I have went to this CVS on two occassions and found that is is A-OK... Pros: Very clean, well stocked and ok parking. Cons: Hours open are not the greatest and it's a toss up if you get someone who actually wants to work at CVS. read more

I only come here for the redbox inside the store. I wish the redbox was outside the store. This parking lot is irritable. Difficult for me to exit back onto Club Center drive going west. I normally have an enjoyable shopping experience at CVS stores, but after giving this place a few chances, I've decided to start going somewhere else. Every time I have gone the inventory is low and it generally looks like it's going out of business. I decided to get photos printed here, and it was so disorganized! Nothing was ready for me to pick up even though I got an email stating my order was ready. To add to the frustration, when I got home, I saw that they had added photos from another family's order. Today we came in to quickly buy a woman's razor. We noticed they were locked up and went to politely ask a woman if she worked there , she looked at us and rudely said " no I dont" as she was stalking a product. So we brushed it off and asked a cashier for help on aisle 15. She said " yeah yeah I'll send someone" (A side note as we were asking her we heard over the intercom , another worker asking for help on aisle 8.) This cashier did not say anything about us needing help over the intercom. So we assumed she was going to let someone know and went back , waited at aisle 15 for 30 minutes and no one came to help. A worker walked past and started talking to another worker and completely ignored us .we ended up just getting a men's razor because those weren't locked up. When we went to go check out there was a worker guiding the SELF checkouts . The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Omg the staff here do not know what they are doing. I always come here and drive thru line is always very long! You'll be waiting 30 mins minimum. I sometimes go inside but they also have problems with their computers not being able to scan and complete transactions. Just poor customer service . read more

Very helpful staff and clean store. The only thing I don't like is once they changed the pharmacist about 5-6 months ago, The new pharmacist is not as helpful or friendly probably because she's new to the pharmacy but the prior pharmacist had a great relationship and compassionate and understanding of his patients. Otherwise this place is great and I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to grab everything from stationery too toiletries. read more

I live very close to this CVS which makes it my local drugstore. I drive out of my neighborhood to other stores before going into this place. Out of beer, ice, chips, candy, take your pick. It will be something. Plus if that is not rolling the dice enough my wife came in to find that someone defecated on the floor. Terrible pharmacy. Every time you call the pharmacy you're on hold for at least 10 min and some technician just screams at you to hold without even giving you a chance to speak. They will continue to do this for 10 more times and click your line repeatedly back on hold before someone finally answers with no manners whatsoever. Take a minute and stop being so rude. read more

After shopping from CVS I got this promo saying I won a $100 worth of products and all I have to do is choose from their products and just pay shipping. I chose this face cream from Beautifully Remark and paid $4.99 which was fine but a few days after I got charged $88.64 for this face cream!!!! I called them and they said if I return it, I'll pay not only shipping but re stocking fee!!! This is absurd, I'll never buy from CVS again. They're scamming people. read more

If i can do a zero star I would. I was picking up my prescription today and the girl with an accent was very rude and didn't look happy working at all. She said that my dob was not matching on my insurance side that's why it wasnt working. Then she said oh it's probably under your husbands dob since hes the subscriber. So I try giving her our dob's. I honestly dont know why shes having so much trouble when Ive been using the same insurance for the last months. Anyways....she gives me back my insurance card and tells me how much. She automatically assumed I couldnt afford to pay for my prescription because it was for $126.99. As I hand her my debit card she said "I don't need that!". So i was furious and said what do you mean? She said i dont need another insurance. I said it's not an insurance, it's a debit to pay for my prescription. Then I go on and tell her, why dont you ask what it is before you say you dont need it. Then she raises her voice and had the nerve to tell me not to be rude when the whole time we were waiting she was giving us an attitude. Then she leaves her post without saying anything and sends someone else to help us. Fortunately, the lady she sent was super nice and I appreciated her so much. Im having all my prescriptions tranaferred to a different pharmacy. I cant deal with that girl's rudeness. When Arlene was still there, she was the best....and acted happy all the time and you could see her willingness to help. read more

My family has been using this pharmacy for 11 years. Many of the pharmacy techs no us by name. After my visit this week I will drive to any other CVS (as this is where my insurance requires me to go). On Wednesday night, Phuong, who I believe is the manager received a phone call while she was processing my new insurance card and walked away to use another phone leaving me waiting for 5 minutes at the counter until I finally got fed up and asked the Pharmacy Tech to complete my transaction. I could hear said manager on phone talking about her work schedule for the following week, etc. How rude. She could of asked the pharmacy tech to complete the transaction if she knew she was going to be involved for such a long period on a personal and not left the customer who was running a fever and very sick waiting. Horrible customer service. You've lost a long time customer. read more

I could not give my money away here. I tried to print photos and they don't use the kiosk connect app anymore so I had to download the new app. Then after I sent all my pictures to the kiosk it lost the connection with my phone and I was unable to continue. I then tried a hardwire connection with the cables provided and it could not detect my device. I attempted to connect wirelessly again and the connection was lost again after selecting and editing my pictures. Ok. Abandon that. I then went to the CVS kiosk to print my coupons. It was down. No problem. I'll use my phone number at the register. I then pick out what I want to buy and stand in line to check out and the cashier wasn't able to take phone numbers because that was down. 45 minutes of trying to spend money and I wad unsuccessful. read more

I live near by cvs, which is good, however the manager needs to rethink who he/she hires; the customer service I received was rude and rushed. I called to get a price on one item and the lady over the phone would not adhere to my request, she also did not think to ask for help , which she obviously needed. I have come accustomed to quality customer service, so the stubborn attitude will not work for me. That, indeed will be the last time I attempt to shop at this cvs. read more

The lead pharmacist at the pharmacy was so professional and so helpful. My mom is in the middle of switching insurance providers so the insurance information needed to be entered manually to process the claim, he entered everything manually and even called the insurance provider on his own to verify information to make sure it was entered correctly. This is my local CVS, and I always feel at home shopping here. Everything is always organized and stocked. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Sure sometimes they have long lines, but when they have the staff-they are very quick to open up more lanes. Seriously, it is ridiculous not to be a CVS rewards member. When there are sales which are only for members, the price difference is significant. Oh...and the CVS brand items are good too. Happy shopping. read more

Pharmacy services are really bad- my son's prescription is on their "autofill list" (he is diabetic, same items every month with small variations in dosage) but I never got his medications on time for the past 5 months or so. For example they would give the insulin vials at the beginning of the month but I can not administer it because no syringes till the end of the month because "not in stock", "we have to call the insurance/doctor's office", "you need to make sure the person at the counter fills out the prescription properly" etc...Thanks God for my doctor's office being able to give me insulin samples and also, thanks to amazon.com (which has way better prices then CVS, in case you need to pay yourself for items not yet ready for pick up) with prime shipping. Waiting for my last item on the prescription list for this month and eagerly moving to another pharmacy next month. read more

The staff is amazing, both at the front counter and the pharmacy. My husband and I shop there at least weekly and our surnames are remembered! Store is very clean and organized. So this is the closest store to my house so I come here quite often for that "one thing" you forget at the bigger stores. I'm a single mom so I came in grabbed two things put them in a baggy hanging from my daughter's stroller and went to check out. At this point the cashier decided to lay into me about how if the "LP" were here I'd get in trouble for stealing and I can't do this (this being put merchandise in a bag and hang it from my stroller and then check out). All the while I'm standing there with my money and 4mos old in the stroller. Now I'm not sure if she's a mom but unless I'm wearing my baby in one of those carriers on my chest I can't exactly push a stroller, push a cart or push a stroller and hold a basket. So I put things in my baggie hooked to the stroller and check out. I'm not sure where else she expects me to put things (under my stroller where there is a storage space so I can forget about it?) but regardless I was just completely amazed that this woman thought it so important to take the time out of her day to make me feel like crap. I highly doubt any law enforcement is going to arrest a mom pushing a baby PAYING at the register. Not to mention I had just got off work from my job as a RN in the ICU from one of the worst and longest shifts of my life. It's amazing how one person can completely change your mind on a store, but she did. I'll take the extra time and go to raleys or Safeway. read more

This particular CVS is the closest to my house, approximately 10 miles away. Yesterday I decided to go to the store because I received an email stating I had $5 off of a $25 purchase. I press the button, send to card. The message said it was successful. However, when I got to the store and printed my coupons the $5 coupon was not present. Remind you the coupon expired yesterday as well. I was referred to talk to one of their workers named MARCOS. He practically talked to me like I was incompetent and as if I was trying to cheat CVS out of $5. When I asked if I could make the purchase and go home and print the coupon off and bring it back today for a price adjustment, he refused and said I would need to go home and get it the same night. Not to mention, he didn't offer any other solutions. I told him I could prove I had the coupon if I could just log into the internet, he refused to give me a wifi password and practically said good bye. After that treatment, I didn't proceed with my payment. I am starting to see what other people mean when they say their is rude people working at this CVS. I am very disappointed because I've never been treated like I was trying to lie about receiving a coupon in the mail. I will try to avoid this CVS as much as possible. read more

I like this store, and end up here a LOT. I do wish they'd order more Sunday Bees, if they have that option as they run out early. Also wish they'd order more Coffee Liqueur as they run out after half a week. This is the worst CVS that I've ever shopped at. The employees/management/district manager are very rude and disrespectful. They don't want to issue rain checks if they are out of stock and they limit everything to 2 or 4. So if I wanted to buy 6 cases of water then they wouldn't allow. I contacted the regional manager and he never replied to my email. I'm not going to waste my time and give these people business. Please don't waste your time and money if you shop with coupons or are just trying to get a good deal. Terrible customer service. read more
