ready. I immediately called asking for an explanation why it took over a week for this order to be placed and no one was taking responsibility, they were condescending to me and had no empathy with my situation. I did my part turning in my prescription on time and I wouldn't have been as livid as I was had someone just been truthful and told me the mistake was made. I had to walk in today after my surgery while I was still under anesthesia effects to pick this up when this is exactly what I was trying to avoid. The people who answer their phones need to be aware of their tones and how they speak to people. There is something called AIDET that they should start practicing. read more
