I've felt myself aging as I stand repeatedly pressing the "assistance" button for 10 minutes without help arriving. I've spent 45 minutes in the pharmacy drive through multiple times and yesterday, I stood waiting, the only person in line for 5 full minutes before I had to go and demand help at the counter from the pharmacist. I hate being that person but ffs, I've got limited years left on this planet and I'd rather not expire at CVS. My final straw was a pharmacy tech who looked me straight in the face and told me my insurance covered a portion of something it clearly did not as the medication was denied and I was paying cash for it. If they are happy to lie to your face about that, what else do they lie about at the pharmacy? Liars gonna lie. This company only cares about its shareholders profit margins and CEO salaries, not serving my community. I'm finding a new pharmacy and not shopping there for anything any longer. I'm done with this whole company.

When I finally got someone, I asked if it was their pharmacy's practice to put callers on hold repeatedly without even talking to them. The excuse I was given was that they okay had two people working there. The manager if this location needs to hire more help. Like yesterday. With the closings of every Rite Aid in the area, I'm sure there are qualified candidates to hire.

What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart today…read more After paying for my groceries, I realized I had accidentally left one of my reusable fabric shopping bags in the produce section. I went back inside, found my bag, and headed back out. Because I accidentally walked toward the wrong door first, I simply walked a couple of feet over to the correct exit and left. A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.

They will put a pharmacy label on the bottle that covers the original bottle label and their pharmacy label will indicate the desired & requested 90 count tablet quantity. I take the bottle home and open it to find there are only 30 tablets inside the sealed bottle!! They FORGOT to give me 3 bottles of 30 counts each!!! I shouldn't have to open a foil-sealed bottle at the pharmacy register just to be certain they are giving me the quantity requested (90) on my prescription. It's absolutely shocking to me how frequently this has happened to me. Guess it's time to change pharmacies!

Hopefully they can hire a security guard to scope this area out.
